一、说教材
本课围绕Tom和Grandma打电话这一情景,对句型Were you….？及回答Yes, I
was .No ,I wasn`t.和Was it….？及其回答Yes ,it was. No, it wasn`t.的学习,使学生通过学习能掌握如何对过去的行为和事件进行询问及相应的回答。并通过一系列的课堂活动,创设语境,巩固、运用这两个句型。 它是整个模块的重点,占有很重要的地位,它为后几个模块的学习奠定了基础。
新课标提出,课程中出现的一些语法内容,不要求教师讲解语法理论,更不要求学生掌握语法理论,而是要求学生在理解的基础上初步学会运用这些语句。
二、说学情
虽然四年级学生还处于低年龄阶段,但同学们学习英语的态度非常端正,积极性也很高,主动学习能力很强。再加上,从上一模块学生已经开始接触过去式了,对was, were印象也非常深。所以学习起来相对来说还简单点。但是由于学生的基础不是很好,探究性学习能力不是很强,在这方面,我注意了加强。
三、 说教学目标
《英语课程标准》指出：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略,发展学生自主学习的能力和合作精神是小学英语教学的基本任务。在认真分析教材的基础上,我针对学生实际,将本课时的教学目标及重,难点确定如下:
（一）知识目标
１、学习并掌握单词yesterday ,well, thanks, sun, lesson, 能口头运用并读懂以上单词。Out,不作要求,让学生根据自己的情况选择学习与掌握。
２、学习并掌握句型Were you….及回答Yes, I was./ No, I wasn`t.对于句型Was it.及其回答Yes, it was./ No, it wasn`t 让学生根据自己的情况选择学习与掌握。
