Khamr 酒精
• Any kind of intoxicating products are categorized as khamr 任何使人兴奋的产品皆被列为酒精类 • Any kind of drinks containing at least 1 % ethanol are categorized as khamr 任何含有至少1%乙醇的饮料都被列为酒精类 • Drinks categorized as khamr are haram and najis (impure) 被列为酒精类的饮料是非清真和不纯的 • Drinks produced from fermentation process containing less than 1 % ethanol are not categorized as khamr, but haram to be consumed. 由发酵过程所制含少于1%乙醇的饮料不被列为酒精类, 但是吃下去也是非清真的

Haram materials stipulated in Qur’an are as follows 古兰经中所规定的非清真原料如下: carrion 腐肉(dead animal without slaughtering including halal animal slaughtered not according to Islamic law没有经过按照伊斯兰教宰杀程序宰杀的或者 死掉的动物), blood血液 , swine flesh猪肉, and animal slaughtered in the name other than Allah 或在非清真名义下所宰杀的(Al - Baqarah :172-173, AlMaidah-3, Al-An’am:145) and khamr (Al –Maidah 96). • Some materials are considered haram as mentioned in Hadits 其他的哈地斯所注明非清真的原料 • Some others are debatable among different mazhabs (school of thoughts) → need fatwa. 其他容易引起争议的原料。
