初中英语课堂上如何有效地引入词汇词汇是语言的基本材料，是英语学习的基础。

要学好英语，必须掌握大量的英语词汇。

学生如果没有足够的词汇量，就不能进行听、说、读、写训练，就无法进行有效的交际。

因此，英语词汇教学非常重要。

然而，许多教师在词汇教学中不注重创设语境，不注意课堂上单词的引入，使学生觉得词汇学习枯燥无味。

导致许多学生对英语渐渐地失去兴趣，甚至产生抵触心理而成绩下降。

笔者认为，教师在课堂上合理地、有效地引入词汇，能激发学生学习兴趣，让学生轻松愉快地自然地学习词汇。

一、用实物、图片、手势等直观法引入新词汇“实物和图片能使学生对词汇的印象更加直观、立体、生动和形象，使学生记忆更为深刻和牢固。

(秦建华，2006)”在词汇教学中，教师利用实物、图片、幻灯片等一系列辅助教具及手势、动作表情引入新单词，不仅能吸引学生的注意力，还能使他们积极参与，使他们获得成功的满足感，提高学习兴趣。

此外，通过此方法，可以使学生把实物、动作直接和英语联系起来，培养学生用英语思维的习惯。
