教学设计内容

设计主题：设计者：人教版八年级Unit5 Do you want to watch a game show?( Section A 1a-1c) 罗荣萍

工作单位：德化中心学校

一、教材分析

本节课为Unit5单元的第一课时，从学生现实生活切入，引导学生说出自己对电视节目的喜好，并通过练习来了解各种电视节目的名称，主要以听说为主，注重培养学生运用语言进行交际的能力。

二、教学目标

语言知识目标：

1.学习并掌握有关电视节目类型及表达喜好程度的单词或短语

2.学习有关表达对不同电视节目的偏好的句型，初步感知不定式做宾语的用法。

情感态度价值观目标：

学会谈论流行文化，了解各类电视和电视节目的名称和自己的喜欢。注意引导学生们形成正确的文化观念，大力培养学生们的跨文化意识，形成自己独立的个性。

三、教学方法

本节课采用情景教学法，直观、生动，融知识于竞赛游戏、调查采访以及小组活动中。运用现代教学手段———多媒体进行教学，充分调动学生的积极参与，使课堂气氛活跃，参与率高，以确保教学效果。

四、教学重难点

教学重点

1. 学习掌握各类电视和电视节目的名称。

2. 掌握动词不定式结构做动词的宾语；了解后面接动词不定式做宾语的动词。

3.使学生掌握句型“What do you think of…?”“I don’t mind them.”学会描述自己的喜好以及制定合理的计划。

教学难点

1.掌握动词不定式结构做动词的宾语；了解后面接动词不定式做宾语的动词。

2.让学生运用所学句型“What do you think of…?”对某一事物进行评价，并且学会谈论计划。

五、教学过程

Step1:Greeting and talking

T: What do you like doing in your free time?

S1:I like watching TV.

T; What kind of TV shows do you like?

S2:I like…

T; OK. Today let’s talk about them together.

设计意图：通过师生问答询问学生喜欢做的事情，为导入新课做准备。

Step2:Present the new words.

利用多媒体图片呈现本课时的词汇Soap, sitcom, news, stand, mind，talk show, soap opera, sports show, game show, talent show

For example:

T: What can you see in Picture1?

S1:Yao Ming is playing basketball.

T: You are right. We call it a sports show. Do you like sports shows?

S1:Yes,I do. But my father doesn’t mind them. My m other can’t stand them.

教师用同样的方式呈现其他新单词，并板书在黑板上。

设计意图：利用多媒体图片呈现本课时的词汇，形象、直观、生动，便于学生掌握。

Step3:Practice the new words.

Work on 1a：通过让学生完成的匹配练习，让学生进一步巩固1a所学的单词。

(听前让学生充分了解听力要求和所给的词汇提示。)
