听课时收获的不仅仅是教案的记录或者某个新单词的发音，而是该如何上好这堂课。因此听课前充分准备是保证听课质量的前提。
1、备教材。听课者应孩了解上课教师所上的是哪一册的哪一单元第几课时，并主动询问上课教师这一课时要解决哪哪些问题、新授哪些内容，以及了解这一课时前学生学了什么。这样听课时目标更加明确，听时也可以做到忙而不乱。

2、关注教学方法，体现了一个活字。教师的教学方法灵活，新单词呈现形式多样。应该说整堂课中，教师在引入新词时，都是比较新颖而又自然，而且具有生活化的。老师能贯彻以学生为中心的原则，关注教学过程，尽可能发挥学生的主体作用，让学生真实的去感受知识，体验知识，积极参与，努力实践，在活动中学会用语言表达交流，较好的体现了从不懂到懂，从不会到会，从不熟练到熟练的过程。本堂课的主要任务就是让学生通过综合练习，巩固新的语言知识，首先是帮助老师解决问题，然后是帮助the lonely kid解决问题，再引申至解答学生们自己的问题。这样循序渐进的方式既可帮助学生练习之前所学的句型和词汇，又巩固本课的教学重点。
首先，本组就七年级的英语进行了集体备课。周玲艳老师提出本节的重点是各类校规的表达，难点是如何运用祈使句，因此，本节课应围绕着重难点展开。王星星老师提出，可以选取课堂上的实景进行探讨，重点体现学生学以致用的能力。方海味老师则帮忙负责设计板书。

活动内容
时间2013年10月21下午第七节地点509教室活动主题关于规范课堂教学，积极参与申本工作的教学会议

活动形式自由讨论主持人张晓兰
活动过程一，英语教研室主任宣读了教务处下发的《关于规范课堂教学次序的通知》，着重强调了教师不得任意调课的纪律和上课时须携带的教学材料。
二，建议每位老师自行配备电子笔，以提高教学效果。
三，英语教研室共有6名研究生担任英语教学任务，课时不满12节每周的须每周听课4节，由教研室主任检查。
四，所有教研室的成员须积极发表论文，积极参与教研教改活动。
五，每月本教研室将举行一次公开课的活动，请大家积极参加。
六，职教新干线教学空间的建设工作请大家抓紧落实。
七，本学期学院会安排一次青年教师的教学比武，请45岁的老师积极准备。
八，学院申本在即，请所有的老师积极配合，热情参与。
活动结果
通过这次教学活动，英语教研室的老师们了解到了规范教学的重要性，也意识到了自身在教学中的不足，大家都表示今后在教学中会再接再厉，认真保质保量地完成学院下达的教学任务。
