听课时收获的不仅仅是教案的记录或者某个新单词的发音,而是该如何上好这堂课。因此听课前充分准备是保证听课质量的前提。
1、备教材。听课者应孩了解上课教师所上的是哪一册的哪一单元第几课时,并主动询问上课教师这一课时要解决哪哪些问题、新授哪些内容,以及了解这一课时前学生学了什么。这样听课时目标更加明确,听时也可以做到忙而不乱。

2、关注教学方法,体现了一个活字。教师的教学方法灵活,新单词呈现形式多样。应该说整堂课中,教师在引入新词时,都是比较新颖而又自然,而且具有生活化的。老师能贯彻以学生为中心的原则,关注教学过程,尽可能发挥学生的主体作用,让学生真实的去感受知识,体验知识,积极参与,努力实践,在活动中学会用语言表达交流,较好的体现了从不懂到懂,从不会到会,从不熟练到熟练的过程。本堂课的主要任务就是让学生通过综合练习,巩固新的语言知识,首先是帮助老师解决问题,然后是帮助the lonely kid解决问题,再引申至解答学生们自己的问题。这样循序渐进的方式既可帮助学生练习之前所学的句型和词汇,又巩固本课的教学重点。
首先,本组就七年级的英语进行了集体备课。周玲艳老师提出本节的重点是各类校规的表达,难点是如何运用祈使句,因此,本节课应围绕着重难点展开。王星星老师提出,可以选取课堂上的实景进行探讨,重点体现学生学以致用的能力。方海味老师则帮忙负责设计板书。

活动过程一,英语教研室主任宣读了教务处下发的《关于规范课堂教学次序的通知》,着重强调了教师不得任意调课的纪律和上课时须携带的教学材料。

二,建议每位老师自行配备电子笔,以提高教学效果。

三,英语教研室共有6名研究生担任英语教学任务,课时不满12节每周的须每周听课4节,由教研室主任检查。

四,所有教研室的成员须积极发表论文,积极参与教研教改活动。

五,每月本教研室将举行一次公开课的活动,请大家积极参加。

六,职教新干线教学空间的建设工作请大家抓紧落实。

七,本学期学院会安排一次青年教师的教学比武,请45岁的老师积极准备。

八,学院申本在即,请所有的老师积极配合,热情参与。

活动结果
通过这次教学活动,英语教研室的老师们了解到了规范教学的重要性,也意识到了自身在教学中的不足,大家都表示今后在教学中会再接再厉,认真保质保量地完成学院下达的教学任务。
