二、制订英语阅读自主学习策略的具体教学实施模式英语阅读自主学习策略的具体形式是多种多样的，在多年的教学实践，我结合自己学生的实际情况制定如下的一种模式。
其基本程序是:①预读。
②自学研讨。
③师生研讨。
④读书自学。
⑤自我评价与反思。
这一模式的主要特点:①改变了以往老师讲得多，学生听得多，记得多而非读得多的怪圈，做到教师的讲授是为了最大限度地满足学生自主发展这一需要。
②学生在预读中自己发现和提出问题，然后由教师引导学生带着问题自主探究并讨论解决。
③注重培养学生的问题意识。
符合新课标的要求：提高学生用英语获取信息、处理信息、分析问题和解决问题的能力的要求。

1．图书漂流活动
我校展开了每学期每人10本课外书阅读的“图书漂流活动”。
我们
选定了适合本校学生水平的外研版《书虫》手绘本、朗文《书虫》中
英双语两种图书作为学生日常泛读的材料。
由学校图书馆统一为学生
购买。
同时，学校出资为每班购置一个图书漂流箱。
根据班级学生数量，在每班的图书漂流箱里面按比例放置10-20本书，每个漂流箱在
每班停留两周，依次漂流到下一个班级。
由学生在自己的课余时间实
行自由阅读。
期间，教师不布置任何与应试考题相关的任务，而是让
学生每人准备一个美词、美句的积累本。
在阅读过程中自主摘抄不会
的单词、喜欢的句子或者台词。
这种方式的阅读，让学生在自由放松
的状态下享受阅读本身的乐趣。
活动启动后，学生立刻被书中短小的
故事、有趣的对话吸引。
抓住这个契机，我们隔周组织学生实行多种
形式的交流反馈活动。
具体的反馈方式有美句赏析、台词比赛、剧本
改编、戏剧表演。
学生们大胆创新，戏剧表演由选择原文中的台词，
变成了改编剧本。
每次，师生都非常期待小组的戏剧创新。
我们设立
了最佳编剧奖，以此鼓励学生的应用和创新。
每学期期末，在学生完成了10本书的阅读之后，展开泛读竞赛作为
此活动的一个结束展示。
以初一年级为例，共有10个班，每个班有6
个学习小组，教师指定每班负责一本书，每个小组针对分到的书目设
计一道细节问题，全年级一共60道题，分别写到纸条上，折好，放在
一个抽签箱里。
学生们主动报名参赛，一题定输赢，输的被淘汰，赢
了的继续抽取问题实行作答，直至最后一个胜出者。
在竞赛中脱颖而
出的学生，就是泛读状元。
图书漂流活动让学生体验了英语的应用。
不但保证了英语的课外阅读量，还培养了学生英语阅读的兴趣和水平，更重要的是在整个过程中，学生通过自主学习，主动查词，向教师、
字典、网络寻求协助，形成了自主学习的习惯，提升了语言的使用水平。
上学期期末复习时，我们展开了第一届“我行我秀”英语课文诵读比赛。
比赛内容是教材英语课文。
要求学生们在熟练背诵课文后，以演讲、表演的形式把它展示出来。
不同于往常只选拔优秀生的比赛形式，我们这次活动是全员参与的。
为了鼓励学生积极参与，并体会到成功
的快乐，本次比赛采取了分层设计参赛内容的方式。
学生根据水平分
成三组。
强手组的学生，背诵整本书的课文，赛前实行抽签决定诵读
篇目；中等组学生，背诵第二单元的文段；英语学习稍弱的学生，可
自选参赛篇目。
这种设置既保证了对优秀生的选拔，又给中等生和学
习相对薄弱的学生提供了展示的舞台，实现了人人参与、人人体验的
目的。
本次活动的特色之二是鼓励个人参赛，也鼓励小组表演。
在学生中，
存有一些缺乏自信心、不敢展示的同学。
针对这种情况，我们特意设
置了小组合作诵读。
没有自信的学生能够寻求一个好搭档，自己承担
任务量相对轻松的对话句子或者文段。

于课本又高于课本，给学生们单调的复习生活增添了一抹亮色。
同时，增强了学生的自信心和英语学习兴趣。
通过改革尝试，我们发现死气沉沉的课堂逐步变得生动起来，学生们
以小组为单位全员参与、展示、合作、探究，逐渐变得能够大胆、大声、大方地积极表达，能够主动的学习。
我们感到改变教与学的方式，从学生的角度去思考、设计，将课堂还给学生，学生的学习水平一定
能培养起来。
