压缩机专业术语与参数
压缩机专业术 语与参数压缩机系统的 冷 凝温度，是指制冷剂在冷凝器中冷凝 时的温度，该 温 度相对应的制冷剂蒸汽压力即冷凝压力。
冷凝 温度是制 冷 循环中主要运行参数之一，对于实际制冷 装置， 由于其 他设计参数变化范围较小，冷凝温度可以说 是最重要 的运 行参数，它直接关系到制冷装置的制冷效果， 安全可靠 性和 能耗水平。
蒸发温度是指制冷剂在蒸发器中 蒸发沸腾时 的 温度，它与相应的蒸发压力是对应的，蒸发 温度也是制冷这时的吸气温度与蒸发温度的差值就 是吸气过热度 。
所谓的 过热度：工质目前的实际温度比实际压力所对应 的 饱和温度 高出几度。
一般，在蒸发器出口， 和压缩机排气 口 ，工质的实际温度要比实际压力所对应的 饱和温度高。
这时候就涉及 到过热度（吸气过热度和排气 过热度 ）。
过冷度：工质目前 的实际温度比 实际 压力所对应 的饱和温度低 几度。
一般在冷 凝器出口，工质的实际温度 要比实际压力 所 对应的饱和温度 低，这就涉及到过冷度。
吸气过热度的 作 用。
吸气如果完全无过热度，就有可能产 生回 气带液， 甚 至引起湿冲程液击损坏压缩机。
为了避免 此种现象， 就 需系统中重要的参数。
蒸发温度在理想状态下 即是制冷温度 ，但是实际运行中制冷剂的蒸发温度比制冷 到 5 度。
吸气温度是指制冷剂进入压缩机 般比蒸发温度高。
因为蒸发温度时是制冷 的温度要稍低 3时的温度，它 一剂的饱和温度 ， 而吸气温度则为过热气体的温度，此时制冷剂成为过热 气 体要一定的吸气过热度，以保证只有干蒸汽进入压缩机（因冷媒性质决定，过热度的存在表示液态冷媒的完全蒸发）。
但是，过热度太高也有缺点，过热度偏高会引起压缩机排气温度（排气过热度）升高，压缩机运行工况恶化寿命降低。
所以，吸气过热度应该控制在一定范围之内。
而膨胀阀通过安放于压缩机回气管或蒸发器出口的感温部分来感测回气温度和实际蒸发压力（对应了饱和温度）之间的温差（该温差就是吸气过热度），并以设定过热度为依据来调节膨胀阀开度，也就相当于调节蒸发器供液量，最终可控制吸气过热度。
压缩机
1、指示功率：只是指压缩机单位时间内所消耗的指示功，单位为W。
2、指示效率：是指压缩机的等熵压缩功率与指示功率之比，也是制冷剂等熵压缩比功和实际指示比功之比。
指示效率表示压缩机循环过程中热力过程的完善程度。
3、轴功率：由原动机传到压缩机主轴上的功率为轴功率4、轴效率：等熵压缩功率与轴功率之比5、机械效率：初为指示功率与轴功率之比，表示压缩机摩擦损失的程度6、电功率：从电源输人驱动电动机的功率7、电效率：为等熵功率与电功率之比注：对于封闭式压缩机，其电效率也可表示为指示效率、机械效率与电动机效率队之乘积第一章容积型制冷压缩机的热力学基础容积型压缩机是蒸气压缩式制冷机中应用领域最广泛、使用数量最多的压缩机，它们的功率可以从几十瓦到几千千瓦的宽广范围。
尽管容积型压缩机的结构形式众多，但究其热力学基础还有许多部分是相同的。

Temperature = A measure of molecular energy… the higher the temperature the more molecular energy. Degrees Fahrenheit (°F) = Temperature scale where, at sea level, the freezing point of water is 32° & the boiling point is 212°. The distance between these two points is 180°.

压缩机常见术语
1、容积流量（排气量m3/min）：在所要求的排气压力下，压缩机单位时间（min）内排出的气体容积，折算到进口状态的容积值。
注：若需计算排出的气体容积，在不考虑气体温度变化的情况下，则可用排气量除以排气压力（bar）加1（标准大气压）的和求得。
以OGFD-3.0/8为例则每分钟排出的8bar压力下气体容积为：
3/（8+1）=0.333
2、标准容积流量（Nm3/min）：压缩机单位时间内排出的气体容积折算到标准状态之值，并不计入级间分离掉的水分及抽气量。
3、标准状态：标准大气压力1.013×105Pa(760mmHg)、温度15℃
4、排气压力（bar）：最终排出空压机的气体压力（实际是压强）。
1bar=105Pa=0.1M Pa 1kg/cm2=0.98 bar
5、供气温度（℃）：最终排出空压机的气体温度，≤环境温度+10℃。
冷干机选用高温型较保险，犹其是风冷机组。
6、排气温度（℃）：从压缩机主机口排出的气体温度（未经过冷却器）。
7、电动机额定功率（KW/HP 千瓦/匹）：主电动机铭牌上标称的额定功率。
8、转速（r/min）：正力采用两极电机，转速约3000 r/min；四极电机转速约1500 r/min。
9、启动方式：常规产品Y-△启动；高电压（3KV以上）机直接起动；煤矿机直接起动；另有软起动、变频起动、自藕降压起动等可选，但必须在技术协议上注明，价格变动。
10、电源：常规380V/50Hz；另有3KV/50Hz、6KV/50Hz、10KV/50Hz 可选，但必须在技术协议上注明，价格相应变动，高压机同时需提供三相四线的电源以供控制电路之用；煤矿机有380V/50Hz和660V/50Hz两种可选。
11、电机防护等级：常规IP44 煤矿机：IP55 高压机：IP23
12、传动方式：弹性联轴器传动，比皮带及齿轮传动效率高。
13、轴功率（KW）：压缩机主轴上要求输入的功率。
14、冷却水量（t/h）：冷却水温度必须≤30℃，若大于30℃则冷却水量必须相应增加。
冷却水压0.2—0.4MPa。
15、供气含油量：3ppm ppm:百万分之一1ppm≈1.2mg/m3
16、接管口径：R表示圆锥外螺纹。

19、充罐法的计算
例：用一台OGFD-3.0/8型空压机向一个2m3空储气罐供气，空压机吸气口温度为20℃，出气口温度为30℃，问需多长时间可向储气罐内打满8bar的压缩空气？
理想气体状态方程： P1V1/T1=P2V2/T2
式中 P：气体绝对压力（Pa） V：容积（m3） T：气体热力学温度（K）
角码1和2分别代表系统所处的两个平衡态
依题意已知：P1=0.1MPa T1=273+20=293K
P2=0.1+0.8=0.9MPa V2=2 m3 T2=273+30=303K
求：V1
0.1V1/293=0.9×2/303 V1=17.4 m3
由于储气罐内本来有大气，所以必须减去原来气体，实际需排气：V=17.4 –2=15.4m3
供气时间：15.4/3=5.13min
注：实际所需供气时间比上述计算值稍短，这是由于空压机刚开始排气时排气压力较低，这时的排气量超过3m3/min所致。
