1、指示功率：只是指压缩机单位时间内所消耗的指示功，单位为W。
2、指示效率：是指压缩机的等熵压缩功率与指示功率之比，也是制冷剂等熵压缩比功和实际指示比功之比。
指示效率表示压缩机循环过程中热力过程的完善程度。
3、轴功率：由原动机传到压缩机主轴上的功率为轴功率4、轴效率：等熵压缩功率与轴功率之比5、机械效率：初为指示功率与轴功率之比，表示压缩机摩擦损失的程度6、电功率：从电源输人驱动电动机的功率7、电效率：为等熵功率与电功率之比注：对于封闭式压缩机，其电效率也可表示为指示效率、机械效率与电动机效率队之乘积第一章容积型制冷压缩机的热力学基础容积型压缩机是蒸气压缩式制冷机中应用领域最广泛、使用数量最多的压缩机，它们的功率可以从几十瓦到几千千瓦的宽广范围。
尽管容积型压缩机的结构形式众多，但究其热力学基础还有许多部分是相同的。

二、压缩效率转子压缩机的压缩效率通常用压缩气体体积与输入的原始气体体积之比来衡量。
高压缩效率意味着更少的输入气体被压缩成更小的体积，从而节省能源。
三、制冷性能转子压缩机的制冷性能通常是指在一定条件下，如特定温度和压力范围内，压缩机能够提供的制冷能力。
制冷性能通常用制冷量、制冷系数等参数来衡量。

空气压缩机相关常用名词和术语解释一、压缩介质为什么要用空气来做压缩介质？因为空气是可压缩、清晰透明的，并且输送方便（不凝结）、无害性、安全、取之不尽。
惰性气体是一种对环境不起化学作用的气体，标准压缩机能一样压缩惰性气体。
干氮和二氧化碳均为惰性气体。
空气的性质：干空气成分：氮气（N2）78.08% 氧气（O2）20.93% 二氧化碳（CO2） 0.03% 密度：在0℃、760mmHg 柱时，R0=1.293kg/m3二、“级”和“段”在容积式压缩机中，每经过一次工作腔压缩后，气体便进入冷却器中进行一次冷却，这成为一“级”。
而在动力式压缩机中，往往经过两次或两次以上叶轮压缩后，才进入冷却器进行冷却，把每进行一次冷却的数个压缩“级”合称为一个“段”。
在日本把容积式压缩机的“级”称为“段”，中国个别地区、个别文献受此影响，也把“级”称为“段”。
三、压力压缩机行业中所指的压力指的是压强（P）面积上作用1N的力为1Pa，即1Pa=1N/㎡，Pa为压力基本单位，当压力数值大时可用kPa（1kPa=1000Pa）与MPa （1MPa=1000000Pa）。
Ⅰ标准大气压（atm）Ⅱ表压与绝压①用压力表测得的压力为表压力，它是容器内的压力与当地的大气压之差，是以大气压力为零点测得的压力，用P(G）表示。
②以绝对真空为零点的压力我们称为绝对压力，是容器内的压力与当地大气压之和，用P(A）表示。
表压与绝压的关系：表压+大气压=绝压通常在压缩机铭牌上给出的排气压力为表压力。
Ⅲ工作压力吸、排气压力，是指空压机吸、排气的压力压缩机首级汽缸工作腔进气法兰和末级汽缸工作腔排气法兰接管处测得的气体压力称为压缩机的吸、排气压力。
在某些场合，压缩机的排气压力也称“背压” ，螺杆空压机吸、排气压力指的是整个空压机的吸、排气压力，一般说空压机的工作压力指的是排气压力。

螺杆式空气压缩机
空压机的全称是空气压缩机；一台根据双螺杆（也称阴阳转子）
转动使气体产生容积变化的工作原理设计的机器，它能把自然空气吸入再经过内部几道过程完成工作，最终排出满足压力要求的压缩空气，此机器谓螺杆式空气压缩机。
空压机的工作压力
压力单位的表示形式很多，这里主要介绍螺杆式空气压缩机常用
的压力表示单位；
①工作压力，国内用户常称排气压力。
工作压力是指空压机排出气
体的最高压力；
②常用的工作压力单位为：bar或Mpa ，1 bar = 0.1 Mpa ；
③一般性，用户通常把压力单位称为:Kg（公斤），1 bar = 1 Kg。
空压机的容积流量
①容积流量，国内用户常称排气量。
容积流量是指在所要求的排气
压力下，空压机单位时间内排出的气体容积，折算到进气状态的量。
②容积流量单位为：m3/min（立方/分钟）或L/ min（升/分钟），1m3（立方）= 1000L（升）；
③一般性，常用的流量单位为：m3/min（立方/分钟）；
④容积流量在我国又被称为排气量或铭牌流量。
空压机的功率
①一般性，空压机的功率是指所匹配的驱动电机或柴油机的铭牌功
率；
②功率的单位为：KW（千瓦）或HP（匹/马力），1KW ≈ 1.333HP 。
工作压力（排气压力）的选型：
当用户准备选购空压机时，首先要确定用气端所需要的工作压力，加上1-2 bar的余量，再选择空压机的压力，（该余量是考虑从空压机安装地点到实际用气端管路距离的压力损失，根据距离的长短在1-2 bar之间适当考虑压力余量）。
当然，管路通径的大小和转弯点的多少也是影响压力损失的因素，管路通径越大且转弯点越少，则压力损失越小；反之，则压力损失就越大。
因此，当空压机与各用气端管路之间距离太远时，应适当放大主管路的通径。
如果环境条件符合空压机的安装要求且工况允许的话，可在用气端就近安装。
容积流量的选型：
①在选择空压机容积流量时，应先了解所有的用气设备的容积流量，把流量的总数乘以1.2（即放大20%余量）；
②新项目上马可根据设计院提供的流量值进行选型；
③向用气设备供应商了解用气设备的容积流量参数进行选型；
④空压机站改造可参考原来参数值结合实际用气情况进行选型；
合适的选型，对用户本身和空压机设备都有益处，选型过大浪费，选型过小可能造成空压机长期处于加载状态或用气不够或压力打不
上去等弊端。
功率与工作压力、容积流量三者之间的关系：
在功率不变的情况下，当转速发生变化时，容积流量和工作压力也相应发生变化；例如：一台22KW的空压机，在制造时确定工作压力为7bar，根据压缩机主机技术曲线计算转速，排气量为3.8
m3/min；当确定工作压力为8bar时，转速必须降低（否则驱动电机会超负荷），这时，排气量为3.6 m3/min；因为，转速降低了，排气也相应减少了，依此类推。
功率的选型是在满足工作压力和容积流量的条件下，供电容量能满足所匹配驱动电机的使用功率即可。
因此，选配空压机的步骤是：先确定工作压力，再定相应容积流量，最后是供电容量。
