本模块话题是“旅游和休假”。
通过对北海公园、武陵园景区的介绍和作者旅游经历的描述,激发学生对大自然的热爱,陶冶情操,同时唤起学生的保护环境意识。
而且在语境中很自然地体验本单元的语法项目“转述现在进行时、疑问句和祈使句”。

一、说教材分析:本单元为八年级下册Module7 Unit1,讨论的是参加国外夏令营的话题,课文主要介绍Lingling为去洛杉矶参加夏令营做准备,Betty给Lingling提建议。
课文将通过听力、对话和阅读文章使学生了解国外夏令营和学会谈论计划和将来的活动,并学会使用and, but, or连接的并列复合句。
课文通过较真实的语境,指导学生在感性认识的基础上进行总结,为语言输出做好铺垫,同时可以向学生渗透做事有计划、生活有条理的情感教育。
二、学情分析:我所教授的班级英语基础相对还算可以,但是基础差距还是比较大,积极性也是存在很大差异,所以在上课的时候就要照顾到各个不同层次的学生,在设计话题和练习时要适度降低难度。
就本模块国外夏令营这个话题而言,学生会很感兴趣,虽然离他们很远但是他们内心会有一种向往。
教师可以预设一些学生感兴趣的话题来调动学生参与活动的积极性,使得学生有话可说。
三、说教法学法:说教法:为了充分以学生为主体的课堂教学,并考虑到学生认知特点和年龄特征,对本课我主要采取了如下几种教法::1.交际型教学法。
对话属于交际,所以通过话题设置来进行交际练习,先是师生交际,然后是学生交际。
2.情景教学法。
师生完全可以根据当时的实际思路创造性地交流,这种教法是实现语言知识向语言能力转变的必经之路。
说学法:我所采用的教法有助于学生掌握如下学法:1.合作学习法。
合作学习法在对话练习中可以体现出来。
2.自主学习法。
在听力练习和对话听力部分培养学生自主学习的能力。

STEP1、新课导入:向学生出示图片. 小组竞赛的形式对图片进行描述。
然后让学生观看北海公园的录像,通过录像调动学生的学习积极性,培养学生的兴趣,为以后的学习打下基础,使学生在轻松活泼的气氛中开始新课程。
STEP2、听前说
通过free talk很自然的导入听力部分的学习。
然后让学生到黑板上展示自己的答案。
本环节是教材安排的任务型听力活动,目的是让学生在听音时抓住关键词,培养学生边听边做笔记的学习策略。
STEP3、listen and read
1)整体听一边录音,选择最佳答案
2再听一遍录音,回答下面问题。
3再听录音,注意语音语调。
STEP4、听后说
1、work in group :分角色朗读对话。
2、compete the sentences 小组内讨论的形式
让学生在小组中交流、合作。
易于激发学生的表达欲望,在后动中他们一定会努力表现自己,做到最好。
把任务活动放在小组中进行,还可以解决“大班”难于操练的难题,学生在小组有更多的时间来运用英语表达自己的思想。
