题目是中文的~后者是英语阅读理解,true/false/notgiven。

一面分两部分,Presentation和Get to know you。
然后就进入了get to know you。

就开始面试了、、、by the way .par很帅,大帅哥。

Please tell us about a situation where you have used two of KPMG's values to achieve a positive outcome. In the second university year, I took part in a computing course and I was in a group of students from different countries and backgrounds. We were asked to solve a number theory problem with Matlab. I became the team leader and we made a timetable about the project. The discussion was not quite successful because some teammates couldn’t catch up with others. After two weeks’ discussion I found that R had many creative ideas in problem solving, C was native English speaker and good at writing commands, R was skilled in computer programming, and I could correct and explain details quickly. As a leader, I always listened to every teammate’s word and arrange the work with respect to their personality. I also collected ideas from all group members and updated our progress to our tutor. We argued about different methods several times, these arguments improved our program. Finally our group received very high mark, and we had forged lovely friendship. In my sophomore year, I took part in an Intellectual Property Knowledge Contest with my friends who share the same interest as mine, and I was the team leader. Thanks to our hard work, finally we won the championship and were well received by the judges. Here are the key factors to this success:(1)We work together: My teammates and I had come to an agreement from day onethat we should look at the big picture and think what is best for the team. I distributed the work according to everyone’s specialty after I discussed with them individually. Then we spent a lot of time together talking over the topic of our presentation and what business cases we should cite. Although we were exhausted at the end of each day, we trusted each other and believed all hard work would pay off. (2)We respect the individual: On my team, Zeng is good at collecting data; Chen is skilled in designing PowerPoint show; Wang is expert in writing reports, while I am quick thinking and good at giving presentations. However, we did have disagreements on some key matters, for example, our presentation aimed to illustrate the importance of intellectual property by comparing two well-known companies, and this was what we differed about, there were several options such as Huawei, Samsung, Motorola, Qualcomm, etc. I proposed that consulting with a professional is the best approach since lots of professors live near school. We did so and it turned out to be a right action to take. As a leader, I listened carefully to everyone’s opinions and respected their personalities a lot. In the end, we not only won the championship but also forged a profound friendship as well as a lovely memory.*1. PwC aims to maintain high standards of professionalism. Please describe a situation when you were engaged in a task where you took a different approach or had a different opinion from others. Please share how this contributed to the team’s success.Last year I joined the student volunteer group of CRUK (Cancer Research UK). We needed to raise about £800 of funding in half a year. C thought we should prevent a presentation in the main library of the university, B suggested just asking people onthe street and I recommended putting some advertisements it in restaurants on weekends. We tried our own method for several days, then I found people in the restaurants were happy to donate but the advertisements didn’t attract them quite a lot. We discussed about this and finally we decided adding some handmade cereal with the advertisements as small gifts. This worked quite well and we finally received over £900.2. Please describe a challenge you have faced and how you coped with it. It can be work related or during your study in school, or even in your personal life you want to share. If you provide work related experience, please only provide general information and do not provide confidential information such as the names of the clients or parties involved or specific details of the transaction (e.g. price or terms) which you were involved.I worked as an audit intern last year. I was in charge of a huge amount of bank confirmation and some of them were not confirmed for several reasons. I asked the auditors and then got a list of people I should contact with. I highlighted the key information before contacting them. If they were not happy with my work I explain the brief problem and asked for senior manager’s advice. After that I updated and applied new bank confirmations. I kept following these bank confirmations every day and finished confirming all of them before the end of the internship.3. In PwC, we nurture a high performing culture with the strong support of the efficient team based learning environment and coaching programmes. Please describe a specific achievement of you within a team and what you gained from it.In the second university year, I took part in a computing course and I was in a group of students from different countries and backgrounds. We argued about different methods, and then A and R improved our program. I finished the major part of the report and C checked the explanation and grammar.
