全国国际商务英语一级考试大纲全国国际商务英语考试(一级)大纲为建立与我国国际商务发展相适应的商务英语水平评价标准,满足相关企事业单位对员工和应聘人员英语能力测评的需要,为相关院校和培训机构提供教学参考,特制定本大纲。

一、考试目的本考试是对国际商务英语交际能力的测试。

考试结果可作为相关企事业单位人员招聘的参考和国际商务从业人员英语能力的评价依据。

本考试旨在统一测试标准和操作规范,促进相关的教育和培训工作,提高国际商务从业人员的职业英语水平。

二、考试对象国际商务从业人员以及有意从事国际商务工作的各类院校学生和其他社会人员。

三、考试性质本考试是职业英语水平考试,是一种尺度参照性标准化考试,评价被测试者在国际商务环境中的英语应用能力。

四、考试范围本考试涵盖语言和商务两方面的内容。

语言方面测试国际商务环境中英语听、说、读、写、译能力;商务方面涉及国际商务中的常见业务,突出国际贸易实务。

由来自相关行业和高校的专家组成专家委员会,指导考试和认证工作。

通过考试中心资质认证的各地高校和培训机构可以申请设立考点。

考试中心对各地考点实行年审和动态管理。

十、考试时间每年四月第二个星期六组织一次考试。

十一、考试成绩和认证考试分为笔试和口试两部分。

笔试总分为100分,成绩60分以上(含60分)为通过;口试总分为50分,成绩30分以上(含30分)为通过。

被测试者须同时报考笔试和口试部分,笔试和口试均通过的被测试者可获得由商务部中国国际贸易学会颁发的证书。

能够在30分钟内完成不少于100词的商务写作任务。

涉及简历、备忘录、商务信函、通知3 写作等应用文体。

内容完整,格式正确,语言准确,语意连贯。

能够运用基本的写作技巧。

4 翻译能够翻译简单的商务信函、产品说明等材料,译文正确。

能够在日常接待、会议安排、产品描述、业务联系、价格磋商等商务活动中进行交流。

二、考试时间安排
1.口语考试时间为周六下午14:00--17:30。考试 分为两个阶段进行。第一阶段为14:00--15:40; 第二阶段为16:00--17:30 。
2. 考生须提前15分钟进入备考室,即参加第一阶 段考试的考生须于13:45前进入备考室;参加第 二阶段考试的考生须于15:45进入备考室。
3. 每组学生的考试时间约为12 分钟。

全国商务英语证书一级(CBEC1)考试大纲一、考试背景随着我国加入世贸组织,国际贸易往来频繁,因此,对精通商务英语的国际商务人才的需求显得极为迫切。

为了培养能够准确使用商务英语沟通的专业人才,国务院国资委商业技能鉴定与饮食服务发展中心根据中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅关于《2002-2005年全国人才队伍建设规划纲要》和国务院关于加强职业教育的通知,以及温家宝总理在职业教育会议上的重要讲话,推出了全国商务英语证书(China Business English Certificate)考试,“China Business English Certificate”以下简称CBEC。

该证书考试共分三级:《全国商务英语证书一级考试证书(CBEC1)》,《全国商务英语证书二级考试证书(CBEC2)》,《全国商务英语证书三级考试证书(CBEC3)》。

以下介绍CBEC1考试大纲。

二、考试总体规定(一)考试目的凡通过一级考试的考生,都将获得国务院国资委商业技能鉴定与饮食服务发展中心颁发的《全国商务英语证书一级考试证书(CBEC1)》。

一般而言,持一级证书者能够和同事或客户进行简单的口头与书面英语交流。

口头交流包括:打招呼、介绍、描述职责、介绍公司、请求或提供帮助、接听电话、酒店机场接待、导游以及其他简单陪同工作;书面交流包括:便条、留言、备忘录或电子邮件、常见的简短商务信函写作。

(二)考试性质与范围本考试是一种测试应试者单项和综合商务语言能力的尺度参照性标准化考试。

考试分为笔试与口试两个阶段。

只有通过笔试的考生方有资格参加口试。

笔试包括阅读、写作、听力三部分。

(三)考试时间与命题CBEC1考试每年举行两次,分别于?月和?月举行笔试,并择时举行口试。

由国务院国资委商业技能鉴定与饮食服务发展中心商务英语考试专家委员会负责命题与实施。

(四)考试形式与评分:本考试根据商务英语特点,以测试实际沟通能力水平为主要目标,从读、写、听等三个方面对考生的语言运用能力进行全面测试。
