写作训练是中学英语教学的“两大空白”之一(另一个空白即“阅读理解训练”)。
在我们的中学课堂上，几乎没有系统的写作教学课。
这使得写作成为很多同学在高考中“损兵折将”的薄弱环节，写作部分也一直是安徽卷失分最严重的单项。
在此想和广大考生分享几点高考英语作文写作的实用技巧：
一、学以致用，善于模仿
一些同学常常会选择考前背大量的范文，然后再到考场上进行一个“剪切”、“粘贴”的工作。
这样的做法大大加重了自身的记忆负担，无疑是对大家身心的双重摧残;此外，风险太大，如果所背范文与考题无关，那就是在做无用功。
对于高考而言，真正的模仿重点应放在那些具有高复制性的句式结构上，而非个别话题的词汇。
例如，在高考中经常会用到“令某人惊讶的是…”这样的的表达.很多同学在这会本能的想到“to my surprise，… ”，句子本身没问题，但是因为人人都用它，就用滥了。

事实上，在英语中这样的从句一般都是放在主句之后的。
另外, “and”也常常被误放在一句话的开头，表示两个句子之间的并列或递进关系。
其实，经常留心地道的英语文章能发现，如果是并列关系，完全可以不用连词;如果是递进关系，用“furthermore” “what is more”更为普遍。
四、整体把握，心有全局
汉语是螺旋式思维，而英语是直线式思维，Well begun is half done,因此英语中开头很重要,常常直奔主题。
此外，英文写作篇章结构意识也很重要，推荐大家在高考中采用“三段式，十句作文法”。
框架确定好后，高考写作就可以简化成为一个运用文章模板填空的过程了，适当地填入观点、素材，文章就自然而然立起来了。
通过连接词的合理运用，便可以使得文章条理清晰，层次清楚。
