3、善于与学生交往。
任何一种人际关系的建立,都需要积极的沟通过程,师生关系也不例外。
从某种意义上说,由于教师与学生关系的多层次性,使得他们之间的沟通更加复杂,容易因理解问题产生冲突。
因此,教师需要掌握沟通的技巧和交往策略,主动与学生谈话,采用多种沟通渠道,如电话、网络、书信、组织活动等,密切与学生的关系,真正走进学生的生活世界。
4、提高自我修养,健全人格。
教师的人格是影响师生关系的核心因素,要构建良好的师生关系,教师就必须不断提高自身素养,富有人格魅力。
