2．能听懂、会说句型：What is he (your father)? He is a doctor. 及对人物特征等的简单描述，并能做替换练习。
另外，本课时中出现的句型：“What is he (your father)? He is a doctor.”是本单元重点学习句型之一，也是教学中的难点之一，这一新句型的铺垫教学成功与否将对下一课时（B Let’s talk）中的对话教学产生深远的影响，我们在教授这一新句型时应予以足够的重视，注意对难点的分散性教学，合理处理教材。
以上是对本课时教材的简单分析，所有教学目标的达成，重点的落实，难点的功克，都皆在培养学生热爱家庭，热爱生活的美好情感，鼓励学生积极运用所学英语进行表达、交流。
教学重点、难点落实好教学重点,功克好教学难点是教学成功的关键和标尺。
本课时的教学重难点在教材分析也已有简单提及，具体如下：本课重点是“farmer, d river, doctor, nurse, baseball player”五个生词和人物职业的表达法。
