德国标准 1998年10月电镀层技术文件的标识DIN 50960-1ICS 25.220.40 DIN EN 1403:1998-10作为1986-02版本的替代件描述:电镀层,技术文件,标识,颜色,铬酸钝化前言该标准是由材料检测标准委员会(NMP)的工作委员会NMP176“电镀层”制定。

因为在联邦德国普遍使用了在欧洲标准中由于其意义受到限制的电镀层方面的标识,并且以后还会继续使用这些标识,所以要求制定一个关于电镀层标识的欧洲标准。

该标准DIN50960是由两个部分构成的:-第1部分:技术文件的标识-第2部分:图纸说明更改相对于标准DIN 50960-1:1986-02来说,该标准做了如下更改:-依据DIN EN1403对标识进行了更改-标准DIN50939和DIN50942中关于转换层的标识说明和无外电流分离出的镍层的内容被取消。

依据欧洲标准起草并且包括所要求内容的提纲在准备过程中。

-测量层和带加工余量(余量层)的涂层的定义被取消,现在在DIN50960-2中做了规定。

以前使用的版本DIN50960:1955-01, 1963-06DIN50960-1:1986-02接下来2至3页1.使用范围该标准必须和DIN EN1403联合使用。

DIN EN1403对电镀层做了一般性的要求。

与此相对的是,在该标准中关于电镀层的规定,没有包括在独立的标准中,或者在非金属母材上分离出来。

另外,该标准规定了电镀锌层和镉层中要染色的铬酸钝化层的颜色标识。

DIN EN ISO4042适用于机械连接元件。

关于螺纹,需要商讨。

DIN EN ISO1029适用于热镀锌层。

该标准不适用于半成品1)。

2.标准参阅该标准包括了标明日期和未标明日期的出自其它出版物的参阅说明。

标准参阅说明引用在文段中,而其出版物就注明在旁边。

(整理)DIN50902-⾦属材料防腐涂层.DIN 50902-1994 ⾦属材料防腐涂层(概念、应⽤⽅法和表⾯预处理)1、应⽤范围此标准定义了⾦属材料防腐涂层的相关概念,提供了应⽤此种涂层⽅法综述,描述了表⾯预处理的各种⽅法,列举了相关的标准。

2、概念2.1防腐涂层根据此标准,防腐涂层是指⼀层或多层涂层在⾦属表⾯进⾏使⽤或者成型,以便于提供防腐功能。

多层涂层参考“防腐系统(DIN 50900-1)。

2.1.1有机涂层根据此标准,有机涂层由2.2中定义的涂层材料组成。

2.1.2⽆机涂层根据此标准,⽆机涂层是由⾦属和⾮⾦属通过各种⼯艺成型⽽成.(例如,电化学转化或者扩散)。

说明,⼀些涂层可以被认为既是可转化涂层⼜是扩散涂层。

2.1.2.1转化涂层转化涂层是指⾦属底层和另⼀种介质通过化学和电化学反应形成的涂层。

2.1.2.2扩散涂层扩散涂层指⾦属底层充分暴露在含有涂层材料的⽓体或液体介质中,引起涂层扩散进⼊⾦属基底。

2.1.3⾦属加喷漆系统⾦属加喷漆系统是指⾦属的和有机涂层的结合,⾦属的和有机涂层分别起到不同的保护功能。

2.2涂层材料根据此标准,涂层材料包括液体、浆体、粉末和固体。

比值为1的比例,称原值比例,以1:1表示。

比值大于1的比例称为放大比例,常用为5:1和2:1。

比值小于1的比例称为缩小比例,常用为1:2、1:5和1:10。

不论放大或缩小比例,图样上的尺寸数字都应按机件的基本尺寸标注。

优先选用比例:放大比例:5:1、2:1、1x10:1及它们(5、2、10)x10n:1;缩小比例:1:2、1:5、1:10及1:它们x10n;必要时允许采用比例:放大比例:4:1、2.5:1及它们x10n:1;缩小比例:1:1.5、1:2.5、1:3、1:4、1:6以及1:它们x10n。
