1.-ness后缀:一般形容词变成名词,后缀是加-ness(如:weakness、happiness等)或-ity (如:stupidity, similarity等)。

-ness, 表示"性质,状态,程度"

-ing后缀可以充当名词性成分,比如主语和宾语(既可作动词的宾语也可作介词的宾语Teaching is my job.(作主语)
