洒水车使用说明书第一条总则1、洒水车操作人员(司机)必须遵守本规程的各项规定,确保洒水车的安全运转,充分发挥设备效能,提高洒水降尘工作能力。

安全、高效、节能、降耗是洒水车司机工作的中心。

2、洒水车司机上岗时必须持有《中华人民共和国机动车驾驶执照》(A2上),以及一些用户单位颁发的《上岗证》,同时按要求佩带好劳动保护用品。

3、立足本职工作,学习技术,练好本领,充分发挥主观能动性;熟悉设备性能,密切合作,做到“三懂”(原理、性能、构造),“四会”(使用、保养、检查、排除故障)。

第二条操作要求洒水车运行前,必须按照柴油发动机安全技术操作规程规定的程序和要求检查发动机,并做好洒水车日常维护与保养工作:1、洒水车司机在班前日建项目基础上,必须观察设备前、后、左、右有无障碍物和人员,确认安全后,方可启动(启动发动机前鸣一长声喇叭,起步行车前鸣两短声喇叭,倒车时鸣三声喇叭)。

2、在冷车检查发动机的机油时,其油位必须在机油尺的上下中间,不能低于下线。

检查发动机冷却液,其液位不能低于加水口50mm以下。

热车检查冷却液液面时须释放水箱压力,以防蒸汽伤人。

检查燃油箱油位、检查粉尘指示器、检查监测系统、排放燃油油箱的水分离器的水和沉淀物。

NCC2002-100野营厕所挂车使用说明书第一章概述第一节装备用途和功能一、主要用途SNCG99-2/100野营厕所挂车是一种双轴挂车形式的半机动厕所,是为解决军、师机关及兵站等部队在野外作战、训练、演习、抢险救灾时的如厕问题而设计的。

二、作业功能SNCG99-2/100野营厕所挂车的作业功能主要有两种:1.将粪便集中打包后,统一收入集便桶内并通过小车运送至指定地点填埋或堆肥;2.将尿液集中至集便桶运至指定地点倾倒。

三、装备对象SNCG99-2/100野营厕所挂车主要装备军、师指挥机关及兵站。

通常由东风140或解放141载重卡车作牵引车。

第二节战术技术性能SNCG99-2/100野营厕所挂车的主要战术技术性能如下:1. SNCG99-2/100野营厕所挂车可满足100人左右的如厕要求。

2.厕所卫生指标达到国标GB/T17217-1998《城市公共厕所卫生标准》规定的水冲式公共厕所卫生标准值。

3.采用“打包”方式处理粪便,与传统水冲式厕所相比节水90%以上,使用与维护费用低。

4.粪便处理方法简单、方便,不对环境造成二次污染。

5.整车外形尺寸(长×宽×高):5700mm×2200mm×2800mm.6.挂车底盘总质量:900±20kg,最大承载重量:4000kg,轴距:900mm,轮距:1910mm,牵引杆调整高度:545~1250mm,最大总质量:3200kg,离去角:23°,采用惯性冲击制动,机械式驻车,车辆质心高度小于等于1050mm.第二章基本组成与工作原理第一节概述SNCG99-2/100野营厕所挂车主要由底盘和上车两部分组成。

一、底盘SNCG99-2/100野营厕所挂车选用GTD99-4/4型四吨挂车通用底盘。

该底盘采用扭杆弹簧为减震元件的独立悬挂系统,通过复杂地面时可保持底盘平稳,维修方便,牵引环距地面高度可根据需要进行调整,适合配用解放141型和东风140型卡车作为该底盘的牵引车。

具有一定程度的越野性能,可以顺利通过中等起伏路面等多种路况。

该底盘牵引装置采用双端面齿盘夹紧,可方便调整牵引环高低位置和保持水平状态,使牵引力保持在最佳状态。

该底盘制动系统为三重保险制动,三种制动方式联动,确保行驶安全。

二、上车部分上装车厢为全金属结构车厢。

整体基调为方形。

外涂军绿色无光漆。

厕所挂车的侧板上下翻转到位后,上侧板通过气弹簧和支杆支撑,下侧板通过拉杆和支撑小涩支撑,分别形成厕所的雨篷和外走廊。

车厢内设有大便间四个,小便间四个,设备间两个,门上贴有指示牌。

厕间顶部装有两个共用换气扇,由设备间控制启动。

厕间分隔墙板采用钢骨架外包塑铝板。

每个厕间顶部都装有照明灯一盏,控制开关装于门立柱外侧。

大便间装有蹲便器一个,采用不锈钢制造。

厕所挂车大便器采用免水冲打包厕具,使用可降解塑料袋作为盛储粪便的容器。

每次便后粪便经过打包封存后暂存于集便桶内,由专人集中处理。

小便器采用透明可降解塑料袋,小便经车内不锈钢管道集中于小便桶内集中处理。

大、小便桶置于底盘横梁下部。

设备间设有整车电源配电箱和两个水笼头,并配有少量随车工具和卫生清洁工具。

整车在有条件时,可外接市电和自来水。

第二节底盘的基本组成和工作原理一、底盘系统的主要结构GTD99-4/4型四吨挂车通过底盘由牵引总成、前导轮总成、制动总成、悬挂总成、牵引梁总成、托盘总成、轮胎总成七大部分组成(详见图1).二、各部结构、作用及工作原理1、牵引总成牵引总成是牵引车和挂车底盘相铰接的部件,该总成由牵引环、内管、牵引支架、前齿盘、左右拉臂、后齿盘等组成,通过齿盘轴分别与牵引支架和牵引梁连接,在使用时应保证牵引环水平,并与牵引车的牵引钩在同一水平面上,牵引总成见图2.底盘牵引总成的调整方法为:拔出安全销,松开前后齿盘,通过后齿盘调整角度使牵引环达到水平。

使用时应保证前后齿盘轴紧固,并插入安全销。

同样的方法调整后齿盘,可调节牵引环高度。

2、前导轮总成前导轮总成由摇把、蜗轮蜗杆、丝母、丝杆、内管、前导轮等组成,其作用主要有两个,一是挂车驻车时起支承作用,二是在非牵引状态移动厕所挂车时起导向作用。

前导轮总成为独立部件,车辆正常行驶时不工作,仅在车辆停放时,为保持纵梁水平及不平场地使用人力使车辆转向时使用。

其结构见图3.底盘前导轮总成的调整调试方法为:在车辆行驶前,松开锁紧螺母,逆时针转动前导轮总成,使其贴于纵梁处,此时前导轮已离开地面,并距地面有一定距离,当前导轮升至最高点时,将前导轮提起挂在挂钩上,此时牵引车可牵引挂车进行正常行驶。

挂车需要停放时,顺时针转动前导轮总成,当前导轮与地面接触后,拧紧锁紧螺母。

当作支承时,前导轮总成中心线应与地面垂直,当作转向时,前导轮总成中心线应与地面向后调成5°夹角,此时转动摇把,使前导轮向下运动,当两前轮被支起离地面约10mm时,即可用人力自由转动,转向时应注意通过压力轴承调整前导轮方向,转向完毕后应收回前导轮,使两前轮着地。

注意:底盘前导轮总成不得长期作为支承使用。

3、制动总成制动总成的组成(见图四)。

制动原理是采用惯性制动。

即制动驱动力为厕所挂车的惯性力。

制动总成由惯性制动系统、手制动系统和保险制动系统三部分组成,三个系统均能独立工作,最终均反映在左右制动鼓的四根制动钢丝上,最大行程均超过35mm.惯性制动系统由牵引环、内管、双向阻尼器、钩形臂、转臂、钢丝拉杆等组成。

通过钢丝拉杆与制动拉臂连接。

当牵引车制动时,挂车受惯性作用向前继续运行,此时通过内管压缩双向阻尼器,吸引部分能量,同时推动钩形臂向后运动,达到制动目的。

更换双向阻尼器时,只要卸掉后固定轴,将内管后推至安装孔,冲下销轴即可。

手制动系统由手把、棘爪、棘轮、拔叉、气簧等组成,通过拔叉推动制动拉臂移动,使制动拉杆前移,达到制动目的。

保险制动系统是附属制动系统,该系统用钢丝绳使牵引车与挂车底盘的制动拉臂连接,正常情况下,该系统不起作用。

当牵引环连接部位损坏或牵引车的牵引钩与挂车底盘牵引环脱离时,钢丝绳拉动制动拉臂旋转达到制动目的。

此时牵引车司机可感到阻力增加,应及时停车检查。

底盘惯性制动系统的双向阻尼器行程为85mm,有前后限位装备,必要时可进行调整,当发现失效时应及时更换,避免刚性撞击,损坏机件。

4、悬挂总成悬挂系统由焊接和组成在后桥上的扭杆后支架、扭杆、平衡肘轴支架、平衡肘、限位器等组成。

吸引振动能量的元件为扭杆和限位器。

左右轮胎安装在平衡肘的轮胎轴上,平衡肘的肘轴外圆插入平衡肘轴支架内,内圆的花链孔与扭杆连接,扭杆的另一端插入扭杆后支架。

当挂车通过不平地面时,轮胎通过平衡肘使扭杆转动角度,产生扭矩,以此起到减震和吸引能量的作用,当平衡肘的转角超过动行程时,则碰到限位器上,此时除可吸引部分能量外,还可起到防止扭杆损坏的作用。

如需改变挂车底盘的静行程和动行程时,只需拔出平衡肘,改变其初始安装角度即可,不需拆装扭杆。

拆装扭杆应使用专门工具,并特别注意不能损坏扭杆任何表面,安装时要特别注意正与反,左右不能装错,否则扭杆会很快损坏。

悬挂系统的限位器磨损失效时,应及时更换限位器。

5、牵引梁总成牵引梁为底盘的承重主件,相当于牵引车的大梁。

牵引梁与悬挂装备的壳体为单点连接,前固定卡与上装的箱体连接,组成合理的受力系统,因此,在组装整机时必须保证前固定卡与上装箱体的可靠连接。

6、托架总成托架总成用钢板和各种型材焊接而成,为满足通用性的要求,设计为可拆卸式,用八个螺栓与前后悬挂装置固定可靠。

联接时可用调整垫调整,根据上装的具体情况,可方便的改变结构形式,使用中应注意检查焊缝和连接情况,不需维护保养。

7、车轮总成车轮总成包括内胎、外胎、轮毂、制动片、轮盘等部件,轮胎型号为7.50-16(16层级),直径805mm,宽度215mm,承载力为1750kg.在使用中若发现底盘两侧轮胎严重不在一平面上,则表明低的一侧扭杆已损坏,应及时更换,以免损失其它机件。

轮胎总成全部为标准件,其中制动盘分左右,外购更换时应注意。

更换轮胎时,除型号、规格相同外,轮胎的花纹也应该相同,禁止混装,禁止单胎更换。

当两侧轮胎滚动阻力不相同时,应通过制动盘调整孔,调节端面齿盘使滚动阻力一致。

第三节上车部分的基本组成和工作原理一、卡车部分的主要结构上车部分的主要结构见图5、图6、图7和图8.通过气弹簧和支杆支撑后形成厕所挂车的雨篷,下翻板下翻由拉杆和支撑小梁支撑后形成厕所挂车的走廊。

走廊上设护栏,人员经由登车梯上车。

登车梯使用完毕后挂于挂车前部。

厕所挂车分四个大便间、四个小便间和两个设备间。

各厕间独立分隔并设小门。

每四个厕间共用一换气扇,统一由设备间控制。

设备间除整车的电路控制设备外,还设有水笼头和随车工具等。

厕所挂车的厕具全部采用免水冲厕具。

大便器内的粪便经使用者踩动厕间内的脚踏板后,连动厕具机芯的卷袋器,使集便袋下行一段后封口,然后进入车底盘下的集便桶内。

集便桶内的粪便积累到一定程度或集便塑料袋使用完毕后,报警蜂鸣器工作,管理人员更换集便袋和集便桶,用小车将粪便运送至处理点处理。

小便器上外罩透明塑料罩,尿液经车底预埋管道统一集中收集到集便桶内,用小车将尿液运送至处理点处理。

透明塑料罩定期更换。

当更换新塑料袋或集便桶已满时,拉出已盛满粪便的集便桶,并重新放入空桶。

已装满的集便桶通过小车送至固定地点处理。

放入集便桶时应注意推入到位。

二、各部结构、作用及工作原理1、上、下翻板侧板分上下两块。

使用挂车厕所时,上翻板上翻通过气弹簧和支杆支撑后形成挂车厕所的雨篷,使用过程中应注意上翻板支撑弹簧的气量及支杆端连接螺丝的状况,遇有强风时应及时撤收挂车厕所,以免上、下翻板毁坏。

下翻板下翻由拉杆和支撑小梁支撑后形成厕所挂车的走廊。

严禁不打开支撑小梁而使用下翻板。

不得在下翻板上跳跃、跑动,以免下翻板因变形过大影响使用。

走廊上设护栏,护栏打开与撤收时,只需要将护栏与下翻板连接处的套筒拔起,转动护栏至需要位置即可。

人员经由登车梯上车。

登车梯需要支承良好后方可使用。

登车梯使用完毕后挂于挂车前部。

注意:操作人员应视使用场合的光照情况酌情打开或关闭厕所间电源、换气扇及照明地灯,使厕所挂车便于使用,避免因路黑发生意外。

2、大便间大便间设免水冲式大便器一台。

进入大便间前,应注意查看厕间门锁上有无人使用的标志,不得在厕所上锁时猛敲猛打厕间门。

视需要打开立于门侧的厕间照明灯。

进入大便间后,反锁厕所门,并依照厕间门立柱旁下部的使用说明操作。

便后踩下脚踏板,通过脚踏板和齿轮传动机构拉动塑料袋,将粪便输送到集便桶内。

厕具在使用状态时处平放状态。

安装板下面有密封圈与粪桶口接触密封,踏动一次脚踏板,塑料袋向下牵引一个行程,约150~200mm.当塑料袋即将使用完时,缺袋报警器发出鸣叫声,提示管理人员需要更换塑料袋。
