文体(一) 通知通知是应用文中较为常见的一种形式，分为书面通知和口头通知。
用于公布计划或者安排的事情，例如会议、比赛、画展等。
书面通知主要由四部分组成：标题、通知正文、发通知单位、发通知的日期。
标题(NOTICE或Notice)写在正文上方居中，发通知的单位一般写在正文右下角，发通知的日期一般写在发通知单位的下方。
口头通知所使用的语言具有明显的口语特征，通俗易懂。
具体讲，通知是上级对下级、组织对成员布置工作、传达情况或告诉公众某件事情等情况时使用的一种应用文体。
时间、地点、参与者、内容及注意事项都是通知的要点，应直截了当地给予说明。
常用一般将来时，穿插使用一般现在时。
具体写作结构如下：1．吸引眼球开头句①May I have your attention please? I have an announcement to make.请大家注意，我要宣布一则通知。
②Attention, please! I have something important to tell you.请注意！我有重要的事要告诉你们。
③Please excuse my interrupting you, but I have something important to tell you.请原谅我打扰你们，但我有重要的事要告诉你们。
