对于位号:FV-1103的调节蝶阀,仪表规格书的的要求安全位置为全关,不需要对原设置做调整。
2、自动调校:设定输入信号为12mA,当显示屏显示为ACAL时,按压CAL,气动蝶阀开始自动校正,当显示屏显示为OK时,调校完成,按压↑键,退出调试模式,恢复到正常工作状态,三、阀门的一些注意事项:1、阀门在未确认连按管道清洁之前,不允许做开关动作,只能从全关位达到全开位,以防止阀门的密封面受到不可恢复的损坏,厂家对这种情况下造成的损伤不承担任何责任。
2、请按照工艺要求,确认阀门在与执行机构连接后,其故障安全位置与设计的安全位置相同。
3、请确认阀门的安装方向与阀门的要求方向相同。
及介质的工作压力在阀门的允许压力之下。
4、请确认对执行机构、附件、ZR阀位反馈器及连接控制气路保护良好,无损伤,泄漏及其它可能造成动作失灵及误操作的可能。
5、请确认已订购了相关的易损件,以应对意外情况下,所造成的对阀门、执行机构及相应控制附件的损坏,因产品为国外定货,供货周期较长。
6、请确认相关的技术资料已到达调试人员手中,调试人员可以依照其进行正确的设置及调试,如不能够得到,请按照正常渠道索取。

Completing the action breaks an internal plastic break-rod which is visible below the pull lever,use is optional. The use of a break-rod can be a deterrent to vandalism without interfering with the minimum pull requirements needed for easy activation. The pull lever latches into the alarm position and remains extended out of the housing to provide a visible indication.Double Action Stations (Breakglass) require the operator to strike the front mounted hammer to break the glass and expose the recessed pull lever. The pull lever then operates as a single action station.Double Action Stations (Push Type) require that a spring loadedinterference plate, which is marked PUSH, be pushed back to access the pull lever of the single action station.Station reset requires the use of a key to reset the manual station lever and deactivate the alarm switch. b.多线手动盘3000-506●可自动或手动控制8个防火设备的启动与停止,并监测其连线故障。
该输出的容量为瞬时(10毫秒)24VDC/200mA,长时间24VDC/50mA;自动控制时由主机器内置继电器完成,不占用总线地址。
多线手动盘共有8组按键,每组含启动、停止按键各一个,共16个按键;8个状态指示灯,8个回授指示灯、8个故障指示灯。
●可接受相应控制设备的启动信号,并监测其连线故障。
接受方式为无源触点。
●无内部插入式打印好的设备标签。
●直线输出线路长度不能大于700米,线路电阻小于20欧姆;●使用时,需配接300-9022切换模块。
c.总线手动盘3000-504:每块板上有16个手动按键并有对应的16个回授指示灯。
它通过编程可以通过实现总线远程控制现场的输出模块,使系统控制变得简单可靠。
该控制器上最多可以安装2块总线手动盘,若按键数超过32点时,需将总线手动盘惊醒扩展。

d.回路卡3000-502:回路卡用于连接现场编址单元,它根据主机的命令自动寻检这些编址单元,以检查监视这些编址单元当前所处的状态。
根据用户的要求不同,该回路卡可支持B型连接方式(开环方式)或A型连接方式(闭环方式)的回路设计。
e.网络卡3000-510:当系统设备超过24个回路设备地址时,即超过1台控制器时,可通过网络卡将这些控制器(最多64台)进行联网,组成大型火灾报警系统。
网络卡有独立的接口,所以联网时每台控制器仍有24个报警回路。
f.备用电池组:为控制器提供备用电源,采用二节免维护铅酸蓄电池。
