泰科（Tyco）阀门定位器调试一、AVID定位器接线方式：说明：+接输入信号的正，输入信号为4-20mA DC-接输入信号的负+ (端子号6）接反馈信号的正，反馈信号为4-20mA DC - （端子号5）接反馈信号的负二、菜单启动：1、进入菜单：按压CAL直至显示屏出现ACAL，按压↓键直至出现Cofg,其程序菜单如下：↓-Down Arrow ; ↑-Up Arrow; CAL,为三个控制键，在园盘之下：*参考，请以工艺条件为准：对于位号：PV-1203的调节蝶阀，仪表规格书上要求的安全位置为全开，请将OFF（Fail Closed）按压↓键改为ON（Fail Open）,按压CAL确认后离开。
对于位号：FV-1103的调节蝶阀，仪表规格书的的要求安全位置为全关，不需要对原设置做调整。
2、自动调校：设定输入信号为12mA,当显示屏显示为ACAL时，按压CAL，气动蝶阀开始自动校正，当显示屏显示为OK时，调校完成，按压↑键，退出调试模式，恢复到正常工作状态，三、阀门的一些注意事项：1、阀门在未确认连按管道清洁之前，不允许做开关动作，只能从全关位达到全开位，以防止阀门的密封面受到不可恢复的损坏，厂家对这种情况下造成的损伤不承担任何责任。
2、请按照工艺要求，确认阀门在与执行机构连接后，其故障安全位置与设计的安全位置相同。
3、请确认阀门的安装方向与阀门的要求方向相同。
及介质的工作压力在阀门的允许压力之下。
4、请确认对执行机构、附件、ZR阀位反馈器及连接控制气路保护良好，无损伤，泄漏及其它可能造成动作失灵及误操作的可能。
5、请确认已订购了相关的易损件，以应对意外情况下，所造成的对阀门、执行机构及相应控制附件的损坏，因产品为国外定货，供货周期较长。
6、请确认相关的技术资料已到达调试人员手中，调试人员可以依照其进行正确的设置及调试，如不能够得到，请按照正常渠道索取。

截止阀
截止阀是关闭件（阀瓣）沿阀座中心线移动的阀门。 截止阀在 管路中主要作切断用。截止阀有以下优点： 1.在开闭过程中密封面的摩擦力比闸阀小，耐磨。 2.开启高度小。 3.通常只有一个密封面，制造工艺好，便于维修。 截止阀使用较为普遍，但由于开闭力矩较大，结构长度较长，一 般公称通径都限制在DN≤200mm以下。截止阀的流体阻力损失较 大。因而限制了截止阀更广泛的使用。 TYCO截止阀代表品牌 Yarway，Sempell
火力电厂的生产流程
火力电厂围绕三大主机设备炉、机、电和其他辅机设备形成了 三大系统，构成了电厂生产的主要流程。 燃烧系统：原煤磨成煤粉后进行分离，合格的煤粉被煤粉仓储存。 煤粉仓的煤粉由喷燃器喷到炉膛内燃烧；产生的热能加热炉膛四周 水冷壁管内的水，加热成汽水混合物。 汽水系统：混合物被锅炉汽包内的汽水分离器进行分离,分离出的水 经下降管送到水冷壁管继续加热,分离出的蒸汽送到过热器,加热成 符合规定温度和压力的过热蒸汽,经管道送到汽轮机作功。 汽轮机内作完功的过热蒸汽被凝汽器冷却成凝结水,凝结水经凝 结泵送到低压加热器加热,然后送到除氧器除氧,再经给水泵送到高 压加热器加热后,送到锅炉继续进行热力循环。 再热式机组采用中间再热过程,即把在汽轮机高压缸做功之后的 蒸汽,送到锅炉的再热器重新加热,使汽温提高到一定(或初蒸汽)温 度后,送到汽轮机中压缸继续做功。 电气系统：过热蒸汽在汽轮机内作功推动汽轮机旋转,汽轮机带动发 电机发电,发电机发出的三相交流电通过发电机端部的引线经变压器 什压后引出送到电网。

案例分析——美国泰科国际有限公司舞弊案4.1 公司简介美国泰科国际有限公司（Tyco International Ltd，以下简称泰科）始创于1960年，其前身只是一个为政府部门提供实验服务的实验室。
1973年，泰科在纽约证交所上市，开始了其全方位、多领域的扩张之路，目前他是世界最大的电气、电子元件制造商和服务商；海底通信系统的设计、生产、安装和服务商；也是世界最大的防火系统和电子安全服务的生产商、安装商和供应商；同时还是最大的流量控制阀门制造商。
在医疗产品、融资与租赁、塑料和粘合剂领域，泰科公司也占据着主导地位。
公司业务机构遍布80多个国家，其雇员超过26万。
4.2 舞弊事件2002年初，泰科董事会发现首席执行官丹尼斯·科兹洛夫斯基（Dennis Kozlowski）未经董事会认可以及授权就将数额为2000万美元的奖金支付给前董事兼薪酬委员会主席沃尔什（Frank Walsh）作为泰科国际当时收购CIT金融公司过程中的中介费。
但可惜的是，这并未引起泰科董事会的足够重视。
2002年6月，丹尼斯·科兹洛夫斯基因偷逃艺术品销售税180万美元而受纽约地区法院调查，但科兹洛夫斯基并未通知董事会配合调查，使得泰科的董事会差点被卷入妨碍司法公正的丑闻中去。
在不到半年里发生的两件大事，让泰科的董事会十分愤怒，最终解雇了科兹洛夫斯基。
随着一系列调查的深入进行，泰科国际的高层管理人员的贪污、舞弊等行径相继暴露，到了2002年底，泰科国际撤换了60多名高管人员，包括首席财务官、法律总顾问、财务总监以及人力资源总监等等，此外泰科还撤换了整个董事会。
4.3 舞弊原因分析在泰科国际这个案例中，管理人员肆无忌惮地侵吞并挪用了大量的资金，这些资金的所有权归泰科国际的债权人所有，而管理当局应该受股东所托正确使用这些资金，由于这些资金最后是受管理当局所控制，而股东与管理者之间、股东与债权人之间的委托代理关系就显得十分重要了。
