1.新归档的程序某些模块程序向下不兼容，所以使用时需要注意，要升级程序必须完
全升级。
完全升级的方法为：用新程序的bin、userdef、protocol、userdb文件

夹替换旧版本程序相应文件夹，同时数据库中的设备通信规约必须重新选择一下，界面上的遥信定义控件必须重新定义。
2.要使用103V1和103V2规约的通信异常以后，数据清零和保持的功能，必须在
【Settings】下增加COMERRValue=0，或者COMERRValue=1的项，其中COMERRValue=0
表示通信异常以后设备的数据清零，COMERRValue=1表示通信异常以后设备的数据
保持不变，如果不配置则默认为设备通信异常以后，数据清零；
3.SVC项目使用的MODBUS规约的文件名为MODBUS_TCP_SVC.dll，规约的名称为：
MODBUS_TCP_SVC通讯协议。
仅此规约可以配合TemperatureControl.dll温度控制
进程完成相应的功能；
4.水电项目中和PLC通信的规约文件为MODBUS_TCP.dll，规约的名称为：MODBUS_TCP
通信协议；
5.直接遥控控件仅仅可以配合通用串口MODBUS和水电应用网络MODBUS规约使用；
6.工程使用时，D:\TView\protocol文件夹下仅仅保存系统中通信必要协议文件，其
他没有使用到的协议文件，必须删除，此规定主要是提高系统的运行效率；
7.工程使用时，D:\TView\userdb文件夹下仅仅保存系统中使用的模块进程，其他模
块进程，必须删除，此规定主要是提高系统的运行效率；
8.模版文件保存在“装置模版文件夹”中，现场使用时，根据现场装置找到相应的文
件然放置到“data”目录中即可。

思迅专卖V8软件之查询历史数据与现有数据图文并茂解决方案说课材料
为了灵活切换查询并使用现有的专卖V8总部，现提供以下操作步骤：1、备份数据库操作：首先在对应的磁盘中新建好存放数据库的文件夹，便于日后调用，例如：在E盘中新建一个数据库备份文件夹路径，登录专卖V8总部系统后，点击系统管理-》数据库管理，如下图，然后再点击立即备份。
系统开始备份中，备份数据库成功后，如图，2、历史数据删除操作：系统管理-》更多功能-》历史数据删除，就会打开历史数据删除功能窗口了，勾选对应操作选项（例如POS流水，收银日志，业务流水等等），保留对应天数的数据，最后点击删除即可。
3、还原历史数据库操作依次展开，直至显示所有数据库，例如：选中数据库，右键-》所有任务-》还原数据库，例如：点击还原数据库1、输入还原数据库名称：例如2012012、选中从设备3、点击选择设备4、选中数据库-完全点击添加(A)…点击灰色按钮选择好数据库的备份路径文件，例如：E:\数据库备份\isszmv820120414094点击确定按钮点击确定按钮点击确定按钮点击选项按钮把即将还原好的数据库放在对应的目录中即可，保留201201.mdf和201201_log.ldf，例如：E:\数据库备份，点击确定按钮还原进度上蓝色滚动条会显示情况4、 查询对应的历史数据记录操作，例如：查询数据库名称为201201的数据，点开始数据库还原成功后，系统提示：数据库”****”的还原已顺利完成，点确定按钮即可。
点击确定按钮点击运行( R)…在空白的文本框上输入regedit点击确定按钮，就会打开注册表编辑器点击HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE ，相关项目自动显示点击SOFTWARE ，相关项目自动显示点击开始拖动灰色滚动条，直到看到siss,再点击siss，相关项目自动显示点击sisszm，相关项目自动显示，再点击8.0,双击DataBase，就会弹出以下对话框把数值数据中的isszmv8修改为还原好的数据库名称,例如：201201,再点确定即可,重新打开专卖V8总部系统就可以查询对应时间段的数据了，如果要使用现有的数据库，则在数值数据中输入isszmv8，点确定即可，操作方法跟以上相同。

1 升级操作系统1.1 准备升级工具升级前，需要准备以下工具：操作终端，可以是台式机或者便携机。
网线、串口线。
如果采用FTP、SFTP或TFTP方式升级，AR可以作为TFTPClient、SFTP Server、SFTP Client、FTP Client或FTP Server，需要准备相对应的TFTP Server、SFTP Server、SFTP Client、FTPServer或FTP Client软件。
1.2 查询当前软件版本信息用户视图下，使用display version命令查看设备正在运行的系统软件的版本，确认当前版本符合升级前的版本要求。
1.2.1 场景三：AR作为TFTP Client，PC作为TFTP Server这里以设备作为TFTP Client为例进行说明。
TFTP Server软件由用户自己购买、安装，TFTP Server程序建议使用TFTPD32软件。
将PC作为TFTP服务器，在PC上运行TFTP Server程序并进行相应设置CONSOLE登录设备后：配置ip地址与tftp server连通tftp serverip get1.3 备份Flash/SD卡中的重要文件Flash或SD卡中的重要文件一定要在升级之前备份。
重要文件包括：升级前系统使用的系统软件、配置文件、License文件和补丁文件。
备份补丁文件、License文件的方法和系统软件类似，这里不再单独举例说明。
以通常AR1220VW为例，假设当前系统的系统软件为以，数据配置文件为（V200R007C00SPC900版本的默认配置文件为）。
备份系统软件有如下方式：AR作为FTP Server备份系统软件AR作为FTP Client备份系统软件AR作为TFTP Client备份系统软件AR作为SFTP Client备份系统软件1.3.1 方法三：AR作为TFTP Client步骤 1设置TFTP服务器（参照“场景三：AR作为TFTP Client，PC 作为TFTP Server”进行设置）要确保备份过程中TFTP的应用程序不能关闭。

SunLike8.0正式版升级指南此升级指南分为：分别为从FAS5.1升级至SunLike8.0版本、Sunlike6.1及Sunlike2004 1.0升级、Sunlike2004 2.0版本升级至sunlike8.0，请根据实际情况查看相关的升级指南。
（一）FAS5.1升级至SunLike8.0版本：1、数据资料备份：升级之前请先做此动作。
A．SQL数据库中的备份B．备份SQL文件夹下的DATA目录但建议使用“A”备份，因为这种方式可完整的保存数据库的资料，但若采取“B”，则要特别留意，资料的保存(因为DATA里的LOG档与DAT档是缺一不可的，漏了其一个都会导致资料不完整)。
2、数据库SQL升级，SQL不升级相对应的补丁程序则容易出现系统无法使用状况。
SQL7.0的数据库，必须升级补丁程序—SP4。
SQL2000的数据库，必须升级补丁程序—SP3。
3、安装SUNLIKE程序。
建议单独安装一个目录，不要与FAS51混在一起。
4、Setup Sunlike 程序安装完毕后，请不要直接点Sun.exe，等执行完第五步后再进入sunlike系统。
5、升级公司帐套、密码、套版变量、用户资源、常用词汇、备忘录、专案程序开发信息库，因sunlike 程序的公司档及密码档等均是放在SQL数据库中，而FAS51是放入在TEMPLATE下的，如果要延用之前的公司帐套及密码资料必须：A、将FAS51的Comp*.*，Pswd*.* ，sqlinfo.ini，rpt*.* ，Spc_Prg*.*，UserMemo*.*，USerRes*.*，Word*.*，及Reports，Copy到Sunlike\Template下B、进入SUNLIKE程序，此动作会停留很久，因为程序正在将Comp*.*及Pswd*.*写入SQL数据库的DA TABASE (SUNSYSTEM)的Table里，所以不能将此动作停止，否则会导致Comp*.*及Pswd*.*无法写到数据库里。

弹出式菜单
InTouch 支持鼠标右键功能，可显示窗口和图形对象的常用命令。弹出式菜单包含可应用于 对话框、文本框、动画链接标记名或表达式框中的选定文本的命令，在 QuickScript 窗口中也 支持弹出式菜单。您不必使用标准菜单来寻找您要使用的命令，而只需在应用程序浏览器中右击 窗口、对象、对话框、文本框或组及其成员。
要显示/隐藏标尺： 1. 在“查看”菜单上，单击“标尺”，或者单击“查看”菜单上的标尺工具。 2. 重复第一步可隐藏标尺。

那查看文件历史记录可就很重要啦。
要是在Windows系统里呢，对于一些办公软件，像Word就比较方便。
你打开Word文档后，点击“文件”这个选项，然后找找有没有“版本历史”之类的按钮哦。

通常它们也会保存一些之前的版本，方便你查看修改情况。
还有哦，要是你用的是一些代码编辑器，比如说Visual Studio Code。
这个可就很贴心啦，它会自动记录文件的修改历史。
你可以在编辑器的相关菜单或者插件里找到查看历史记录的入口。
另外呢，有些公司或者团队会使用版本控制工具，像Git。
如果你的文件是用Git 管理的，那查看历史记录就超级简单啦。
你只要在命令行里输入几个简单的Git命令，就可以看到文件每次提交的历史，包括谁修改的，修改了啥内容之类的。
宝子，不同的文件类型和软件查看历史记录的方法都不太一样，但只要你耐心找找，总能发现这些小秘密的。

关于“二次元件数据库打开失败”问题的原因可能是由以下两点原因引起：1、FTP设置没有给读取、写入权限；2、LdMainLib.mdb文件可能是只读。
受限用户安装SuperWORKS软件问题若客户计算机登陆用户为受限域用户或本地受限用户，安装SuperWORKS软件时可能会出现无法正常安装的问题，一般可使用以下步骤进行安装：1、使用有管理员权限的用户登陆安装。
2、使用受限用户登陆计算机。
在SuperWORKS软件安装目录下找到SuperWORKS.reg注册表文件双击运行将其添加到注册表即可。
数据库LdMainLib.mdb和词组库word.mdb无法正常操作解决办法：原理：系统调用数据库时，access导入xls,txt.doc等文件时，需要调用dao360.dll和Msado15.dll这两个文件，而有的盗版的office无法注册这两个文件的信息；或者用户卸载别的软件的时候，把这个文件一起卸载了；或者用优化软件优化过；还可能是病毒的原因。
造成加载dll失败，这样调用点击和数据库有关的功能时会报错。
具体操作：1、点击开始--运行 ,输入：regsvr32 "X:\SWORKS_PSB_CAD2006\Part2lib\dao360.dll"（注：根据软件实际安装路径更改路径）重新注册dao360.dll。
【会弹出注册成功的提示，如果失败，看文件的路径下有没有这个文件，如果没有，从我们软件安装目录\part2lib下复制一个就可以了】。
我们软件只用到dao360.dll，所以只需注册dao360.2、域用户下Dao360.dll文件无法注册时，可以在管理员用户下将Dao360.dll复制到C:\WINDOWS\system32文件夹下，然后切换到域用户手动注册，注册方法是在开始——运行中输入：regsvr32 dao360.dll客户端无法正常建库如何处理？解决办法：检查服务器端FTP配置1、虚拟目录的路径应指定为服务器端根目录下的SWORKSServer文件夹，不能指定到服务器端根目录。
