5.0安全/维护/Safety/Maintenance:5.1 日常维护5.2.1 设备故障时,请立即关闭设备电源,通知专职维修人员到现场检查。
5.2.2 未经培训且未经设备管理部门允许,请不要打开设备外壳触摸内部电路。
5.2.3 遇危险或紧急情况时,按下设备的压缩机按钮和水泵按钮,并把总电源开关关闭,将设备停止下来,故障排除后方可将重新开机。
5.2.4设备在冻水管装置中已安装旁通阀,当冻水流量减少时,可利用调节旁通阀达到舒缓水泵压力及防止蒸发器结冰目的。
5.2.5如设备停用一段时间,水泵泵叶可能被污积物凝固,再开机时必须先用螺丝刀拨动马达后盖风叶,以避免泵泵叶卡死而将马达烧毁。
6.0操作程序/Operation Process:6.1 开机操作程序6.1.1 首先打开冷却水阀门,检查设备水箱及冷凝器是否加满水。
6.1.2 合上电箱的总电源开关。
当把电源开关合上时,设备的电源指示灯将点亮,表示电已送到控制箱里。
6.1.3 检查设备周围有无影响设备的运行物件。
(如机顶不能放置任何物件,保证散热正常)6.1.4 将温度控制器设定于使用温度(勿低于5°C,冻水温度调得太低会降低设备的制冷效率,甚至使蒸发器铜管表面结冰而爆裂)。
6.1.5 打开水泵运行按钮。
6.1.6 打开压缩机按钮(注意压缩机运行是在打开水泵按钮3分钟才开始,以免压缩机过载)当冻水温度至温控表所设定之温度时,压缩机会自动停止,冻水温度升高时,压缩机会自动启动。
6.2 关机操作程序6.2.1 关闭压缩机按钮。

⑥请勿用湿手操作开关可能会导致人员触电受伤。
⑦散热孔以及不锈钢蒸发器须定期清洗必须15-30天清理一次散热孔,清洗不锈钢蒸发器,让设备保证最佳制冷效果。
⑧请使用鸿森精科公司提供的厂家原装配件本机在正常使用条件下保修期为12月,延长保修期需双方共同商榷,如客户需改装或更换配件请联系生产厂家为你提供原装配件,以保证设备的稳定性。
安装与启动调试*电气部分应由专业人员安装,不按安全规则操作导致机器损坏或人员受伤,概不负责。
1、此冷水机适合安装在室内,环境温度不超过35度,不要放置在有腐蚀气体或过多灰尘的地方,四面需保持1米以上的间距。
如需放在室外,必须加盖档雨棚。

一、安装:
冷水机安装前请选择地基平稳,四周空旷畅通及避免腐蚀污染之场所,根据冰水机组制冷量选用匹配的冷却塔,冰水机管路配管,请根据机身喉尺寸进行安装,切勿将冷却水管尺寸缩小,这样会引起高压过载,影响制冷效果及增加耗电量。
注:电源、负载及接地部分,请依照相关法规施工。
二、操作方法:
首次运转必须先检查下列事项是否正确。
1、电源、电压及相数是否符合型号规格,请对照铭牌所示。
(注:3HP以上冰水机电源是否采用三相四线电压380到415V,50HZ电源相位线分别为中性线(零线)N,接地导线为E。
2、冰水喉及冷却循环水喉是否接通管路,并保持阀门打开。
3、先行将冰水箱加满后方可启动水泵。
4、请留意水泵运行方向是否逆转(如水泵是三相),如逆转须将电源相位线中任意二相对换,接妥后再把开关板上。

一、使用注意事项1、请确保电源插座接触良好并且地线可靠接地!虽然冷水机的平均工作电流不大,但是其瞬时工作电流有时高达6~10安培(AC110V电源机型瞬时工作电流有时高达10~15安培)。
2、请确保冷水机的工作电压稳定、正常!由于制冷压缩机对电源电压比较敏感,我公司标准产品的正常工作电压为200~250V(110V机型为100~130V)。
如果确实需要更宽的工作电压范围,可以另行定制。
3、电源频率不匹配会导致机器损坏!请根据实际情况,使用50Hz或60Hz的机型。
4、为保护循环水泵,严禁无水运行!新机装箱前都排空了储水水箱,请确保水箱注水后再开机,不然水泵极易损坏。
当水箱水位在水位计绿色(NORMAL)范围以下时,冷却机制冷量会轻微下降,请保证水箱水位在水位计的绿色(NORMAL)范围内。
严禁使用循环泵排水!5、请确保冷水机入风、出风通道顺畅!冷水机后面的出风口距离障碍物要留有30cm以上的距离,侧面的入风口离障碍物要求距离在8cm以上。
6、入风口的滤网必须定期清洗!必须定期拆洗防尘网, 防尘网严重堵塞会引起冷水机故障。
7、请注意冷凝水的影响!当水温低于环境温度,并且环境湿度较大时,循环水管与被冷却器件表面会产生冷凝水。
当出现以上情况时,建议调高水温设定或给水管与被冷却器件保温。
8、本产品为工业设备,请勿让儿童玩耍!二、 部件介绍电源开关温度控制器流量正常指示灯(绿色)流量报警指示灯(红色) 入风口(滤网)注水口冷却水出口 冷却水入口 出风口 排水口水位计流量报警输出端口 电源接口(带保险管)三、安装说明冷水机安装使用非常简单,新机首次使用可按以下步骤进行。
1、打开包装,检查机器是否完好,附件是否齐备。
2、拧开机器注水口,加入冷却水。
加水时应同时观察水位计的水位慢慢加水,注意不要让水溢出!用于碳钢材质设备的冷却时应该添加适量的防腐蚀药剂。
北方寒冷地区使用的应该加注无腐蚀性的防冻液。
3、根据设备情况接好出水管、入水管。
4、插上电源线,打开电源开关。
(严禁无水开机!)(1)打开电源开关后,冷水机循环泵就开始工作了。
新机第一次开机时管路中会有较多的气泡导致机器偶尔流量报警,运行数分钟后就会恢复正常。
(2)第一次开机后,必须马上检查水管管路有无漏水。
(3)打开电源后,如果水温低于设定温度,机器的风扇等器件不工作是正常现象。
温控器会根据设定的控制参数自动控制压缩机、电池阀、风扇等器件的工作状态。
(4)由于压缩机等器件有一个较长的启动过程,根据不同的工况从几十秒到数分钟不等,所以不要频繁开关机。
5、检查水箱水位。
新机开机后排空了水管中的空气,水箱水位会略有下降,为了保持水位在绿色区域,可以再次适量加水。
观察并记下当前的水位情况,等冷水机运行一段时间后再次观察水位计,如果水位下降明显,就要再次检查水管管路的渗漏情况。
6、调整温控器参数。
CW-5000/5200系列冷水机使用的智能温控器一般情况下不需要调整控制参数,如确实必要的,可参考第19页《运行状况与参数调整》。
四、运行状况与参数调整T503新型智能控制器一般情况下不需要调整控制参数,它会根据室温的变化自动调整控制参数,保证满足设备的冷却要求。
T504新型智能控制器出厂设定为恒温温控模式,水温设定为25度,用户可以根据需要调整。
T503、T504温控器除出厂设定参数不同外,其功能、结构是一样的。
1、温度控制器面板介绍(1)温控器工作状态指示灯D1、D2(如图)D1常亮,控制器工作在智能控制模式;D1不亮,控制器工作在恒温控制模式;D1闪亮,控制器工作在参数设定模式或显示数值为室温;D2常亮,冷水机工作在制冷状态;D2不亮,冷水机工作在保温状态;D2闪亮,冷水机工作在节能状态;(2)按▼键会显示室温温度,6秒后恢复默认显示。
(此时D1闪动,表明显示为室温。
)(3)▲▼键用于调整控制器显示状态,参数选择、调整。
(4)RST 键确定按键(5)SET 键设定功能按键2、恢复出厂设定开机前,同时按下▲▼键不放然后开机,直至控制器显示rE。
松开按键6秒后控制器进入正常的工作状态。
这时控制器所有参数设定值均已恢复为出厂设定值。
3、报警功能(1)报警显示:E1 E2 E3 E4 E5室温超高水温超高水温超低室温传感器故障水温传感器故障报警时,出错的代码与水温会交替显示。
(2)暂停报警声:在报警状态下按任何键均可暂停报警声响,但报警显示需等到报警条件消除后才停止。

此时按▲▼键可修改设定值,修改数值后按下确认键(RST)后存盘退出,新参数生效。
如按设定键(SET)则不保存参数退出设定状态,如20秒内无按键按下,不保存参数自动退出修改状态。
6、高级设定调整(1)按住▲键不放,同时按设定键(SET)五秒至显示0,此时按▲键选择已设定密码(出厂设定为8),再按一下设定键(SET),如密码正确,显示转为F0,进入设定状态,D1闪亮,表明现在控制器为参数设定状态。
如密码错误,则返回温度显示。
(2)进入设定状态后按▲键循环依次进入选择设定项目,按键▼则按反方向循环。
选择所设项目后再按设定键(SET),进入下一层参数修改,显示原设定值,此时按▲▼键可修改参数值,再按设定键(SET),则返回上一层菜单设定项目。
任何时候按确定键(RST),则保存修改的参数退出参数设定状态,返回温度显示,并按新参数运行。
如20秒内无按键按下,控制器也会自动退出参数设定状态,并且不保存修改的参数。
注:1、在参数设定状态时,系统按原参数运行;2、恒温控制模式时,水温由(F0)参数控制;3、智能控制模式时,水温会根据气温变化自动调整。
其温差由(F1)参数控制。
7、高级控制参数调整案例:Array(1)、案例一:智能温控模式控制冷却水温度。
要求水温最高不超过31度,最低不低于25度,目标水温比气温低3度,在气温不变的情况下,水温波动不大于正负0.5度。
当水温低于目标水温10度或者高于目标水温10度时报警。
(即当气温在30.0度时,冷却水温在27.5度至26.5度之间,如气温变为30.5度,冷却水温在28.0度至27.0度之间。
) (2)、案例二:恒温模式控制冷却水温度。
要求冷却水温度恒定在28度、水温波动不大于正负2度。
水温超过正常水温5度即超高温报警,低于正常水温10度时即超低温报警。
并且可以方便的通过用户设定在5至30度之间调整水温设定。
(3)、案例三:恒温模式控制冷却水温度。
要求冷却水温度恒定在25度、水温波动不大于正负1度。
水温超过30度即超高温报警,低于10度时,超低温报警。
(即不管气温多少度,冷却水温恒定在24.0度至26.0度之间。
)五、流量报警与输出端口:为了保证在冷却水循环出现异常情况时不影响设备的安全,CW-5000/5200系列冷水机特有低流量报警保护功能。
