整个阅卷工作虽然繁重而忙碌，但它使我有机会从另一个角度来看待英语书面表达的教学，对我今后的教学进行了有效的指引，也丰富了我人生的阅历。
通过阅卷，我有了一些新的感受：首先，整个阅卷工作非常规范、客观、公正。
我们6月10日到阅卷点报到，其时所有的阅卷老师已被随机分为七个组，每组40人左右，由来自不同县市学校的中学一线教师和一部分研究生组成。
把关的组长和专家组都是经验丰富的大学教授。
6月11上午召开阅卷培训大会，由总负责人给我们讲详细的评分细则。
同时要求大家对一些试卷进行评分，并与专家所给出的得分进行比对。
整个下午大家都在机房进行试评，由组长和专家抽查考核。
6月12日才开始进入正式评卷阶段。
评卷系统很客观公正。
每个阅卷人员都要凭各自的用户名和密码才能登入，登入后你的一举一动都处在组长及专家组成员的监视中，你离线多久，你阅卷的总量、平均速度、有效度、无效卷、吻合度、自评指数等等各项指标随时随地电脑里都有反映。
根据这套评分系统，每份答卷由至少两名人员评分，而且彼此看不到对方的分数，两名人员不固定组合，电脑随机派送。
如两人所给分数在一定的范围内(误差不超过4分)，那就是有效分数，那么两者的平均分就是该答卷的最后得分。
如两人所给分数超出了范围，由第三个人阅卷，取在范围内的两个分数的平均值为最后得分。
如三者间皆有较大误差，无法确定时就会提交专家组仲裁，最后给定分数。
这样得出的分数是比较公正的，最大程度地避免了草菅人命的现象。
我们在整个评卷的过程中各个分数都有所覆盖，甚至还有几篇佳作通过专家组的审核成为满分作文。
所以在平时的学习过程中，只要学生注重平时的积累背诵，并加以妥善运用，在考试中写出有亮点的文章是不会被忽略的，总会获得高分的。
然后，结合这次阅卷过程中暴露出的问题，我总结了一些考生须注意的事项：一、务必要认真审题，确保涵盖所有要点。

2016年山东高考英语阅卷感想
2016年山东高考英语阅卷感想评书面表达试题原题假定你是李华，暑假想去一家外资公司兼职，已写好申请书和个人简历（resume）。
给外教 Ms. Jenkins 写信，请她帮助你修改所附材料的文字和格式（format）。
注意：1.词数100左右；2.可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯。
试题分析今年书面表达一如既往坚持“与学生的生活、学习”相关话题的写作，话题熟悉，难易适中，为不同水平的学生都有不同程度的发挥提供了可能。
写作要点(1)自我介绍。
（不介绍自己，外教咋知道咱是谁啊）(2)解释缘由。
(为什么要写这封信，和自我介绍衔接连贯，相辅相成)(3)说明为何写信。
(修改所附材料的文字和格式)(4)提示所附材料。
(5)表示感谢。
（这是必须的，一定要表示感谢，否则不礼貌，说不定还会扣分滴）得分情况山东抽样调查，平均分13.15分。
大部分集中在11—18分之间，中间得分多，较低分和较高分相对较少。
主要扣分点(1) 审题错误：一看到“申请书”“个人简历”字样，就写成了求职信和申请书。
(2) 要点遗漏：尤其是上面要点1和要点5。
(3) 语篇错误：逻辑混乱，衔接不当，连接词和关联词用得多，用得杂，用得牵强。
(4) 句子表达错误：用词不当、句式混乱，chinglish较多。
(5) 单词拼写错误:错词较多，书写不规范。
反思教学(1) 五档作文在眼里---抓标准。
五档作文评分标准一定要展示给学生。
(2) 力保审题过程要“全”：审文体、审格式、审人称、审时态、审要点。
(3) 力保表达过程要“准”：精准运用五大基本句型，精准规避三类错误：词类错误、语法错误、汉语思维。
(4)四大基本原则：具体性原则 good---kind-hearted, easy-going新颖性原则 difficult--challenging短语优先原则:use---make use of避免词汇重复原则----like--enjoy, build--set up(5)适当运用高级词汇：如many--- a great number of ,rich--abundant(6) 变化句式结构，增加得分亮点：肯定不如双否好；陈述不如倒装妙；主动不如被动巧；简单不如并列、复合强；非谓语结构不能少；简单句变身有妙招；篇章结构巧连贯。

2016年高考英语全国Ⅰ卷书面表达题假定你是李华，暑假想去一家外贸公司兼职，已写好申请书和个人简历（resume）。

注意：1. 词数100左右；2. 可以适当增加细节，已使行文连贯。
一、题目评价今年的书面表达题，依然是书信体，命题形式是文字介绍。
强调交际理念，但提供的信息量少，考生的发挥空间大。
二、内容要点1. 自我介绍（以便收信人明确自己和写信人的关系）。
2. 解释缘由（为什么要写这封信，与自我介绍衔接连贯，相辅相成）。
3. 说明目的（修改所附材料的文字及格式）。
4. 提示已附材料。
5. 表示感谢（这是必须的，否则不礼貌，内容不完整）。
三、得分情况全省考生书面表达的平均分为12.25分。
考生的分数主要集中在11—20分之间，中间段得分多，较低分和较高分相对较少，属于正态分布。
四、评分标准评卷老师主要是采用综合给分法，结合内容，语言和连贯性先定好文章的档次，再根据其他的因素（如书写和格式等）适当进行微调。
五档：（21-25分）含较多好句子四档：（16-20分）有好句子三档：（11-15分）有正确的句子二档：（6-10分）有句子一档：（1-5分）有相关单词0分：空白或是抄袭与写作内容无关的句子隔三差五有点错，书写清清楚楚（良好）半对半错，马马虎虎（中等）隔三差五有点对，糊里糊涂（中下）胡拼乱凑，一塌糊涂（下等）温馨提示：双评误差≧3分进入三评五、主要失分点1. 审题不慎。
一看到“申请人”和“个人简历”等字眼，有的考生就条件反射地将文体写成了求职信或申请书。
2. 要点缺失。
较多的考生在行文中遗漏了上面要点1和要点5。
高考阅卷体会——英语
累并收获着----年高考英语阅卷体会一、高考英语阅卷总体情况：年山东省高考英语继续实行网上阅卷，并且对全部II卷题目实行双评。
阅卷时间：6月13日--6月21日阅卷地点：山东师范大学工作时间：上午：8:00----11:50 下午：2:00----5:50写作评卷人员构成：1、中学一线教师（省规范化学校）占40%2、大学教师占5%（每个小组的小组长）3、研究生（两次阅卷经历以上）占60%阅读表达评卷人员主要以研究生为主。
总体上今年增加了中学教师的比例，达到约25%，主要是针对写作部分的评卷。
英语阅卷组由375人组成。
分为五个阅读表达组和十一个写作组，每组二十人。
每个阅卷人员都有一个用户名和密码，凭用户名和密码才能登入，登入后每个阅卷人员的一举一动都处在组长及专家组成员的监视中，你离线几分几秒，你阅卷的总量，无效卷的数量，恶评的数量，平均速度，有效度，吻合度，自评率等各项指标随时随地电脑里都有反映。
根据评分系统，每份答卷都实行双评制，即至少由两名人员对答卷评分，而且彼此看不到对方的分数，两名人员不是固定组合，电脑随机派送。
如两人所给分数在7分的范围内，那就是有效分数，两个分数加起来取平均分，就是该答卷的最后得分。
如两人所给分数超出7分的范围，则由第三个人评阅，取范围内的平均值，就是该答卷的最后得分。
如三评不行，则四评，作文交由专家组仲裁，最后给定分数。
这样，相对于大部分考生而言，评分更加公平公正。
但是，因为阅卷老师受7分值以及其他各项指标对阅卷人员限制的影响，许多阅卷老师怕出现无效卷，出现了打保险分的现象，使好文章的分数高不上去，致使影响高水平学生的最终成绩。
例如，一篇真正好的文章，一个负责任的老师可能给出29分；而一个不负责任的老师只给23或24分，因为后者算定了双评的对方一定不会给满分，最多打29分，自己给出的23或24分一定在7分值范围内，一定是有效分数，因此，这个高水平的学生的最后得分是26分。
高考阅卷的几点体会
高考阅卷的几点体会盐城市第一中学陈卫国本人参加了今年江苏省在南师大设立的高考阅卷点英语阅卷组的工作，我负责改的是书面表达，每天额定的批改量是每人15本，计450份试卷。
总的印象，今年的评分标准不是很紧，有点偏松。
因为今年是江苏省第一次自主命题，如果分数抠得紧，总均分偏低，社会的反响会很强烈；反之，分数高一些，家长与考生皆无怨言。
书面表达的形式是表格题，但要点清晰，叙述顺序也无须做出调整。
该题的特色之处在于第六个要点，提示是“内容由考生自己拟定”。
要点如下：自然情况①位于长江边、风景优美、适合居住成就②经济发展迅速③新建了不少工厂、住房、道路等。
存在问题④水、空气污染⑤交通拥挤对江城发展的看法⑥(内容由考生自己拟定)该要点便于学生发挥，从而显示出自己的语言表达功底。
能力强的考生洋洋洒洒，尽情发挥，不乏佳句，如“ The environment is to us what water is to fish. The government should take immediate action to deal with the existing problems."一般层次的学生也有话可写，如“I think Jiangcheng will be more beautiful."该句虽说简单了点，但根据阅卷专家组的意见，算是写出了第六个要点，不扣分。
One possible version:Dear Bob，It's very kind of you to write me and let me know about your beautiful city. Now I'd like to tell you something about my hometown Jiangcheng.The city stands on the bank of the Changjiang River. It is a beautiful place for people to live in. Its economy has been developing rapidly in the past ten years. New factories, houses and roads have been built. More schools and hospitals are available for its people. However, there are still some problems, such as water and air pollution and heavy traffic in rush hours. In my opinion, Jiangcheng should develop its economy scientifically. I would also think that the growth of its population should be brought under control so that we'll have a better hometown in future.Yours,Xiaohua评分原则与以往一样，不再赘叙。

2016年湖北高考英语阅卷感想
2016年湖北高考英语阅卷感想作者：邹家宏来源：《教学管理与教育研究》2016年第09期今年，参与“短文写作”阅卷工作的有170人，其中有大学教授、优秀研究生及部分中学骨干教师，我们接受了严格的培训，内容包括阅卷纪律、阅卷要求、短文写作试题的分析、内容要点、给分档次的把握以及正式阅卷前的两次阅卷测试等。
整个阅卷过程历时8天，感受颇深：一、严肃性的评卷1.高考阅卷实行全封闭式的管理，所有阅卷员必须凭证出入，不准迟到、早退，不准请假。
2.认真学习“短文写作”试题：假定你是李华，暑假想去一家外贸公司兼职，已写好申请书和个人简历（resume）。
给外教Mr Jenkins 写信，请她帮你修改所附材料的文字和格式（format）。
注意：1. 词数100左右； 2. 可以适当增加细节，已使行文连贯。
3.清楚把握各档次的给分范围和要求在全体阅卷员认真学习五个档次的写作和给分要求后，高考阅卷组组长形象地将五个档次的作文分别归纳为“漂漂亮亮（会跑）”、“清清楚楚（大步流星地走）”、“马马虎虎（正常走路）”、“糊里糊涂（跌跌撞撞地走）”和“一塌糊涂（爬行）”，太精辟了！这几个词给所有阅卷员的印象太深了，它们能使阅卷员快速而又准确地给每一篇作文定档，然后根据具体内容在每档的5分内调整。
二、科学化的评卷1.阅卷前测试为进一步检验阅卷员是否完全掌握阅卷要领，阅卷组组织了两次测试：两次分别给每位阅卷员相同的14篇文章，在10分钟内完成，然后迅速将测试结果，如均分、吻合度、有效率、相关系数等信息反馈给各阅卷员，以便阅卷员将自己对每篇文章的给分与专家组的给分进行对照，找出差距；两次测试之后，阅卷组长还要对每篇文章进行分析，从而保证了高考阅卷的准确性。
2.正式评卷实行双评制。
即每篇文章不是由一位阅卷员一锤定音，至少有两位教师给分，如果差距大于5分，则由另外一位阅卷员给分，第三位的给分与前2位中给分相近的、且差距在5分之内的视为有效评卷，如果这3位阅卷员之间的给分差距均大于5分，则该试卷要发往专家组，由专家组来决定其得分，这样进一步保证了高考阅卷的准确性。
