校内安全风险的等级划分制度
为了更好地管理校内安全风险,保障师生人身财产安全,制定
本制度。
本制度根据安全风险的严重程度、可能造成的影响范围、
紧急程度等因素,将安全风险划分为四个等级:一级风险、二级风险、三级风险和四级风险。
一、一级风险
一级风险是指可能导致人员伤亡、财产损失等重大损失的风险,或者可能引发较大范围的社会影响和负面舆论的风险。
一级风险应
立即报告校长,并在1小时内向上级教育行政部门报告。
二、二级风险
二级风险是指可能造成人员轻伤、财产损失等一定损失的风险,或者可能引发一定范围的社会影响和负面舆论的风险。
二级风险应
立即报告学校安全管理部门,并在2小时内向上级教育行政部门报告。
三、三级风险
三级风险是指可能造成人员无伤害、财产损失较小的风险,或者可能引发较小范围的社会影响和负面舆论的风险。
三级风险应报告学校安全管理部门,并在3小时内向上级教育行政部门报告。
四、四级风险
四级风险是指可能导致人员无伤害、财产损失很小的风险,或者可能引发很小范围的社会影响和负面舆论的风险。
四级风险应及时记录并处理,无需向上级教育行政部门报告。
各级安全风险的等级划分,应根据实际情况进行灵活调整。
对于发现的安全风险,应立即进行评估,并根据评估结果确定相应的安全风险等级。
校内安全风险的等级划分制度是为了提高我们对安全风险的认识和处理能力,确保师生人身财产安全,维护学校正常的教育教学秩序。

学校三级心理预警机制

奎文区德润国际双语学校心理危机预警机制一、心理危机预警管理体系学校要加强组织领导,领导牵头,健全机构。
成立以校长为组长,分管德育的副校长、教导处以及相关教师为成员的领导小组,具体负责学校心理健康教育的领导、制定心理援助应对预案规划、明确部门及教师职责,规范辅导行为和方法等工作。
心理健康教育领导小组下设办公室于心理健康教育中心,负责心理健康教育日常管理和实施工作,由政导处直接管理。
学校成立心理辅导室,由心理健康辅导教师值班,做好对学生的辅导、预防和干预工作。
二、实施学生心理异常情况报告制度当学生出现心理异常情况或心理危机时,要迅速及时报告才能有效地干预和处理。
学校要建立学生心理异常和危机报告制度。
在校内发现有学生出现任何心理危机、心理异常或突发事件时,任何人都应立即报告班主任;班主任应立即报告教导处(或学校心理健康教育中心)以及医务室;教导处(或学校心理健康教育中心)应立即报告校级主管领导。
如情况危急,任何人都应立即上报校级主管领导。
学校包括三级预警机制。
一级是各班班主任、任课教师的监护,是距离学生最近和最容易了解学生情况,能给予学生最及时的保护;二级是各年级组、教研组、学校科室领导的监护,对所管理范围内学生的整体状况进行把握,容易调动各种力量给学生以及时的干预;三级是心理健康教育中心心理学专业教师的监护,能给予科学与专业的心理干预,并决定是否向有关医疗机构和人员转介。
各级心理监护要做到三个“及时”:及时发现和掌握学生面临的变化和危机、及时给予力所能及的保护和干预、及时向有关人员汇报情况等。
“及时”的涵义是:发现学生异常情况后,要在最短时间内,向有关人员汇报的同时,即刻采取必要的保护措施;接到汇报的有关人员,要在最短时间内,制定相关措施实施干预,在48小时内校内干预无效的,要向学校领导及时汇报,与家长联系,共同协商转介。
三、心理危机干预的主要方法1.危机评估。
危机评估是进行整个心理危机干预的前提。

第五条学校级三级骨干教师评选每年评选一次,评选的结果将在学校官网上公示,并在相关媒体进行宣传。
第二章评选流程第六条评选流程如下:1.报名和材料准备:教师在规定的时间内向教务处提交申报表和相关材料,包括个人简历、教学成果材料等。
2.材料初审:由教务处组织相关人员对申报材料进行初审,剔除不符合条件的申报者。
3.面试考核:通过材料初审的教师将参加面试考核,面试考核由评审组组织,采取面对面或远程视频的形式进行。
4.评选确定:评审组根据材料初审和面试考核的结果进行综合评估,确定评选结果。
5.公示和表彰:评选结果将在学校官网上公示,并在相关媒体进行宣传,相关文件和奖项将在校级教学会议上进行表彰。
第三章评选指标和标准第七条评选指标主要包括教学成果、教学效果、教育方法与手段、科研和学术成果等方面。

校园网络安全三级联络人制度为了保障学校计算机网络的安全,规范我校网络安全和管理行为,促进计算机校园网的应用和健康发展,杜绝网络有害信息的传播,切实落实《教育部、国家互联网信息办公室关于进一步加强高等学校网络建设和管理工作的意见》(教思政【2013】3号)精神,建设好高校网络思想文化阵地,根据国家安全法、保密法以及计算机网络管理等法规的有关精神,结合我校实际,制订《华中农业大学校园网络安全三级管理责任制》。
涵盖内容网络安全包括技术安全和内容安全。
校园网络指利用校园网接入互联网服务或者利用互联网、移动互联网面向校内用户提供信息和服务的校园网络应用,形式包括但不限于以下类别:(.)网站及服务。
凡是在校园网内建设的网站和网络服务,或者使用华中农业大学法人资质在互联网上创办各类网站或网络服务。
网络服务包含但不限于提供信息服务、数据库查询、科研资源库等互联网服务。
(二)公共机房及网络接入。
包括但不限于利用校园网接入互联网服务的公共机房,或者利用校园网提供的有线或无线接入端11(三)新媒体。
包含但不限于校内各单位以及科研机构、社团协会利用互联网新技术推出的数字出版物、数字广播、手机短信、手机彩信、移动电视、社交网络、桌面视窗、数字电视、数字电影、触摸媒体、手机网络、移动客户端等新型传播媒介,如微博、微信、易信、人人网、手机报、APP客户端、网络视频、电子显示屏、移动电视等新媒体平台。
层级机构(一)学校为第一级,校属各单位为第二级,各校园网络应用为第三级。
三级管理责任制受学校信息化领导小组、思想政治教育进网络工作领导小组部署指挥和统筹协调。
授权学校办公室、党委宣传部、保卫处、现代教育技术中心行使管理职能,协同负责校园网应用的审批备案、网络安全应急处置、相关培训组织等,同时监督第二级的工作情况。
学校办公室负责各单位网络工作协调、网络信息保密和网络版权监管等;党委宣传部负责校园网上网内容的监管等;现代教育技术中心负责网络安全技术保障和监管等;保卫处负责网络违法违规行为处置、公共机房和网络接入的监管、校园和周边经营性网吧的清理整治等。

加大教师培训力度提升高职师资质量摘要:促进高等职业教育整体质量的提升是国家示范性高等职业院校建设计划的任务,而保证高职教育质量的关键在于高质量的师资。
示范性高职院校建设以来,邢台职业技术学院加大教师培训力度,以培养专业带头人、骨干教师为重点,建立起了“国外、国内、校内”的三级培训体系,有计划地对所有教师进行系统培训,有效地提高了教师队伍的质量。
关键词:示范性高职院校;师培;师资质量为提高高等职业教育质量,增强高等职业院校服务经济社会发展的能力,教育部、财政部2006年开始实施国家示范性高等职业院校建设计划,促进高水平“双师”素质与“双师”结构教师队伍建设成为一项重要内容。
加大教师培训力度,提升高职师资质量不仅是示范性建设的要求,也是高职教育可持续发展的要求。
一、高职教师队伍质量是高职院校教育教学质量的根本保证国家示范性高职院校建设必须切实把改革与发展的重点放到加强内涵建设和提高教育质量上来,而高职院校要培养具备较高素质的应用型人才,教师必须首先具备更高的职业道德和素质;要培养具备较强实践能力的技能型人才,教师本身必须具备更强的动手能力和创新意识。
素质高、能力强的高职师资队伍是保证高职教学质量的基本条件。
因为高等职业教育与经济、产业结构的联系最为密切,它所培养的是生产、建设、管理和服务第一线急需的高层次的应用型、技能型实用人才,所以高等职业教育需要大量既懂理论又有实践经验、既会教书又能操作示范的师资。

学校三级课程实施评价方案一、指导思想:以新课程改革为契机,坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,全面贯彻党的教育方针,进一步深化基础教育课程改革,牢固确立“勇于创新,倡导多元,追求特色”的办学理念,规范学校课程实施行为,推进学校素质教育的深入实施,切实减轻学生过重课业负担,遵循教育规律和学生成长规律,加大课堂教学改革的力度,坚持以人为本,全面发展,大力提高课程实施水平和教育教学质量。
二、目标任务:学校课程设置分为国家、地方、学校三级课程,通过努力,力争达到一下几点:1.提高学科教学水平,推进课程改革的落实。
2.教学工作管理规范性强、教学质量明显提高。
3.教学秩序良好,有明显的教学效果,学生的各种素质得到明显提高。

(二)严抓教学管理,提高课堂教学水平。
1.我们进一步完善了学校教师考核细则,着重体现了新课程精神,突出了教师在备课、上课方面的个性体现和创新实力,确保课堂教学效率的提高;继续明确规范了一些制度,特别是对学校课程计划的执行要求自觉严格,决不擅自调课;“细则”在组织课外活动方面也作了较为具体的要求。
2.加强随堂听课的力度,教学工作从基础抓起。
我们采取学校领导班子成员随堂听课的方式,改变以前课前通知,教师精心准备,课后不假思索的情况。
这样,有利于教师加强对教材的钻研,认真上好每一堂课,课后进行教学反思。
