Book 3 Unit 3 Lesson 1说课本单元的主题是Days of the week.本课的教学重点是能认读单词:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday。
并且能在正确的语境中使用句型:What day is today? It’s … . 教学难点是如何正确区分这五个单词。
针对教学重难点,我设计了一系列的教学活动,将重难点分散,逐个突破,具体设计如下:Step 1 Warmer在这一环节,我设计了两个活动。
首先通过欣赏一曲跟本单元课题同名的歌曲Days of the week. 让学生初步基础一下表示星期的单词,并且通过一本一周的小日历,通过教师的讲解,让学生了解day, days和week的含义,从而揭示本单元的主题Days of the week.歌曲结束宏通过询问学生Do you like this song? Do you like music? Do you like English? 引出What’s your favourite subject? 进入Free talk. 复习与本课相关的知识——学科,利用真实的课程表询问What subjects do we have this morning/ this afternoon /today? 转到What day is today?因为录像这天是周五,所以直接引出Friday,这样既有利于引导学生在进入课文时理解问题,同时,将五个单词中的一个提前讲授,也在一定程度上分散了难点。
接着我说We have Chinese/maths/PE on Friday. So do you like Friday?然后根据回答,以一个孩子为例子:Sun Jicheng likes Friday. Do you know what day Li Ming likes? 直接引导学生进入第二步的学习。
