船舶出租人凭相关单据，如船舶代理人签字并确认的装卸事实记录和装卸就绪通知书。
11.FREIGHT RATE: ON FIOST BSS 1/1.运费率：每吨美元，船舶出租人不负责装卸、积载和平舱，一港装一港卸。
12.PAYMENT: 100PCT FREIGHT LESS COMM TO BE PAID TO SHIPOWNERS NOMINATED A/CWITHIN 03 BANKING DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF LOADING. FREIGHT TO BE DEEMED EARNED AS CARGO TAKEN ON BOARD,DISCOUNTLESS AND NON-RETURNABLE WHETHER VSL AND/OR CGO LOST OR NOT. IF CHTRS REQUEST ‘FREIGHT PREPAID’ BS/L, THE SHIPOWNER W ILL S/R “FREIGHT PREPAID”BS/L AGAINST COPY OF BANK SLIPS.运费支付：扣除经纪人佣金后所有运费应于装货完毕后的3个银行工作日内付到船舶出租人账户。
运费在货物装船时被认为赚取，无论船舶或者货物灭失与否，运费没有折扣不能退还。
如果承租人要求签发“运费预付”提单，那么船舶出租人将凭承租人的运费电汇底单签发。
13.OAP IF ANY TO BE FOR CHTR`S A/C.如果有老龄船货物保险费，承租人承担。
14.LOAD/DISCH PORT AGENT: SHIPOWNER TO NOMI AGENTS ENDS.装/卸港口船舶代理：船舶出租人指定装卸港口代理。
15. TENDER AND LAYTIME COMMENCE AS PER GENCON 94, TO BE TENERED AT OFFICE HOUR0800-1700HRS ON MON TO FRI AND 0800-1200HR ON SAT. LAYTIME FORLOADING/DISCHARGING SHALL COMMENCE AT 1300LT WHEN NOR TB TENDERED BEFORE NOON AND 0800LT THE NEXT WORKING DAY IF NOR IS TENDERED AFTER NOON. IFLOADING/DISCHARGING IS MADE BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF LAYTIME, ONLY THE TIME ACTUALLY USED TO BE COUNTED AS LAYTIME.装卸就绪通知书的递交和装卸时间的起算遵照金康合同1994版本执行，装卸就绪通知书在周一到周五的工作时间0800-1700内递交，在周六的0800-1200内递交。
如果在上午递交装卸就绪通知书，装卸时间的起算从下午1300开始，如果在下午递交，则装卸时间从下一个工作日0800开始起算。
如果装卸货在装卸时间起算之前已经开始，那么实际作业的时间计入装卸时间。
16.FUMIGATION TO BE FOR CHTR`S ACCOUNT, ARRANGEMENT AND RISK. SHIPOWNER TO GRANTFREE 12HRS FOR FUMIGATION EACH AT LOADING AND/OR DISCHG PORT.货物熏蒸应由承租人安排并负责费用和风险。
船舶出租人同意两港共24小时的免费熏蒸时间。
17.VSL FULL COMPLY WITH ISM CODE N ISPS CODE N HOLD THE CERTIFICATES.船舶完全遵循《国际安全管理规划》和《国际船舶与港口设施保安规则》并持有证书。
18.TAXES/DUES ON CGO TO BE FOR CHTR`S ACCT. THE SAME ON FRT/VSL TO BE FORSHIPOWNER`S ACCT.货物的税费由承租人负担，相应的有关运费和船舶的税费由船舶出租人负担。
19.LIGHTERAGE IF ANY TO BE FOR CHTR`S ACCT.如果发生驳船费用，由承租人负担。
20.ARBITRATION/GA IF ANY TO BE SETTLED IN HONG KONG, ENGLISH LAW TO APPLY.如果需要仲裁/共同海损，在香港解决，适用英国法律。
