1强调主语:It was I that (who)met Li Ming at the railway station yesterday.2强调宾语:It was Li Ming that I met at the railway station yesterday.3强调地点状语:It was at the railway station that I met Li Ming yesterday.4强调时间状语:It was yesterday that I met Li Ming at the railway station.5注意:构成强调句的it本身没有词义;强调句中的连接词一般只用that、who,即使在强调时间状语和地点状语时也如此,that,who不可省略;强调句中的时态只用两种,一般现在时和一般过去时。

原句谓语动词是一般过去时、过去完成时和过去进行时,用It was…,其余的时态用It is…2not …until …句型的强调句⒈句型为:It is/ was not until + 被强调部分+ that + 其他部分如:普通句:He didn't go to bed until/ till his wife came back.如:强调句:It was not until his wife came back that he went to beD.⒉注意:此句型只用until,不用till。

三、知识讲解1、强调句的定义强调句是一种通过特定的结构来突出句子中某一成分,以加强语气、表达重点的句型。

2、强调句的结构It is/was +被强调部分+ that/who +句子其余部分(1)It is/was :根据句子的时态来选择 is 或 was 。

一般现在时用 is,一般过去时用 was 。

(2)被强调部分:可以是主语、宾语、状语等。

(3)that/who :当被强调部分是人时,可用 who ,其他情况用that 。

III. 教学重/难点:1. 强调句中is / was 的运用.2. 强调句中that / who 的运用.3. 强调句与主语从句的区别.4. 对until引出的时间状语(从句)进行强调时的用法.IV. 教学分析:由于该语法项目教学中运用不多,学生比较陌生, 但历届高考中有的年份考到该项目, 所以复习中要对该项目进行必要的复习.在该项目中, 中等偏下的学生较难确定是用is还是用was; 几乎所有的学生区别不了哪是强调句, 哪是主语从句. 因为, 由it作形式主语来取代that引出的主语从句的句子在形式上与强调句型几乎完全一样, 学生很难区别开来. 这些项目都是需要在教学中重点关注的. 特别是对于强调由until引出的时间状语(从句), 原句中的否定词在强调句中放在什么位置需要加强训练, 原因是强调句中否定词的位置与原句中的位置不同,容易造成学生在使用时的混乱.另外, 强调主语时,如果主语是人,既可以用who,也可以用that.如果强调的主语是人称代词时,既可以用人称代词的主格,也可以用人称代词的宾格.这些在教学中都需要加以说明.V. 教学设计:根据职校生在学英语知识时不善于整体观察, 前后照应, 只顾眼前, 不及其余的弱点, 在解决重难点中的第一个项目时, 需要引导学生学会观察和联系: 如果是句型变换, 用强调句型去强调原句中除谓语以外的某一成份, 则需要根据原句中的时态来决定是用is还是用was. 如,1. I goIt is on foot that I go to school at half past six every morning.2. I went It was on foot that I went to school yesterday.题1中, 原句的动词时态是一般现在时, 所以在强调句中用is; 题2中, 原句的动词时态是一般过去时, 所以在强调句中用was.如果是客观题中的选择题或主观题中的翻译或根据汉语意思完成句子, 当涉及到项强调句型是用is还是用was时, 就需要联系到句中未被强调的部分中的时态来确定.如,1. It ______ Jack who broke the window .A. beB. isC. would beD. was2. 是Jack打破了窗户.It __________ who broke the window .题1中, 句中未被强调的部分中的时态是过去时broke, 所以选D答案; 题2中, “打破了”是表示已发生的事, 句中未被强调的部分中的时态是过去时broke, 所以, 需要用was Jack来完成句子.在解决重难点中的第三个项目时, 需要用演绎法引导学生从分析句子的语法功能入手去判断哪是强调句, 哪是由it作形式主语来取代that引出的主语从句. 还可以用一个更简捷的方法来判断: 把句中的“ It is / was…that”去掉, 看剩下的部分是否能重新组成一个完整的句子, 如果能再组成一个句子, 原句就是强调句型, 反之, 就不是强调句型. 如:It was on the street that I met an old friend yesterday. 去掉句中的“It was…that”这一结构后, 剩下的部分还可再组成“I met an old friend on the street yesterday.”这一个完整的句子, 所以原句是强调句型结构. 再如:It was a fact that he won the first prize in the game. 去掉句中的“It was…that”这一结构后, 剩下的部分不能再组成一个完整的句子, 所以, 原句不是强调句型, 而是由it作形式主语来取代that he won the first prize in the game这个主语从句的句型, 原句的另一形式是: That he won the first prize in the game was a fact(他在比赛中获得第一名是事实.).重难点中的第四个项目需要要求学生记住not 在强调句中的位置来解决. 在由until引出的时间状语(从句)的(复合)句中, 当(主)句中的谓语动词是短暂性动词时, (主)句子用否定式. 如果强调由until引出的时间状语(从句), 则not要放在until的前面. 如: Jordan didJordan 四十多岁才停止打篮球) 强调则句型是:It was that Jordan stopped playing basketball.I did →It was that I went to bed.在解决重难点中的第二个项目时,次开发只需要加以说明就可以了, 即: 当强调的句子的主语是人称代词时, 句型中既可用that, 也可用who. 该人称代词既可用主格, 也可用宾格. 如:He goes to school by bike every day. →It is to school by bike every day.VI. 教学步骤(One teaching period)Step 1: Presentation: What is emphasis sentence?on ( It is / was + 被强调部分+ that…) Step 2: Practice: Change the following into emphasis sentences.
