重庆邮电大学移通学院14-15学年第一学期 大学英语3期末口语考试命题原则 1．命题标准 大学英语（3）课程是本科非英语专业大学一年级第一学期开设的一门公共基础课程，共4学分，理论学时64学时。根据重邮移通学院应用性人才的培养目标，大学英语课程注重知识到能力的转化，强调英语综合应用能力的培养，实施过程评价与终结评价的结合。由此，本学期大学英语2课程拟在学生学期成绩评定方面尝试变革，加入口试部分。考试命题标准参照全日制普通高校同层次、同课程的本科水平，并体现三本学生培养应用型人才为主要目标的特点。在口试难度上保证中等水平的考生能够在规定的考核时间内完成全部口试任务。 2．考试依据和范围 以《大学英语课程教学要求》以及课程组制定的课程教学大纲和考试大纲为依据，题目涵盖本学期教学计划规定的课堂教学内容和学生课外自主学习内容，包括全新版大学英语（第二版）综合教程3的1-4单元、全新版大学英语（第二版）听说教程3的1-6单元的关键话题和对话内容。 3．知识与能力的关系 大学英语（3）课程教学既要注重对词汇和语言点的理解和掌握，又要注重语言实际应用能力的培养。本次口试命题以语言实际应用为考查点，测试了学生对英语口语的掌握情况和语言的灵活运用能力，包括两个部分：小型演讲和生生 对话。每个部分具体的考查范围和分值如下： 第一部分：小型演讲（Mini-speech）（50分）：测试时间2到3分钟。要求两名学生分别就以下题目进行小型演讲，每位同学演讲时间不超过1.5分钟： 1.Which do you prefer, urban life or rural life? 2.Which one you prefer, high school life or university life? 3.What do you need to prepare before a job interview? 4.Do you agree with the death penalty? Why? 5.What is the role of creativity in children’s education? 第二部分：生生对话（Conversation）（50分）：两位同学共同的测试时间不超过3分钟。4个对话题目，对话可以情景式、辩论式、访谈式等类型进行。（准备题目详见附件一） 4. 考试形式 学生两人一组接受测试，如遇班级总人数为奇数时，最后一组可以为三人一组。分组由班级学生代表通过随机抽签确定，最终分组情况应在15周前交任

关于顾集、王集、砖集、黄庄四中心校开展中学生英语口语比赛的 通知 顾集、王集、砖集、黄庄中心校： 为全面贯彻落实《义务教育英语课程标准》，深化联片英语教学改革，进一步加强义务教育阶段学生英语听说能力教学，不断提高英语教学水平。为此，我校专门制定了落实方案，根据落实方案的活动计划，为了激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养学生英语语感，充分调动学生学习英语的积极性，并给学生提供展示英语才能的舞台，特举行四校中学生英语口语比赛。 一、活动时间：2018年1月5日 二、比赛对象：顾集、王集、砖集、黄庄四校七、八、九年级学生，每年级限报2组（团体、个人都可）。 三、活动地点、内容 四、比赛形式及程序： 1、按年级抽签决定出场顺序。 2、比赛内容：题目自拟，可以为书本对话、课文，也可为课外读物。 3、比赛形式：情景对话、课文背诵、英语演讲都可，要求脱稿，时间在3--5分钟。 4、选手进入赛场后，按抽签顺序依次进行比赛。评委老师利用打分表进行打分，最后交统计老师进行成绩统计。

小学英语口语测试实施方案
桐庐县小学英语口语测试实施方案 （讨论稿） 英语作为国际交往和科技、文化交流的重要工具，具有工具性和人文性双重性质。小学英语课程的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们对英语学习的积极态度，使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心，培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础，使他们形成初步用英语进行简单的日常交流的能力，为进一步学习打下基础。根据教育部《义务教育英语课程标准》，为全面提高我县小学英语教学质量，全面评价学生学习英语情况，结合我县教学现状，制定桐庐县小学英语口语测试实施方案。 一、测试目的 1. 了解、检查小学各年级学生英语学习状况，着重考查学生口语表达及实际运用所学语言的能力。 2. 了解教师在使用教材，贯彻落实英语课程标准等方面的情况。 3. 优化评价方式。促进学生个性化、多元化的发展。 二、事项说明 1. 测试时间：每学年第二学期5月。三个模块同时进行，每位学生平均用时大约2～3分钟。每所学校检测用时约1.5小时。 2. 被测学校：同类学校（或四类学校选同类学校抽测）。 3. 测试地点：被测学校（候测室与检测室）。 4. 被测学生：三～六年级随机抽测一个年段。随机抽取被测班级，从被测班级中随机抽取30名学生。（或按学校学生数，等距抽取。） 5. 测试员（教师）：全县安排13个监考组，每组3名监考教师，其中1名为组长，每组一天完成三所学校监考工作。监考教师由教研室组织人员并进行培训。 6. 测试内容：三个模块，包括自主展示、即时朗读、综合运用。 三、测试流程 （一）测试准备 1. 被测学校：准备两间教室（工作室），一间为测试室，一间为候测试。 2. 被测学生：测试前，测试教师组长随机抽取被测年段一个班，然后再从被测班级中抽取30名学生，男女生比例相等。年级人数少于30人的按实际人数。测试开始5分钟前，每组10人带本学期课本在候测试等候。 3. 测试教师：测试教师分工，每位教师负责检测一个模块并当场打分。 （二）测试过程 测试开始，一名学生在候测试（测试教师1处）完成第一模块自主展示模块后，进入测试室从测试老师手中抽取即时朗读题目完成第二模块，最后至第三位老师处抽取第三模块综合运用题目并完成测试。所有考生依此进行。

英语大赛评分细则
XXX杯全国少年儿童英语风采展示活动 XX选拔赛评分细则（评委专用材料） 一、比赛形式 比赛形式分为英语口语和英语才艺两类。比赛内容为自我介绍、自选节目加题库抽题问答，集体项目只选派一名选手代表参加口语能力测试。 1.英语口语 （1）自选节目：内容由选手自定，成绩占总成绩的70%。 （2）口语能力测试：自我介绍、抽题问答，成绩占总成绩的30%。 第一部分自选题节目（选手自我介绍自选口语叙述，题材不限）第二部分是抽提问答（选手在现场抽取题目序号，评委根据选手抽取的相应题目提问，选手来作答） 注：学前组、小学A组比赛时间规定为5分钟。小学B组、初中组比赛时间规定为5.5分钟，高中组比赛时间规定为6分钟。 2.英语才艺 （1）自选节目：内容由选手自定，成绩占总成绩的70%，其中英语和艺术分数分配比例为7:3。 （2）口语能力测试：自我介绍、抽提问答，成绩占总成绩的30% 第一部分自选节目（英文歌曲演唱、课本剧、小品、电影配音等）第二部分是抽提问答（选手在现场抽取题目序号，评委根据选手抽取的相应题目提问，选手来作答） 注：学前组、小学A组比赛时间规定为7分钟。小学B组、初中组比赛时间规定为7.5分钟，高中组比赛时间规定为8分钟。
二、评分标准 评分采用百分制，最高分为99分，最低分为70分，其中自选题占70%、抽题问答占30%。 三、分数的划分标准 70分~79分—差，80分~85分—普通，86分~90分—良， 91分~95分—优，96分~99分—佳。 四、组别设置的说明 本次比赛共分学前组、小学A组、小学B组、初中组、高中组等五个不同组别。学前组指5-6岁学前儿童；小学A组（简称小A）指1-3年级小学生；小学B组（简称小B）指4-6年级小学生，初中组指1—3年级初中生；高中组指1-3年级高中生。评委可结合每个组别课程设置和学习程度，衡量选手的表现为选手打分。 五、现场评分流程 每个评委各持有两份表格，一份是评分表，一份是记分表，每名选手上场后评委需先将选手序号填写在评分表选手序号栏，选手比赛结束后评委将自己的评分填写在评分表得分栏，并在签名栏签上姓名，再将该选手的评分表交给记分员来统计最后得分。然后将选手分数填写在记分表该选手对应的得分栏内。 六、评分规则 1、双人项目和集体项目只需其中一人抽题参与口语测试。 2、每个组别的前五名选手评委不立即打分，在前五名选手比完后一 起打分。再将五名选手的评分表交给记分员统计，在第六名选手表演结束

第六届英语口语大赛评分细则 非专业组及专业组第一部分： 一、即兴演讲：（6分） 从“内容、条理、语言”三个方面评定。 5 ～ 6 分：内容完整充实，能很好地就主题发挥；逻辑性强，条理清晰，表达流畅；语言丰富，使用语言准确。 4 ～ 5 分：内容完整充实，能就主题有一定的发挥；逻辑性较强，条理清晰，表达尚流畅；语言较丰富,使用语言正确。 3～4 分：内容完整；逻辑性较强，表达基本流畅；使用语言基本正确。 2 ～3分：内容基本完整；条理比较清晰；使用语言基本正确。 1 ～ 2 分：内容不够完整；表达不够连贯；使用语言不够正确。 1 分以下：不能完成即兴演讲环节。 二、回答问题：（4分） 从“内容、应答、语言”三个方面评定。 4 分: 内容充实完整，能就主题发挥；应答敏捷，答案明确；语言丰富，用语准确。 3 分: 内容完整；应答尚流利，答案比较明确；用语基本正确。 2 分: 内容基本完整；能进行应答，答案比较明确；用语尚正确。 1 分: 内容不够完整；应答存在障碍，答案不够明确；用语不够正确。 1 分以下: 不能完成问答环节。 专业组第二部分： 现场口译：（5分） 从“内容、逻辑、应答、语言”四个方面评定。 5 分: 内容充实完整，逻辑性强，条理清晰；应答敏捷，表达流畅；语言丰富、准确。 4 分: 内容比较充实，逻辑性强，条理比较清晰；应答比较敏捷，表达流畅；语言比较丰富、准确。 3 分: 内容完整，比较有逻辑性，条理比较清晰；应答尚敏捷，表达比较流畅；语言基本准确。 2 分: 内容尚属完整，逻辑性尚可；应答无大的障碍；语言尚准确。 1 分: 内容不够完整，无逻辑性，语言不够准确。 1分以下: 不能完成口译环节。
