组织结构定义设计的六要素
定义组织结构(Organizational Structure)是指，对于工作任务如何进行分工、分组和协调合作。
组织结构(organizational structure)是表明组织各部份罗列顺序、空间位置、聚散状态、联系方式以及各要素之间相互关系的一种模式，是整个管理系统的“框架”。
设计的六要素管理者在进行组织结构设计时，必须正确考虑6 个关键因素：工作专业化、部门化、命令链、控制跨度、集权与分权、正规化。
1、工作专业化20 世纪初，亨利·福特(HenryFord)通过建立汽车生产线而富甲天下，享誉全球。
他的做法是，给公司每一位员工分配特定的、重复性的工作，例如，有的员工只负责装配汽车的右前轮，有的则只负责安装右前门。
通过把工作分化成较小的、标准化的任务，使工人能够反覆地进行同一种操作，福特利用技能相对有限的员工，每10 秒钟就能生产出一辆汽车。
福特的经验表明，让员工从事专门化的工作，他们的生产效率会提高。
今天，我们用工作专门化(work specialization)这个术语或者劳动分工这种词汇来描述组织中把工作任务划分成若干步骤来完成的细化程度。
工作专门化的实质是：一个人不是完成一项工作的全部，解成若干步骤，每一步骤由一个人独立去做。
就其实质来讲，工作活动的一部份，而不是全部活动。
20 世纪40 年代后期，工业化国家大多数生产领域的工作都是通过工作专门化来完成的。
管理人员认为，这是一种最有效地利用员工技能的方式。
在大多数组织中，有些工作需要技能很高的员工来完成，有些则不经过训练就可以做好。
如果所有的员工都参预组织创造过程的每一个步骤，那末，就要求所有的人不仅具备完成最复杂的任务所需要的技能，而且具备完成最简单的任务所需要的技能。
结果，除了从事需要较高的技能或者较复杂的任务以外，员工有部份时间花费在完成低技能的工作上。
由于高技能员工的报酬比低技能的员工高，而工资普通是反映一个人最高的技能水平的，因此，付给高技能员工高薪，却让他们做简单的工作，这无疑是对组织资源的浪费。
