于是我让学生们站起来，一起说唱歌谣”Head and shoulders knees and toes …”并让学生用手指了相应的身体部位，然后和学生一起做了一套简单的手指操，学生的激情慢慢地被调动起来了，注意力基本调整到了英语学习上来了，在进行复习导入的时候，我拿出了事先准备好的单词卡片，教师出示卡片，让学生快速地读出这个单词，同时快速地用动作比划出单词所展示的动词短语，并评出比较到位的活着独特的动作，并进行鼓励，学生在这个环节上参与度也很高，有的学生也创作出了许多新的动作，通过复习的游戏活动，学生进一步掌握了上一节课所学习的词汇，效果良好，也没有人再去做别的事情了。
在新授课阶段，我继续用导出单词、展示单词卡并让学生比划动作的方式来进行学习，教学也比较顺利，而在练习单词的时候，我换了一种常用的方法，即采用波浪式的练习阅读的方式，即让第一组的学生先小声地读，第二组的再大声一点，第三组的学生再大声一点的方式来进行，然后再让学生反过来进行练习。
同时还采用了另外的一种练习的方式，即大声小声的游戏，教师如果大声地读，学生就只能小声地重复地读，反之亦然。
这样进行练习的效果也不错。

我的英语教育小故事我从事英语教学工作期间，通过自己的学习摸索及向他人的借鉴，这学期有一些有趣的教学故事，现在此讲一讲：在英语课堂中我采用多样化活动教学，效果很好。
所谓多样化活动教学就是把小故事，歌曲，笑话，比赛等融入到课堂中，激发学生的求知欲，活跃课堂气氛，使英语课真正活起来。
俗话说兴趣是最好的老师，这一点在英语教学中尤为重要。
首先在课前，我是以歌曲导入。
在英语课堂教学中，歌曲是必不可少的。
针对孩子们天生活泼好动的性格，用英语歌曲导入，组织课堂教学，效果很好。
对于低年级的同学来说，他们爱表演，所以我给每首歌都编了简单的动作，例如 Please，standdown. （动作示范）等等，尽管有些动作很简单，但是学生却很乐于参与。
我也曾让他们根据歌曲的意思自己编动作，孩子们更是喜欢，甚至有些孩子编的动作比我编的还要好。
对于低年级的学生来说，他们活泼好动，利用英文歌曲，加上简单的动作就可以形成较好的课堂组织教学形式了。
对于游戏，孩子们也是乐此不疲的。
我在平常的英语教学中，猜一猜、传话筒、模仿秀、猜一猜等游戏都是常做的。
我在设计游戏时还要考虑到游戏的难度及适用度，尤其是一些具有挑战性竞赛性的游戏，孩子们更是喜欢。

可以把一些有趣的活动提前。
如把Standup，sitdown．这一环节提前，激发学生学英语的兴趣，让他们觉得学英语原来是如此地有趣。
还有在高年级的学生学习了描述人感觉的单词后，我尝试让学生利用这六个单词进行讲故事比赛，只用简短的几句话来描述一个故事，然后评出最佳讲故事能手，这样，既激发学生的学习举趣，也提高了学生的创新意识。
为了保持小学生们学习英语的持久兴趣，在英语课上，我把他们所学的其它学科的相关内容融入到课堂教学之中。
音乐，画画，甚至还可以结合比赛、游戏等等。
总之，要设计好、上好一堂课，最重要的就是要抓住学生的心理特点，比如说编儿歌、做动作、演小品，这些学生都是很喜欢的。
英语教学就是寓教于乐于课堂之中。
