看着这些孩子们,我觉得很无奈,新课肯定是无法很快进行的了,不能照常规的方式来进行教学了,得换一种方式让学生既觉得新鲜又便于教学的模式,而且还得找一个方法让学生们调整一下。

于是我让学生们站起来,一起说唱歌谣”Head and shoulders knees and toes …”并让学生用手指了相应的身体部位,然后和学生一起做了一套简单的手指操,学生的激情慢慢地被调动起来了,注意力基本调整到了英语学习上来了,在进行复习导入的时候,我拿出了事先准备好的单词卡片,教师出示卡片,让学生快速地读出这个单词,同时快速地用动作比划出单词所展示的动词短语,并评出比较到位的活着独特的动作,并进行鼓励,学生在这个环节上参与度也很高,有的学生也创作出了许多新的动作,通过复习的游戏活动,学生进一步掌握了上一节课所学习的词汇,效果良好,也没有人再去做别的事情了。

在新授课阶段,我继续用导出单词、展示单词卡并让学生比划动作的方式来进行学习,教学也比较顺利,而在练习单词的时候,我换了一种常用的方法,即采用波浪式的练习阅读的方式,即让第一组的学生先小声地读,第二组的再大声一点,第三组的学生再大声一点的方式来进行,然后再让学生反过来进行练习。

同时还采用了另外的一种练习的方式,即大声小声的游戏,教师如果大声地读,学生就只能小声地重复地读,反之亦然。

这样进行练习的效果也不错。

在课堂教学中基本形成鲜明的个人教学风格,能根据学生的需求、个体差异及认知规律,对学生进行个性化教育。

三、存在不足对教育科研有一定的认识,但课题研究和论文写作能力有待进一步提高;缺乏对学生心理状态、情绪特征的认识和研究;教育科研方面,往往停留在感性经验的层面,缺乏进一步挖掘与创新。

我的英语教育小故事我从事英语教学工作期间,通过自己的学习摸索及向他人的借鉴,这学期有一些有趣的教学故事,现在此讲一讲:在英语课堂中我采用多样化活动教学,效果很好。

所谓多样化活动教学就是把小故事,歌曲,笑话,比赛等融入到课堂中,激发学生的求知欲,活跃课堂气氛,使英语课真正活起来。

俗话说兴趣是最好的老师,这一点在英语教学中尤为重要。

首先在课前,我是以歌曲导入。

在英语课堂教学中,歌曲是必不可少的。

针对孩子们天生活泼好动的性格,用英语歌曲导入,组织课堂教学,效果很好。

对于低年级的同学来说,他们爱表演,所以我给每首歌都编了简单的动作,例如 Please,standdown. (动作示范)等等,尽管有些动作很简单,但是学生却很乐于参与。

我也曾让他们根据歌曲的意思自己编动作,孩子们更是喜欢,甚至有些孩子编的动作比我编的还要好。

对于低年级的学生来说,他们活泼好动,利用英文歌曲,加上简单的动作就可以形成较好的课堂组织教学形式了。

对于游戏,孩子们也是乐此不疲的。

我在平常的英语教学中,猜一猜、传话筒、模仿秀、猜一猜等游戏都是常做的。

可以把一些有趣的活动提前。

如把Standup,sitdown.这一环节提前,激发学生学英语的兴趣,让他们觉得学英语原来是如此地有趣。

还有在高年级的学生学习了描述人感觉的单词后,我尝试让学生利用这六个单词进行讲故事比赛,只用简短的几句话来描述一个故事,然后评出最佳讲故事能手,这样,既激发学生的学习举趣,也提高了学生的创新意识。

为了保持小学生们学习英语的持久兴趣,在英语课上,我把他们所学的其它学科的相关内容融入到课堂教学之中。

音乐,画画,甚至还可以结合比赛、游戏等等。

总之,要设计好、上好一堂课,最重要的就是要抓住学生的心理特点,比如说编儿歌、做动作、演小品,这些学生都是很喜欢的。

英语教学就是寓教于乐于课堂之中。
