Design of 3 teaching building of Fudan University

摘要

本工程名称为复旦大学3号教学楼工程,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,主体结构为7层,地点在市徐汇区,该地区的抗震设防烈度为7度,建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类场地。基本风压为0.55kN/m2,基本雪压为0.20kN/m2。楼、屋盖均采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构。

在本工程设计中我将贯彻“以人为本”的原则,合理考虑平面布局、科学安排设计流程,从而来满足建筑的使用要求,并且其间严格按照建筑设计规中的相关规定。

本工程设计主要分析了③轴的一榀框架,在确定柱网布置后,初步确定柱截面和梁截面的尺寸,估算出现浇板厚度,并且进行了框架线刚度计算。之后,对恒荷载、活荷载、风荷载与地震作用分别进行荷载统计,并且对风荷载、地震作用进行侧移验算。然后,运用力学结构求解器进行力计算,再进行力组合,接下来便是梁柱板和基础的配筋计算部分。完成上述流程后,最后绘制相应的建筑图纸与结构图纸。

Abstract

The project name for No. 3 teaching building project in Fudan University, with reinforced concrete frame structure, the main structure is divided into 7 layers and place in Xuhui District, Shanghai City, the seismic fortification intensity of the area is 7 degrees, the building site categories for site class II. The basic pressure 0.55kN/m2, basic snow 0.20kN/m2. Floor and roof are used in cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure.

In the design of this project, I will implement the principle of "people-oriented", consider a reasonable layout, scientific arrangement of design process, in order to meet the requirements of the building, and during in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the code for design of building.

This design mainly analyzes the three shaft frame, in determining the grid layout, initially identified column section and beam section size, estimate the thickness of the slab, and the wire frame stiffness calculation. After that, the load statistics on dead load, live load, wind load and earthquake action are carried out respectively, and the calculation of wind load and earthquake action is checked. Then, the mechanical structure is used to calculate the internal force, and then the internal force combination, the next is the beam column plate and foundation reinforcement calculation part. After the completion of the above process, and finally draw the corresponding architectural drawings and structural drawings.
