There is no doubt that we all want to be successful. But what’s the main concern of the way to success? From Abraham Lincoln’s famous remark, “Give me six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe”, I learn that if we want to achieve success, we must make full preparation for it.

Only if we are well prepared, can we catch the

opportunity which occurs once in a while. In our daily life, we have to expand our horizon and lay a solid foundation for success. It will be a long way to be successful thus we have

to accumulate our knowledge day by day. And we can’t achieve success in one or two days. It will help us solve problems more efficiently if we have a broad horizon. What’s more, opportunities always occur out of our expectation so we have

to make ourselves well prepared. If we prepared, we will

catch up with it whenever it comes up.

只有我们都预备好了，我们才可以抓住瞬间即逝的机会。在我们

的日常生活中，我们必须得开阔我们的视野，为成功奠定坚实的基础。距离成功还有很长的一段路要走，因此，我们必须一天天地积累知识。

我们不可能一两天就可以实现成功的。假如我们有宽敞的视野，就可以关心我们更有效的解决问题。更重要的是，机会总是不可预测的，所以我们必须做好预备。假如我们预备好了，不管什么时候来我们都能抓住。

Opportunities give priorities to the people who make preparation for them. What’s more, success goe s along with opportunities. We should develop the ability to solve problems in different and efficient ways therefore we can make our way to success more easily.

机会总是优先那些有预备的人。而且，成功总是和机会一起的。我们应该培养用不同、有效的方式解决问题的能力，这样我们才可以更容易成功。

Children’s education has been concerned by the public all the time. As they are the future and will decide a country’s destiny, so the environment matters so much to them. Most parents expect the school can provide the children a good learning environment and ignore the importance of home education.

孩子的教育总是受到公众的关注，因为他们是将来，会影响一个国家的命运，因此，环境对他们来说很重要。大多数家长希望学校可以提供孩子们一个好的学习环境，却忽略了家庭教育的重要性。

School provides the children a direct stage to receive education. In the school, the teachers pass knowledge and educate them the right value. The children know their task and as everybody around them focus the attention on study, so

they are affected by each other and have the strong desire to learn.

学校给孩子们提供了一个直接接受教育的平台。在学校，老师把知识传递给他们，教育他们准确的价值观。孩子们知道自己的任务，周围的人都全神贯注于学习，他们相互影响，有着强烈的学习愿望。

Home education is easy to be ignored by most parents, they think it is the teachers’ duty to educate children. Actually, most criminal teenagers have family issues. Parents haven’t set good example for the kids. Sometimes they are even the tr ouble makers. Without love, teenagers won’t grow up as the strong people.

家庭教育很容易被大多数父母忽视掉，他们认为教师才有责任教育孩子。事实上，大多数犯罪青少年的家庭都有点问题，父母没有给孩子们树立良好的榜样，有时他们甚至是麻烦的制造者。没有了爱，青少年就不会成长为强大的人。

Both school and family environment are important for the children, and they need to be nurtured with the good examples and learn knowledge.

people’s life, and they use computer to do their wo rk. It is very convenient and efficient. People can work in any place with computer. Many companies start to admit their employees to work out of the office, because the employees can finish their tasks with passion.

The new way to complete work is favored by the young generation. They chase for freedom and creativity. The most efficient way to work is measured by the achievement instead of hours.
