3. XHPM 2000E系统组成及结构
主 体 外 观
3.1 TSP采样头和切割器
用户可根据自己的需要,通过更换不同的切割部件来监测大气中不同粒 径的颗粒物浓度。
3.2.1 键盘及显示系统
XHPM2000E仪器的前面板部件由按键及显示系统 构成,其中包括:I液晶显示屏;Ⅱ键盘板;Ⅲ前面 板;Ⅳ主控板保护罩;Ⅴ数据传输线缆。
3.2.2 纸带传送系统
XHPM2000E的仪器的纸带传送系统由安装基板上的收带轮驱动电 机组件、收带轮组件、供带轮组件、摩擦从动轮组件构成。 • 纸带传送系统:将使用过的滤带收集起来,并为尘样采集系统提供 新的滤带。 • 收带轮驱动电机组件:为纸带传送系统提供动力,使其每次测量完 成后采样滤带走过25mm的长度, • 摩擦从动轮:依靠摩擦机构提供的摩擦力,保证系统的同步运行。
• TSP采样头:用于检测大气中总悬浮颗粒物浓度值; • PM10切割器:冲击式切割原理,用于监测大气中≤10µm颗粒物浓度值; • PM2.5切割器:旋风式切割原理,需要与PM10切割器配套使用,用于
监测大气中≤2.5µm颗粒物的浓度值。

3.2 主机构造
XHPM2000E的仪器主机主要由以下部分构成: 1.键盘及显示系统;2.纸带传送系统;3.尘样采集系统;4. 尘样检测系统;5.恒流系统;6.相关辅助控制系统。整机 布局图如下图所示。

大量的仪器测量需求使得万用表使用频率越来越高,仪器的计量检定工作量也大大增加。
由于万用表测量领域广泛,需要计量的项目众多,涉及计量规程繁琐,计量效率较低,传统手动计量人为干扰因素较大,计量结果可靠性较低。
NSAT-3030数字万用表自动计量系统自动封装国家计量检定标准,计量项目齐全、操作流程清晰、计量结果精确,相较于传统手动计量方法有着明显优势,能针对性的解决人工手动计量所遇到的多种难题,提高计量功效50-100倍,本系统不仅可以计量还可以进行自校准。

1.1.3基于规程数字万用表计量规程:●《JJF1587-2016数字多用表校准规范》。
1.1.4软件图示数字万用表自动计量系统针对不同的校准源和被校仪器,所使用的硬件设备不同,当使用5700A或5720A校准台式万用表时,校准源的精度满足校准需求,校准系统只需要校准源和被校仪器组成,系统框图如下:图1.6数字万用表自动计量系统框图1当使用5502A或5520A校准台式万用表时,校准源精度不足以校准台式万用表,这时需要使用高精度的台式万用表,如Fluke8508A作为比对仪器,将高精度的台式万用表的读数作为标准值,这时的系统框图如下:图1.7数字万用表自动计量系统框图2当被校仪器为手持式数字万用表时,校准源的精度均满足要求,同时使用手持式数表半自动计量方案,通过人工介入,实现程序的半自动化,此时系统框图如下:图1.8数字万用表自动计量系统框图3同时由于不同的校准源标准输出口不一样,因此在实际的自动计量过程中,需要针对不同的校准源和计量项目,使用不同的接线方法。

XG2330 E1/数据传输分析仪
XG2330 E1/数据传输分析仪是一款手持式、大屏幕彩屏触摸操作的测试分析仪
表,将E1电路测试功能和数据通信电路测试功能完美地组合在一起,用于对带有
E1接口和数据接口的通信电路传输质量进行全面的分析、测量和评估。
除了支持常
规的2M和数据通道误码测试功能外,不仅提供了对2M帧结构数据、双路E1监控、
环路时延、倒换时延、输出波形、输出抖动、信号电平的测试和分析功能,还提供
了PCM仿真、数据转换器分析、插入&分出等多种高级测试功能。
XG2330 E1/数据传输分析仪提供多达10种测试接口,可方便地进行传输网、
接入网、数据网通道质量的测试,可广泛应用于SDH、PDH、PCM、DTU、数据
协议转换器设备的研制、生产、安装、认证和维护测试。
1.基本功能
1). E1接口测试
∙终接模式(中断业务)下成帧/非成帧测试
∙在线业务跨接(高阻)和通过(桥接)模式下误码监测、时隙分析及时隙语音监听
∙成帧和非成帧传输环路时延测试
∙自动保护倒换(APS)时延测试
∙PCM仿真模式下模拟PCM端机进行多种误码插入和告警插入
∙时隙语音插入、监听,具备听/说(Listen/Talk)功能
