I started by painting a picture with words of what it looks like - a little wooden house way up high in the branches of the big oak tree. My teacher said she got a little teary-eyed reading my sweet letter to my future self.Probably the hardest writing we did was an opinion essay on whether or not kids should have to wear school uniforms. I argued that we definitely should NOT have to wear boring uniforms to school. This paper is concentrated on markets and market thinking. At the beginning of the article, the author sets numbers of examples to demonstrate his idea: we live in a time when everything can be bought and sold. Of course, the author admits that the market play a big role in social life. However, the key point is not that but the financial crisis which cause us take a deep consideration. Then the author point out that it is greed that make the market lack morals. Finally, the author gives his worries why it can’t move toward a society in which everything is up for sale: inequality and corruption. So the author advocates that the market needs to know its role and it can’t be beyond nonmarket values.
It is such a big surprise phenomena in our society that everything is can be bought and sold which is can’t be imagined. We have built our civilization for ages. However, we have right to pursue for a good life, so we pursue more and more wealth by every means that is possible, for the market is opened for everyone. In other words, once you have enough money, you can exchange everything including your life, because you can exchange you broken body with a healthy one.
Of course, I don’t wish live in such a society which lack friendship and love. As we all know, there exist a big crowd of persons having a low salary. Although we have no money, we can also have a bright future because everybody can pursue his dream. Compared to the wealthy people, we live in a simple life. However, we can also have a big pleasure if we get a little goal.
So I do believe the market must have its role. It is impossible that every action is belong to the market. Once you exchange is illegal, you will be punished.。
