轿车AFE型之发动机电控系统的结构与维修
桑塔纳2000GLi型轿车AFE型发动机电控系统的结构与维修桑塔纳2000GLi型轿车采用了电子控制燃油喷射式AFE型发动机，AFE型发动机是由上海大众汽车有限公司与德国波许公司（BOSCH）合作开发，其形式为D型集中控制式，称为Motronic（莫特朗尼克）系统，全称是闭路电子控制多点燃油顺序喷射系统，其突出特点是将点火系统与燃油喷射系统复合在一起。
桑塔纳2000GLi型轿车发动机电子控制燃油喷射系统的核心部件是电控单元，它将燃油喷射及点火两者的控制互相联系起来。
电子控制系统只需要一台微型计算机、一个电源及外壳；另外，传感器（测量传感器）可为燃油喷射和点火共用，结构得到简化，降低了制造成本。
因此，该系统有助于进一步提高发动机经济性，降低环境污染，改善汽车的驾驶舒适性。
第一节电子控制汽油喷射系统组成桑塔纳2000GLi型轿车电子控制汽油喷射系统由电控单元（ECU）、六个传感器、点火线圈、分电器、油压调节器、喷油器等组成，其基本组成和布置，如图2-1所示。
如图2-2所示，驾驶员通过节气门控制进气量，节气门位置传感器检测节气门开度的信息传给电控单元（ECU），由电控单元综合诸因素调整喷油量，使混合气最佳。
发动机工作时，节气门位置传感器检测驾驶员控制的节气门开度，进气压力传感器检测进入气缸的空气量，这两个信号作为汽油喷射的主要信息输入ECU，由ECU计算出喷油量。
再根据水温、进气温度、氧、爆震等四个传感器输入的信息，ECU对上喷油量进行必要的修正，确定出实际喷油量，最后再根据霍尔传感器检测到的曲轴转角信号，ECU确定出最佳喷油和点火时刻并指令喷油器喷油、火花塞跳火。
系统中有一个爆震传感器，当发动机产生爆震时，通知电控单元适当推迟点火正时而减弱爆震。
爆震传感器不仅可保证使用低牌号汽油时不损坏发动机，同时也保证发动机在使用高质量汽油时能发出最大功率；系统中的水温传感器可保证发动机在冷起动时，能适当加浓混合气浓度；而系统中的氧传感器则可随时监测发动机的燃烧情况，由电控单元随时调整喷油量，从而将排气污染减小到最低程度；ECU是一个32位计算机，它可处理及控制发动机的喷油时间。
普桑仪表盘说明
普桑仪表盘说明普桑的灯光开关有两档，一档位置打开的只是尾灯，也就是你说的示廓灯、前照灯的小灯，仪表盘的仪表灯。
二档位置打开的是前照灯大灯，只有在二档位置才能在远、近光之间切换。
灯光开关没有打开的时候也可以打开远光灯，方向盘左面的灯光拨杆拨向近方向盘位置就可以打开，只是当你松开的时候，就自动关闭。
那个拨杆往上是右转向灯，往下是左转向灯。
防雾灯开关在中控台下方，图标是一个灯前面有三条表示光线的斜线，同样，一档前防雾灯，二档前后防雾灯同时打开。
前照灯，就是前面的两个大灯，远近光变换用的就是前照灯，通过左手的变换手柄（灯光总成的上下位置）可以改变远光还是近光。
近光用于100米以内的照明，远光用于100以上的照明，会车、前面有车和城市间都要用近光。
示廓灯和后位灯是表示汽车宽度，告诉别的车该给你留多少位置的，大车还是小车。
示廓灯一般是在前照灯旁边的两个小灯，靠外面，装前面，后位灯一般与制动灯是一个灯，但制动时那个灯光会比不制动亮，显然这是装在后面的。
打开近光或远光灯，示廓灯、后位灯还有仪表灯都开了。
普桑也有不同型号的，有些款可以单独打开（示廓灯、后位灯、仪表盘灯光），前照灯（近光、远光）是关闭的。

第六节润滑系统的结构与维修一、润滑系统的总体的构造润滑系的作用是对发动机所有运动的部件进行润滑，减少零件的摩擦和磨损，流动的机油不仅可以清除摩擦表面的磨屑等杂质，而且还可以冷却摩擦表面。
气缸壁与活塞环上的油膜还能提高气缸的密封性。
此外，机油还可以防止零件生锈。
桑塔纳轿车无论采用何种型号的发动机，其润滑系都是压力润滑与飞溅润滑相结合的复合润滑系统。
桑塔纳轿车润滑系统的结构与油路如图1-126所示。

第1路经主油道后分为两支：一支送入曲轴主轴承分油道，润滑主轴承，经曲轴内油道滑润连杆大端轴承，再经连杆内油道润滑连杆小端轴承后回到油底壳；另一支则进入中间轴的轴承（AJR型发动机无中间轴）后流回油底壳。
第2路从主油道进入凸轮轴的轴承后再润滑气门机构，然后流回油底壳。
第3路，在主油道油压太高或流量太大的情况下，润滑油冲开安全阀，分流回油底壳。
机油滤清器上没有旁通阀，起动压力为0.18MPa。
当机油滤清器堵塞，润滑油通过压力开关短路进入主油道，防止发动机运动副因缺润滑油而烧坏。
