第一次攀岩时， 望着那高 高在上的攀岩壁， 心中一股畏 惧之情油然而生。 那时的情景， 至今 ，我还 记得— ——五 色斑 斓 、 奇形怪状的石头错落有致地散 落在攀岩壁上。 攀岩壁凹凸不 平，使人望而生畏。 我的腰间已 经绑上了威亚，正准备攀岩。
我慢慢地伸出了一只脚， 踏在轮 胎上， 紧接着我又把另一只脚踩在了 另一个轮胎上。 终于， 我顺利通过了 这场考验，取得了成功。

直面困难
在学 了《黄 山奇 石 》这篇 课 文后， 爸爸妈妈就带着我前往 黄山， 亲眼看看这大自然的奇 妙。 当我们随着缆车上升时，眼 前突然一片白茫茫的， 好像来 到了仙境。 我看到了千姿百态 的松树，有的笔直地站立着，像 一个神气的士兵； 有的歪歪地 从悬崖边探出头来， 像在向我 们问好。 边玩边爬，终于来到了 海 拔 1860 米 的 光 明 顶 ， 再 往 前 就是迎客松。 虽然脚非常酸痛， 我还是努力坚持了下来。

第一次下水游泳， 看着游泳 池的水没到了我的胸口， 我不禁 打起了哆嗦，慢慢地走下了水，到 现在我还记得， 克服困难的那一 瞬 间 ……
看着其他人在水里轻松游 着，我不禁羡慕起来，我多希望在 水里轻松游着的人是我啊。 听着 老师的指挥， 我先学习了漂在水 面 上 ， 可 我 只 能 漂 20 秒 上 下 ， 几 次 都差点沉下去， 在沉下去的那一 瞬间，我脑子一片空白。
渐渐地，不那么害怕了。 只 是，仍然不敢往下看，总觉得要 “扑通”一下落地。 这时，当我将 左手伸出去时， 由于那一块攀 岩壁是突出去的， 我的手便没 够着，人狠狠往下掉。
在落下的那一秒钟， 我想 了很多……
在 0 . 01 秒 的 时 候 ， 我 还 未 反 应过来。
0.05秒， 我大脑一片空白， 只觉得上眼皮上面有一块石子 压着。 头脑很热很热，眼前是一 片猩红。
最艰难的还是下山， 因为 缆车在维修， 我们只能自己下 山。 山路有点陡，好几次我都差 点踩空摔下来，心里非常害怕。 下山的路似乎永远走不到尽 头，我不停地给自己打气加油， 并哼唱着喜羊羊大电影中的 歌：“当困难来临的时 候 ， 请你 举起你的左手， 左手代表着方 向，它不会向困难低头。 当遇见 挫折的时候， 请你举起你的右 手，右手代表着希望，它不会为 挫折发愁……” 终 于 艰难 地下 了山， 这时距离上山已经六个 多小时了！
捧着一颗忐忑不安的心， 仰着头，左、右手牢牢抓住两块 石头， 收紧胳膊， 闷声向上运 动， 顺势将脚搭在最底下两块 石 头 上。 现 在我 不 是 “脚 踏实 地” 的了。 我将靠下的左手松 开— ——重 心 猛 地 承 载 在 两 只 腿 上。 此时此刻， 我终于明白了 “双腿像灌了铅一样沉”的 真正 含义。 我赶紧用左手够上面的 一 块 石 头 ， 向 上 运 动— ——我 离 天空的距离又缩短了。
0.3秒， 我突然意识到危险 离我不远了。 我甚至不敢相信， 我以为我还在爬。 这也许有些 好笑，但，情况就是这样的。
半秒过去， 我的心和身体 一样摇摇欲坠。 头脑中第一个 闪过的念头就是：放弃。
这么难，为什么要做？ 但，当我长大以后，我会遇 到不可计数的困难。 难道也像 现在这样，自我放弃？ 不行！ 在 最 后 0.9999999 …… 秒 的 时候，我牢牢抓住一块石头，像 壁虎一样趴在攀岩壁上。 那一 刻，我也想过跳下去，因为我的 精神和肉体快要撑不住了。 但， 我忍住了。 而且，一声不吭地爬 到最高点。
我终于学会了蛙泳， 在水中 自由地穿梭着，多高兴啊！
