高中的时候，知道有近似公式，但不知道怎么用。
最近一个偶然的机会，发现一种简单的近似算法可以很方便地算出一个数平方根的4位有效数字，误差最大不会超过最后一位有效数字的一个点，在没有电脑、计算器的情况下，倒可以一用，我的感觉，比列竖式简单。
一、近似公式1.如果c=a2±b，且b≤a，那么√c≈a±b/2a一般使用这个公式即可达到四位有效数字的要求。
这个公式计算出的结果比真实值略大，如果需要更精确的近似值，可以用下面的公式2.如果C=A2±B和B≤ A.√ C≈ a±B/2a-b2/8a3这个公式比第一个公式多减了b2/8a3，稍麻烦，但精确度可达六七位有效数字，在百度百科里，我称之为“精确开方公式”，一般只在需要更精确数值或某些特殊情况下使用。
下面是如何使用它。
2、公式用法1.四位数的平方根。
也就是1000---9999的平方根首先估计一下最接近方根的两位数。
个位数是0的两位数的平方根容易很算出来，如702=4900，802=6400；个位数是５的两位数也很容易心算出来，如果十位上的数字是ｍ，那么把ｍ＊（ｍ＋１），后面再加25就行了，例如85的平方，十位数字是8，那么8*9=72，后面加25，即7225就是85的平方。
现在算√2882=？502=2500，552=3025，所以√ 2882在50-55之间。
我们估计532=28092882=532+737353不合格，2882=542-34符合公式要求，因此√ 2882≈ 54-34 / (54 * 2) ≈ 54-0.3148 = 53.6852 ≈ 53.69. 用计算器检查√ 2882 = 53.6842621 ≈ 53.68，误差非常小，但在保留四个有效数字时，误差会增加。

新国五条规定，二手房交易中个税按个人所得的20%征收，部分城市上调二套房首付和贷款利率，限购进一步推开。
根据《国务院办公厅关于继续做好房地产市场调控工作的通知》明确提出“依法严格按转让所得20%计征个人所得税”等细化措施。
事实上，对售房差额征收20%个税政策，财政部、国家税务总局、建设部在1999年即出台通知予以明确，此次属于政策强调，在严格税收上予以加码。
上海某房地产研究院副院长指出，按交易差额的20%征税，原本就是税法中的规定，但过去很多年，各地税务部门仅按交易总额的1%-2%征税。
后者要比前者少征很多税。
印花税：又称厘印费。
2013年2月22日香港宣布提升印花税：200万港元以下住宅按成交价1.5%缴纳;200万港元以上印花税翻倍，仅针对二套房买家;非住宅物业签订买卖合同时就需缴纳印花税。
印花税由买方承担。
遗产税：计税依据为总遗产额扣除葬礼费及被继承人的债务
