数学建模网络挑战赛第一阶段论文题目自行车出行系统优化管理模型

摘要

为解决公共自行车出行系统的管理问题，本文建立数学模型，就公共自行车的收费、管理方的收益等方面进行了分析，以保证市民的绿色出行。

针对问题一：

（1）在发放借车卡方面：在200百万人口的城市，设立500个驻车站点（每个驻车站点有18个驻车桩），每个驻车站点安排一个管理人员，由管理人员发放借车卡（办理借车卡为20元）。

（2）在自行车的押金、租金方面，建立了分段函数模型：自行车的租金为200元（如果自行车有较大的损害，则不退还押金）；自行车的租金就运用流程图，以小时数计算，前1个小时免费，后2个小时以1元计算，超过3个小时以2元计算（时间若为小数，则以整数加1计）。所有的押金、租金都在借车卡里扣除。

（3）在维护方面：在半年内，自行车平均会有2%损害，每辆自行车的维修费用为50元；对驻车站、驻车桩平均每半年进行一次检测与维护，预估费用为90000（驻车站点500驻车桩1810=90000）

Summary

To solve the management problems of public bicycle travel system , In this paper, mathematical model is set up, is the public bicycle fee, management benefits, etc are analyzed, in order to guarantee the citizens' green travel.

In view of the problem one:

(1) In terms of borrow the car card: in the city of 200 million people, set up 500 in the

station points (each in the station point has 18 parking pile), each in the station point to arrange a management personnel, borrow the car card by management personnel (borrow the car card is RMB 20).

(2) In the deposit, rent of bicycles, piecewise function model is established: bicycle

rental fee is 200 yuan (if there is a larger damage, bicycle is not refundable

deposit). Bicycle rental is using the flow chart, the number of hours to calculate, 1 hours before free, 2 hours to 1 yuan, after more than three hours to 2 yuan (time for decimal, add 1 meter) in integer. All of the deposit, rent deduction in the borrow the car card.

(3) In the aspect of maintenance: in half a year, bicycle, on average, there will be a

2% damage, maintenance cost of each bike is 50 yuan. Of in the station, parking pile on average every six months for an inspection and maintenance, estimated costs for 90000 (18 500 parking pile in the station point 10 = 90000)
