非磺酰脲类促胰岛素分泌剂那格列奈的研究进展

【摘要】［摘要］那格列奈为口服非磺酰脲类促胰岛素分泌剂，具有起效快、作用短的特点，可模拟生理性早时相胰岛素分泌，有效控制餐后高血糖，避免高胰岛素血症引起的低血糖倾向，同时胃肠道不良反应轻，对体重几无影响。本文就近几年国内外对那格列奈作用机制、药动及药效学、临床疗效、影响个体药动药效学差异的遗传因素（药物基因组学）、改善其水溶性差、作用时效短等不足的新剂型研发等方面进展进行综述，以期为临床更加合理、安全地使用那格列奈提供借鉴。
