克令吊船上安装工艺

克令吊安装工艺说明:本工艺用于指导克令吊在船上的安装。
本工艺分2部分1:下筒体的船上装焊;2:塔身及其他设备的船上安装。
本工艺与厂家安装指导书配合使用。
一:下筒体的船上装焊前期准备:1:下筒体及过渡段对接完成并校验合格,并在距法兰面上表面1m 的下方位置画出一个辅助定位面;2:筒体下端和克令吊甲板延伸结构坡口形式正确并焊前处理完毕;3:标记好与图纸对应的筒体编号,并标记好艏艉及左右方向;4:破断力为200KN,长度约为6m的两端带套环钢丝绳2根,破断力200KN的卸扣2个;相对船体主甲板起吊高度约13m的起吊设备两台;5:选取2名熟练的并具有船级社认可焊接证书的焊工;6:测量工具:水平管,游标卡尺一个,铅锤2个,细钢丝绳若干,其他相关工具若干。
对接:1:利用吊车将正确编号的下筒体及过渡段焊接体吊运到正确的甲板基座延伸上,调整好方向,特别注意吊臂托架的方向;2:方向调整好后,以甲板水平面为基准面调整定位高度,用点焊固定(点焊长约70mm,间隔约300mm),打上定位马板,撤离吊车;3:检查对接坡口之间的间隙值是否满足图纸和厂家要求,对于间隙值过大的,按照克令吊装焊工艺中坡口的处理方式进行处理。
处理好后按照克令吊焊接工艺附图三要求,采用同步双人对称施焊来进行焊接。
焊后检查和清理:1:对接焊缝要求做100% UT,确保焊缝合格;注意事项:1:对接前需要通知公司精控部门,由精控部门测量并记录相关数据;2:对接焊焊前和焊后需要向船东和工厂质检部门报检;3:焊接器材的选用要满足焊接要求;4:为安全起见(特别是在船台安装时),在吊车撤离前可适当增加支撑;5:上基柱(厂家供货)内的十字加强支撑,需要在整个筒体与甲板对接焊完成后去除;6:本安装工艺必须得到厂家的认可后方可执行。
二:塔身及其他部分的船上安装(一):准备工作1:搭建一个工作台;2:塞尺、游标卡尺、水平仪等安装测量工具;3:破断力100KN,长度约4m,两端带套环的钢丝绳4根,起吊能力20T,相对船体主甲板面起吊高度约为23m的起吊设备一台,牵引钢丝绳2根(约15m/根);4:人员准备;5:对基柱法兰面做好清洁处理。

5 工艺要求5.1 克令吊立柱的安装技术要求《船舶建造质量标准建造精度》。

5.1.2 克令吊立柱垂直度偏差≤1H/1000(极限偏差≤2H/1000、H 为对接后立柱总高度)。

克令吊筒体安装焊接工艺

(WELDING PROCEDURE OF CRANE PEDESTAL)
1.安装前测量(MEASUREMENT BEFORE WELDING)
克令吊筒体在安装焊接前必须对厂家提供的筒体法兰平面度进行测量,来确保厂家供货部分是满足精度要求的。测量由专业人员,采用专用的仪器进行,并留有测量报告。法兰平面度的公差要求为0.2mm.测量合格后方可进行安装焊接。如精度要求超出范围,要及时与服务商进行联系。
3.7焊缝必须全熔透,依据船级社要求在焊接完成48小时后做100%U.T和M.T无损探伤测试。
Full pennetraction welding is used and100% U.T and M.T should be compeleted after 48 hour accord with Class requirements.

1.2. The shown joints or shapes of foundations are typical, but the designdiffers from ship to ship.所示的基座接点和形状具有代表性,具体设计中会有所不同。
1.3. To avoid fitting problems, the dimension of the pedestal shall be checkedbefore welding to the foundation. Pushing and pulling foundation to fit the pedestal is not allowed.为防止装配时出现问题,应在焊接前检查基柱的尺寸。

施焊前对接处不允许有间隙基 柱基 座Cylindrical foundations are often equipped with diagonal stays ( see above) from the supplier; those stays shall not be taken away before welding, the foundation to the pedestal and the pedestal to the ships structure. However please note that they shall be removed before the flatness and dimensions are checked.制造厂商通常会对桶形基座加对角支撑(见上图),在将基座焊至基柱或将基柱焊至船体结构前不得撤除支撑。

1.8. Weld according to proposed welding sequence (see page 4-8). 依据建议的焊接顺序进行焊接(见4~8页) Full penetration welding is always needed. 焊缝必须全部熔透。
Use back gouging when necessary. 应采用碳刨清根保证焊缝熔透性。
1.9. Non-destructive test shall be performed in accordance with requirement from Classification Societies.依据船级社要求对焊缝作无损探伤测试After welding the foundation to the pedestal, the flatness of the top flange has to be checked.基座焊至基柱后需测量基座上表面的平面度。
The tolerances of the foundation (see drawing of foundation) must be held. See chapter 2 for instruction for measuring of flatness.基座的平面度公差必需加以控制(见基座图纸)。

If the flatness requirements are not obtained, it is necessary tocut down the foundation and reweld it.如果平面度达不到要求,需将基座割下重焊。
