2023届高考英语写作讲义：应用文结构精讲之投诉信一般投诉都是你享受某个服务或者是拿到一个产品以后产生不满意的想法，比如今天餐厅的饭没有以前好吃啊，服务员的态度没有那么礼貌呀，或者是你在网上购物买到了品控不过关的产品导致使用体验差等等。
这就是导致你写这封投诉信的原因。
但是既然是信体。
对应文体该有的礼貌还是要有的。
行文语言要客气、客观陈述文体，正确表达自己的想法，然后抱着想找到一个和平解决方案的态度去与对方进行协商交流。
一封投诉信的结构——开头段：写信目的（投诉）中间段：阐述受害细节、总述问题带来不便结尾段：提出合理建议并期待对方尽快回信Dear XXX：开头段：开门见山直接说你写信的目的是为了投诉。
①I am happy that I receive the package this morning but it is a pity that there exists something wrong with the machine.我很高兴今天早上收到包裹，但遗憾的是机器出了问题。
②I am delighted that I received the TV set this morning, but something unexpected happened and I am writing to catch your attention on it.我很高兴今天早上收到电视机，但是发生了一些意外的事情，我写信是想引起你对这件事的注意。

点拨：SCQA模型这个表达模型在陈述相应事情时非常好用，而恰巧，在投诉信里就刚好涉及到具体投诉事情相关细节的阐述，那么这里我们可以选择使用SCQA模型进行表达。
“SCQA”每个字母都是一个英文单词的首字母。
S（Situation）情景——先提供一个大家都熟悉的情景。
C（Complication）冲突——在这个情境下实际情况里发生矛盾。
Q（Question）疑问——怎么办？A（Answer）回答——提出你的解决方案实战演练——S：Under considerable studying pressure, I want to get a electronic product which is expected to give me some support in my study, such as searching information and some answers for my homework.C：Therefore, I bought a laptop from your website last week, but instead of bringing me convenience, it caused me a lot of trouble. I hava some trouble typing because a part of the keyboard is inexplicably invalid and the screen makes it hard for me to recognize the words.这些话写在中间段是很不错的选择。
其实其实这句话写出来大家也能发现，关于S（背景）这个部分也是可写可不写。
因为高中的应用文还是主要追求短平快。
在仅有的100词里把所有要点都扣到的话，中间段可以开门见山直接说自己遇到的麻烦，也就是C（矛盾）。
至于A（解决策略）呢，就安排到最后一段。
一般来说题目中会给足够的信息，如果说题目中就给了一个故障让你写，你其实也可以在中间段加上我前面例句写到的S（背景）部分，然后详细展开矛盾部分和带给自己的麻烦。
