信院字…2013?90号 信阳师范学院 普通本科学生实践创新学分认定与管理办法 （试行） 第一章总则 第一条为全面贯彻落实教育部等七部委《关于进一步加强高校实践育人工作的若干意见》（教思政[2012]1号）和《信阳师范学院关于进一步加强实践育人工作的实施方案》（信院字[2013]29号）精神，鼓励学生积极参与科研训练、学科技能竞赛、创新性实验、社会实践等活动，培养学生的创新精神和实践能力，特制定本办法。 第二条实践创新学分是指学生在校学习期间，参加学校认可的课外或校外实践创新活动而获得的学分。 — 1 —
第三条为规范实践创新学分的管理，学校将实践创新纳入人才培养方案，制定实践创新学分认定标准。根据学生在实践创新活动中所取得的成绩，给予相应的学分。 第四条同一实践创新项目以最高分值计，不累加计算；集体项目与个人项目重复的，以最高分值计，不重复计算。 第五条集体项目（含二人及以上合作成果）计算学分值提高到个人项目计算学分值的120%，项目成员的具体分值分配比例，依据个人实际贡献大小酌情计算。 第二章实践创新学分的构成 第六条可认定实践创新学分的成果包括：科研训练、学科技能竞赛、创新性实验、就业创业、校园文化、社会实践及职业技能水平认证等活动项目取得的成果。 （一）科研训练 科研训练主要包括学生主持或参与完成的科研项目、公开发表论文（含论著、文艺作品、新闻作品等）、参加学术交流、获得专利成果等。 （二）学科技能竞赛 学科技能竞赛主要包括大学数学、大学物理、大学英语及大学计算机等基础课程的竞赛；“挑战杯”大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛、全国大学生数学建模竞赛、全国大学生电子设计竞赛、全国大学生英语竞赛、全国信息技术应用水平大赛、全国大学生广告艺术大赛、全国大学生艺术展演、全国大学生计算机设计大赛、河南省高等学校师范教育专业毕业生教学技能大赛、河南省高等学校互联网应用大赛等学科技能竞赛项目。 （三）创新性实验 创新性实验主要指学生主持或参与完成由学校立项的综合— 2 —

財團法人陞技教育基金會助學金申請辦法 第一條目的宗旨 本財團法人陞技教育基金會（以下簡稱本會），依法奉准設立。其目的宗旨為培育各項體育及學術人才，促進體育及學術交流，提升知識水準，並贊助公益性教育事業，增進整體教育環境之改善。另本會為獎助家境清寒、品學兼優、奮發向學、體育成績優秀之學子，助其完成學業，並依據捐助及組織章程，特訂立本辦法，俾使能完成學業，奠定知識基礎，日後好作社會棟樑。 第二條申請助學金之對象： １、國內公私立大學：大學部及碩士班、博士班學生。 ２、國外公私立大學：具中華民國國籍之留學生。 ３、公立高中：公立高中日間部學生。 以上所列學生皆不含夜間部、補校及高職部學生。 ４、申請人應具中華民國國籍。 第三條名額與金額 １、名額依當年度預算，由助學金審核小組予以分配。 ２、補助金額：每個月補助一千元至二萬元不等，視個案實際需要狀況補助。特殊家境或突遭重大災變者，得另根據個案情形酌予增加補助。 第四條申請期間 凡學生於在學期間皆可申請。 第五條申請條件 １、凡高中學期成績平均在七十五分以上，大學學期成績平均在七十分以上，無不及格，並在班上排名為前百分之二十五，操行成績在八十分以上，未記大過或有重大缺失，體育成績 優良者。 ２、因家境清寒而影響就學者。 ３、家庭遭逢重大變故致學生就學發生困難者。 ４、其他特殊情形，經助學金審核小組認定者。 ５、申請人應先申請政府之相關補助後，不足之部分再向本會申請。 第六條申請文件
