Astronaut Scott Kelly has flown on four space tasks, including one that lasted close to a year. But when he was growing up, he had trouble focusing in school. How to control anger? In today’ program, I’ll give you some tips.

Since anger arises from failed expectations, changing expectations is a good way to control anger. So instead of getting upset about a missed appointment, try to accept the missed appointment in a calm manner. Then plan for what needs to be done to make up for the missed appointment.
