本学期是本人实施高效课堂的第二个学期，经过上学期的努力，我基本能够运用高效课堂教学模式——先学后教，当堂达标，自主学习，展示交流。
在本期的英语教学中，经常从以下方面入手进行反思：一、是反思教学设计。
为防止自己过分地倚赖尚无的教学经验，或套用非常简单的教案，在讲课前的复习阶段，我经常融合现在学生的实际，思考旧有的教学设计，因为我感觉“照本宣科”的教学就是教师的“一厢情愿”，学生不能存有太多的兴趣。
在教学用英语“抒发加建议的方式”时，我存有这样的设计：问学生假如过来旅行必须拎什么?必须学生用建议的方式非政府答句。
已经开始学生很激动，几句之后，学生便冷遇下来，似乎眼高手低，无法抒发。
我思考――活动虽存有交际性，但一定必须认同学生尚无的科学知识与经验、任务设计一定必须真实，必须能顺利完成。
于是再教导设计时,我不是轻易必须学生提问所带物品,而是给学生列举了许多可以供选择的物品的英文名称,其中存有学生娴熟的，也存有学生不能说道的，必须学生挑选,并表明这样挑选的理由。
结果交流出来学生兴趣更淡,教学目标也顺利完成得较好。
二、是反思教学过程。
即为在教学过程中，常有不容预料情况出现，这时教师必须展开及时的思考：根据学生的学习效果意见反馈，对教学计划展开适度的调整。
虽然在复习时，教师已预设了种种教学方案，但在实际教学中还是可以碰到一些意想不到的问题，例如学生无法按计划的时间提问问题，学生的提问没办法点出教师预设答题的关键，或者师生互动相处积极开展不顺遂，学生对教师预期的表述存有歧义等。
这时须要教师根据学生的意见反馈信息，把握住有助于教学计划实行的因素，因势利导，对计划快速、有效率地作适度修正与调整。
不断地总结和调整教学过程，弘扬有效率的教学过程。

（10分钟）e.“科学训练，迁移应用”在课堂：引导学生完成学案中的自我测评题目，尽可能限定时间，让学生独立思考作答，以训练学生的书面表达能力和独立思考解决问题的能力，实现当堂达标、当堂反馈、当堂矫正，提高课堂效率。
完成任务后，让小组成员互换批改，并相互借鉴，完善答案。
教师巡回检查学生的作答情况，对先答完的学生及时面批，掌握学生易出错的地方，然后进行针对性的讲评点拨。
此环节可以让学生进行问答，学生讲解的方法进行反馈（10分钟。
）f．“链接生活，拓展提升”向后延伸：教师要根据本课的重点、难点、易错点、易混点、提升点紧密结合当前时事和学生生活实际设计题目，让学生尝试运用所学知识解决身边的问题，把课本上的知识迁移到生活中加以应用，真正让学生感受到学习的实效性和有用性。
比如可以以本课的内容为话题进行拓展，设计一些贴近生活的对话，如果课上没时间可作为作业内容在下节课的free talk环节中进行展示。
（5分钟）新授课（阅读课）教学模式1.导入(leading in)通过问题、讨论或多媒体等方法导入新课。
目的是激发学生阅读的兴趣和求知欲，并使其初步感知课文内容，为正式阅读作准备。
（5分钟）2.速读(fast reading)这一步骤主要是引导学生快速阅读原文、搜寻有关信息、了解课文大意，培养学生自主学习的能力。
a. 寻读。
指导学生带着某个问题进行搜寻式阅读，培养学生捕捉关键句的技能。
b. 略读。
指导学生通读全文，了解课文大意，培养学生善于发现文章或段落主题句和概括文章的技能。
（5分钟）3.细读(careful reading for the detailed information)这一步骤既是教师课文教学的主要环节，也是学生阅读实践的重点，也是突破重、难点的关键环节。
组织学生通过讨论、探究，自主发现问题，培养学生自主、互助学习的能力，教师所设计的题目要指导学生善于发现主要问题和关键问题。
a．针对课文主要情节，设计问答、排序或填表形式的表层问题，培养学生获取信息和处理信息的能力。
b．为获取文章深层次信息，设计一些紧跟中考的阅读理解题，培养学生的实际解题能力。
c. 引导学生理清文章脉络，分析段落大意，深层次理解文章。
（10分钟）4.研习性阅读要求对语言形式和内容进一步研习和理解，在具体的语境中理解词句的意思及运用，达到深层理解语言现象和学习语言知识的目的，培养学生解决问题的能力。
a.猜测词句在语境中的意义，并学习其用法。
b.分析结构复杂的句子。
c.对精彩段落结构的赏析。
尽可能让学生自主完成任务，并通过小组讨论，交流他们的看法。
（10分钟）5.整篇复读表达输出(reading reproduction)在足够语言输入的前提下进行语言输出，巩固所学的语言知识；通过师生互动、生生互动，对作者观点进行评价，并交流各自的看法，使知识的学习升华到语用的高度，做到知识与思想的进一步融合。
a．运用关键词或一组图片引导学生复述课文。
b．运用讨论、辩论、采访或报导等方法训练学生的思辨和表达能力。
c．改写或缩写课文，训练学生的书面表达能力。

对本节课的学习进行归纳，使学生对本节课所学的内容有一个整体印象和自己学习的过程有一个反思；针对本节课的学习内容和学生掌握的情况，布置课下作业或练习，用来进一步巩固学习的内容，培养和发展相关能力。
a. 课文复述b．扩展性阅读c．书面作业(5分钟)二、综合复习课在英语教学当中，课堂复习是必不可少的一个重要环节。
它的作用在于帮助学生重温已学的知识和技能，强化记忆，并挖掘知识的内在联系，把所学知识条理化、系统化，从而达到“温故而知新”、“熟能生巧”的境界。
围绕模块主题，根据学生实际情况设计复习任务。
复习课按照“五段式”进行，主要环节为：1. 学案导学学案设计要求引导学生复习相关基础知识，解析易错、易混点，挖掘知识间的内在联系，并在此基础上构建知识网络结构。
2. 合作探究在学生试做、教师批阅之后，根据所掌握的批阅情况展开课上小组课堂讨论，教师也要与学生进行互动交流、共同探讨，适时进行点拨和强调，对小组讨论的方向和内容进行调控，以求达到小组讨论的最佳效果。
3. 典型引路教师对小组交流合作学习情况进行总体点评，对重点问题进行总结和再强调，让学生全面掌握复习的重、难点问题。
4.方法点拨教师在前一环节的基础上，对应掌握的基础知识进行提示归纳，力求系列化、系统化、网络化，明确提出复习的目标要求，特别要引导学生对解题的思路进行总结，侧重对解题的方法和技巧等进行指导，努力使学生的知识能力化，为学生下一步的自主复习打好基础。
5.反馈巩固教师出示精选的部分练习题，要求学生当堂进行训练。
练习的题目要精，有针对性、典型性、层次性和一定的综合度。
可安排部分学生上讲台板演，也可通过投影来展示部分学生完成的练习，以便让学生最大限度地暴露出其中的疑难和存在的问题，从中发现错误及学生不良的答题习惯，及时予以反馈纠正。
然后再作简要归纳，使知识系统化，能力升华。
而后布置适量的相关巩固性练习和变式训练，使学生学会迁移应用，强化巩固复习效果。
具体要求：1、教学内容要精2、教学切入点要准3、教学环节衔接要顺4、教学方式要新5、练习设计要精而全三、试卷讲评课1.课前准备：课前教师全面批改好学生的试卷；统计好全班学生的平均分、优分率、及格率、低分率和各题的得分率，积累学生易选错或答错的各种答案；分析好学生各题得分高低的可能原因；统计好进步学生和退步学生名单；根据答题情况设计有针对性二次检测试题。
2.课堂要求：自查自纠学生对批改过发还的试卷进行自查矫正，如对试卷进行查漏补缺，自检答错或空白的原因，做出正确的答案等。
教师可提前发还试卷并提出自查活动的要求。
合作互助这一环节主要是让学生学会合作学习。
对于个人理解不了或对答案有不同意见的题目，以小组为单位进行讨论并相互纠错。
对于小组内仍无法解决的问题，可由小组长进行整理并集中汇报，教师可鼓励其它小组同学尝试解决，这一过程中教师要尽量让学生充分展示自己的思维，自己剖析，全程参与析错、纠错的过程，以求真正理解。
典型分析学生在充分自学、相互交流之后仍存在一些不容易解决的问题，由教师进行点拨，答疑解惑。
重点讲解错误率较高的题目，帮助学生分析错误原因，教给学生答题方法，对不明答案教师作出明确的分析。
针对训练根据阅卷中发现的问题，围绕相应的知识点、能力点等方面设计对应的变式训练题，让学生在讲评之后进行跟踪测试。
限时限量，学生独立完成。
训练方式可以多样化，把口练、脑练和笔练结合起来，充分利用时间，充分调动学生积极性。
当堂检测，当堂达标。
练习过程中，教师巡视，搜集答题信息。
练习后，教师出示答案，让小组交换批阅。
针对学生达标训练中出现的问题，教师要及时矫正，力争当堂清。
总结反思教师讲明要求，学生自己分析本次检测卷总体难易度，找出自己的薄弱环节，提出今后改进的措施。
