栏目编辑:桂江一 ********************Maintenance Cases维修实例52-CHINA ·January◆文/中鑫之宝 户鹏飞2013年一汽大众奥迪Q7漏电故障现象一辆2013年生产的一汽大众奥迪Q7,搭载CJT 3.0T发动机,行驶里程为15 6254km,停放一夜后蓄电池亏电,发动机无法启动。
据车主介绍,这种情况已持续了近1个月,更换新的蓄电池后,每天早上发动机依旧无法正常启动。
故障诊断与排除根据车主描述:故障车停放一夜之后蓄电池就没电了,发动机无法启动,这种情况已经持续了一个月,期间更换新的蓄电池,故障依旧。
通过实车了解,发现该车加装有电动踏板和GPS 定位。
据车主介绍,这些件确实是加装的,但在提车后不久就装了,之前蓄电池一直没出现这种情况。
于是我们拆卸左前座椅,对蓄电池性能进行检查。
经蓄电池检测仪检测:蓄电池电量98%,使用寿命100%。
为了验证蓄电池检测仪没问题,我们又换了一个检测仪,检测结果与之前一致,说明蓄电池本身没有问题。
接下来,我们又在蓄电池负极夹上电流钳,并锁闭车辆,2min后电流由7A降至约1A,但大约1min后,电流又回升至7A,无法进入休眠状态,说明该车确实存在漏电故障。
根据以往的维修经验,笔者初步判断是车辆上的模块或模块的某个信号不正常,导致车辆无法进入休眠模式。
为了快速验证这一判断是否准确,笔者根据图1所示资料,对仪表台左侧和右侧CAN节点进行电流监测。
连接电流表,监测CAN节点处电流,锁车后3min,车辆进入休眠模式,CAN节点电流降至100mA左右,后期持续观察6min左右,电流一直保持在100mA左右,且未出现明显波动。
接着,我们又插上右侧CAN 节点,持续观察3min左右,电流也未见异常;最后,我们又装上左侧CAN节点,大约过了170s左右,电流突然上升至7A。
继续监测电流,发现车辆很快就又进入休眠状态,电流重新回到100mA左右。

也就是大家平时习惯称呼的BBA。
作为奥迪在国内市场上销售火爆的A6L, 自跨入新世纪开始, 就在这款车上配备了CVT无机变速箱, 起初是01J 6速, 而后是01T 7速、再到如今的0AW 8速。
无一例外, 都被以下变速箱故障所折磨, 诸如很多车友反应行驶中车子出现抖动、底盘有响声, 然而声音是多种多样, 一些车辆过坎、减速、给油都有哗啦啦响声。
有的挂入某个档位, 变速箱内发出”嗡嗡”的声音等, 还有就是经常出现的发动机转速已经到达3000多转, 车速依然还在50码左右, 明显的打滑。
今天, 我们就解体一个奥迪A6L的01T模拟7速变速箱。
主要故障表现也就是车辆打滑严重, 发动机转速经常飙升至3000多转。
还有就是热车时候的明显异响, 听着很刺耳。
这款变速箱的装车量还是比较大的, 主要是奥迪在国内卖的火的两款车A4和A6两款车上透过这张图片, 我们能够一下子看到变速箱的全局, 大概了解各个零件的位置。
拆解变速箱需要一步一步的慢慢进行, 我们先从头盖骨开始拆起, 一步一步往下。
其实光从名字我们能够听出来, 这个变速箱电脑是个什么东西了, 它就是整个变速箱的控制单元, 控制了自动变速箱的自动换挡, 所谓自动也就体现在它的能力上。
当然, 既然是电脑, 肯定是不会很便宜。
很多人可能很意外, 原来变速箱的电脑这么小啊, 对呀, 就是这么小一点, 她就是整个变速箱的控制模块, 掌控了整个变速箱的升档降档。
当然还是故障的诊断与反馈。
其实不论是因为什么故障, 只要检查过变速箱故障的人, 基本上都应该被告知这个玩意儿的问题, 或多或少应该都听过关于阀体的一些解释和说明。
长时间的磨损或者杂质随油进入到阀体内部都会导致阀体过度磨损, 内部泄压严重, 继而导致, 阀体里面有很多圆柱形的柱塞不断移动来调节油路, 柱塞和孔壁之间只有几个C的配合间隙, 用久了阀道就会磨损, 发生泄压, 油压不足就会发生冲击和打滑。

(接上期)八、三相电流驱动VX54电动机EALA的扭矩功率曲线如图13所示,三相交流驱动机构VX54安装在变速器内。
它通过变速器的螺栓连接实现与汽车车身的电位平衡。
三相交流驱动机构VX54(图14)组成包括:电驱动牵引电动机V141上,分离离合器V606的作动器,牵引电动机温度传感器G712以及牵引电动机转子位置传感器1 G713。

转换经由脉冲宽度调制进行,如图15所示,通过改变频率调节转速,通过更改单个脉冲宽度的接通时间调节电驱动机构行驶电动机V141。
2.作为发电机的电驱动机构行驶电动机V141如电驱动机构牵引电机V141处于发电机模式,牵引电机逆◆文/山东 刘春晖变器A37会将生成的3相交流电压转换为308V直流电压。
如图16所示,用已生成的直流电压为高电压电网进行供电,同时通过变压器A19为12V车载电网供电。
通过改变晶体管的接通时间调节消耗的发电机功率。

空调压缩机J842的控制器集成在电动空调压缩机V470中,控制通过温度管理系统控制器的LIN总线1实现。
空调压缩机与车身之间的电位平衡通过内燃机上的固定件实现。

集成的高电压加热装置(PTC)控制器J848通过LIN总线2与温度管理系统控制器J1024相连。

视觉驻车辅助系统 (OPS) 与原有的8通道系统 一样, 通过4个集成在前保险杠内的驻车辅助传感 器和4个集成在后保险杠内的驻车辅助传感器监控 汽车四周。 声音信息通过车辆前部区域和后部区域 内 的 各1个 报 警 蜂 鸣 器 发 出 。 图 像 显 示 在MMI显 示 屏内, 基本版和高级版的MMI都支持视觉驻车辅助 系统。

文/山东 刘春晖奥迪Q7 e-tron quattro与所有奥迪混合动力车型一样也采用并联混合动力设计。
片式电动机与分离离合器一起集成在8挡手动/自动一体变速器中。
锂离子蓄电池由168个蓄电池电解槽组成,采用水冷技术,17.3kWh的容量使其在纯电动模式下可行驶56km。
奥迪Q7 e-tron quattro上安装了全新的两相充电技术,能够以最高7.2kW的功率进行充电。
所以,根据使用的基础设施和充电电缆,大约可在2.5h内将蓄电池完全充满。
混合动力管理系统可智能、灵活、高效地控制奥迪Q7 e-tron quattro的运行状态。
奥迪Q7 e-tron quattro的另外一个亮点是其标配的奥迪虚拟驾驶舱,配备12.3"显示屏的全数字化组合仪表可使用最高的质量显示所有重要信息。
因此,驾驶员可以调出不同的信息层级,其中还包括功率表等专门的e-tron显示内容,可以切换为传统的转速表或同时显示功率表。
此外,组合仪表中还包括能量流、可达里程和混合动力蓄电池电量的显示。
一、安全使用提示1.电气技术安全守则在执行高电压系统的所有操作时都必须严格遵守并遵循以下5个安全守则(图1)。
只允许由有资格的人员执行这些操作。
这同样也适用于负责车辆高电压设备的专业人员:高电压技术员。
在电气设备上操作之前应按照列出的顺序应用这些安全守则。
2.警告标志为了尽可能避免高电压系统给用户、售后服务人员、维修间人员以及技术和医疗抢救人员造成危险,在奥迪Q7 e-tronquattro上使用了大量警告和提示贴签。
使用的警告贴签有2类:一类带有电压警告标记的黄色警告贴签(图2),黄色贴签说明安装在附近的或隐藏在盖罩下面的部件或高电压元件带有高电压。
另一类为红底上印有“Danger”(英文:危险)字样的警告标贴(图3),带有“Danger”(危险)字样的警告贴签用于标记高电压元件或带有高电压的元件,图4所示为高电压蓄电池专用警告贴签。
奥迪Q7_e-tron_quattro混合动力车电气系统
文/山东 刘春晖奥迪Q7 e-tron quattro采用并联混合动力设计,同时也是全世界首款将6缸柴油发动机和quattro全时四驱系统结合在一起的插电式混合动力车。
在舒适电子系统方面,其与奥迪Q7(4M车型)有着类似的设计元素。
在奥迪Q7 e-tron quattro中,客户同样也可在内饰照明灯方面从不同的种类之中进行选择。
客户选择顶配时可在灯光颜色和光线强度方面对车内照明灯进行个性化设置。
奥迪Q7 e-tron quattro的电气系统和电子系统架构得到了调整和扩展。
与传统驱动形式的奥迪Q7(4M车型)相比,奥迪Q7 e-tron quattro上取消的控制器有:第3排座椅调节控制器J857、后轴转向控制器J1019、DVD换碟机R161、副驾驶员侧后部离子发生器J1108以及发电机C。
与传统驱动形式的奥迪Q7(4M车型)相比,奥迪Q7 e-tron quattro上额外投用的控制器(图1)有:温度管理系统控制器J1024、蓄电池调节装置控制器J840及电解槽控制器1~14和高电压蓄电池开关盒SX6、电驱动系统控制器J841、温度管理系统控制器及空调压缩机控制器J842、制冷剂压力及温度传感器、制冷剂膨胀阀和截止阀、高电压加热装置(PTC)控制器J848、高电压蓄电池充电器控制器J1050、制动助力控制器J539及制动系统蓄压器VX70、发动机声效发生控制器J943、启动发电机C29、动力机组支承控制器J931、变压器A19、分离离合器作动器V606、主动式油门踏板控制器J1115以及车载电网断开绝缘二极管J1165。
一、FlexRay拓扑结构由于显示方面的原因,控制器拓扑结构(图2)不能正确反映FlexRay控制器的接口情景。
图3所示为关于控制器在不同FlexRay支路上的分布的信息。
在奥迪Q7 e-tron quattro上,占用了6个FlexRay支路。
支路1~5和支路7。
在当前J533型号中保留支路6和8的接口,但还未占用。
