1.关于主题。

主题不要太复杂,简单一点,让人家有点开你邮件的冲动,你的目的就达到了。

2.关于称呼。

这个其实基本上有发过开发信都会知道,如果知道对方的名字的话,一定要写“Dearxxx(名字)”,如果实在不知道对方的名字的时候,我们要写“DearSirorMadam”,这个是最好的称呼,其次是Dears”。

4.开发信的重头戏-----邮件内容。

这个也是在前面打好基础后,客户终于点开了你的邮件,你的邮件内容是否能够引起他的兴趣,进而让他愿意给你回信。

这个步骤至关重要。

5.关于发送频率和数量
这个要看您的发件箱要求,如果不是企业邮箱,可能会有发送数量和频率限制,发送多了,会根本发送不出去。

外贸开发信标题到底如何写才能吸引客户?点开网站,看产品,发邮件询价,再收到回复,这个过程,看上去似乎很美,实际上是行不通的。

为什么呢?首先,产品好坏和价格是紧密联系的,所谓先看产品再谈价格那是胡扯。

同样的东西,卖一块钱,我肯定毫不犹豫地买。

如果卖100块,那我就说这是垃圾。

所以产品一定要和价格相联系。

而企业网站上通常没有价格。

其次,这很麻烦。

毕竟已经有了那么几家给我报价了。

我看了人家标了价格的产品,除非实在不满意,否则我是懒得再去找那些网站看了。

把所有的报价单打印出来直接比较,这是一个非常高效率而且愉悦的过程。

找网站-看产品-询价-报价,这个过程太复杂了,太麻烦了,太慢了。

不是已经有人给我报价了么,只要他的产品不太糟糕,我是绝对不愿意去招惹这样额外的麻烦的。

所以那些没有报价的业务员,一开始就落在人家后面了。

我个人的意见,除非你的产品非常紧俏没有竞争,否则在预期采购会收到大量回应的情况下,请人家去看网站再报价,实在是自寻死路。

说句不好听的,架子也太大了。

有人可能会说,我这样偷懒,就不能找到最好的产品了。

其实采购只是要买到他满意的产品就好了。

找到最好的产品,既不可能,也无必要。

比方说我要找最好的产品,那就要100多个网站一个一个看过去,一个一个询价,一个一个等回复,那要多久?要消耗多少劳动?就算我有耐心经历这样痛苦的过程,我能得到什么呢?大家的产品,价格,其实是差不多的。

就算我能找到个最低价格,又能低多少呢?价格实在太低我又要怀疑货色了。

老实说,我是看得出来大多数业务员偷懒。

我后来空下来,随便读了几封邮件,很明显那里面的公司介绍部分是实现写好的,根本没有针对我的需求的部分,然后就是让我自己去看网站。

我可以想像得出业务员的工作:有人询盘了,把现成的介绍拷贝-粘贴,然后发送,大功告成。

根本不耐烦看看别人的具体要求,也不耐烦根据客人的要求做个报价。

后来我偶然也和几个人从MSN里聊过,大部分人一看我应答,问题就是:你需要什么样的办公家具呢?我们产品很多,报价单很大,不方便发送。
