全科医生的能力要求

【摘要】目的：文章介绍了全科医学与全科医生的关系。分析了全科医生产生的背景、地位、作用、能力要求和全科医生队伍的现状，对提高全科医生素质，加强基层医疗卫生队伍建设进行了探索。%In this paper,the author introduced the relationship between general medical and general practitioner,analyzed the current situation on background,status,function,requirements and team of general practitioners,and explored how to improve the quality of general practitioner and strengthen building of the grassroots health team.
