关于举行普陀区小学英语六年级教师命题比赛的通知
关于举行普陀区小学英语六年级教师命题比赛的通知各小学：为进一步推进我区小学英语教师对命题工作的研究，提升测评学生英语学习质量的能力，经研究决定，举行普陀区小学英语六年级教师命题竞赛活动。
现将有关事项通知如下：一、参赛对象：全区小学六年级英语专职教师二、比赛时间：即日起至5月30日三、命题内容：六年级上册 Unit 1,Unit 2,Unit3,Unit4,Unit5,Unit6，Recycle 1, Recycle2 以及期末综合卷。
（9份试卷内容任选一份）四、命题分值：试卷均要由听力部分、笔试部分组成；试卷总分值为100分，其中听力部分占30%，笔试部分占70%,笔试部分应该包含10%-15%写的内容（规范书写、拼写、读写结合，但一定要给足信息，控制难度）。
试卷容量（考试时间）：60分钟的题量。
五、基本标准：（一）命题内容要充分体现新课程理念，突出本册教材和学段教学目标，体现过程与结果兼顾、三维目标整合、突出能力、课内外结合的思想，符合学生的认知水平和年段特点。
（二）试卷命制面向全区学生，注意试题的题量、效度、信度和区分度，总体难度值要控制在0.90—0.85之间，易、中、难题分布比例约为8:1.5:0.5；（三）试卷要全面考察学生的综合能力，突出语境与语用，体现“用中学、学中用”的教学原则。
考察的能力因素包括听力、知识识记与运用能力（词、句、语音知识、语法知识的掌握）、阅读能力、写的能力等等。
六、命题要求：（一）以个人为单位参赛，一份命题包括试卷、听力内容、命题意图说明、评分标准及参考答案。
（二）试卷版面为Word格式A4纸四张，主要字体英语部分采用五号Times New Roman，中文部分采用五号宋体，大标题采用小三号黑体。
试卷的行距、排版应合理美观，要有标题、装订线、校名、班名、姓名、得分情况等。
卷面不注明命题人员的姓名及单位名称，word文档命名一律注明姓名+学校；标题内容为“2014年普陀区小学英语教师命题评比（六年级英语试卷）”、“2014年普陀区小学英语教师命题评比（六年级英语试卷听力内容）”、“2014年普陀区小学英语教师命题评比（六年级英语试卷命题意图说明）”、“2014年普陀区小学英语教师命题评比（六年级英语试卷评分标准及参考答案）”，其他有关内容字体可以自由选用。
