高校创新人才培养探析

【摘要】创新作为人类文明的出发点，一直是人类社会发展的主旋律。当今21世纪的竞争是人才的竞争, 而创新能力则又是新世纪人才的核心竞争力。如果没有创新，人类就不可能从茹毛饮血的野蛮时代进入物质文明与精神文明高度发达的现代社会。如今，人类在步入知识经济与全球化时代之后更加呼唤创新与创新型人才。本文首先从时代发展对人才的要求出发，指出培养创新型人才的意义，分析了目前高校教育在促进创新型人才培养的进程中存在的不足和问题，探讨了高校教育在促进创新型人才培养中应采取的具体措施，以利于促使创新人才更有效地融入社会，满足社会需求，达成双方愿景。

Abstract Innovate is the starting point in the civilization of mankind, have been mankind community shape of main melody.The rivalry in 21th century is the talented person's rivalry, but innovates nowadays capability then is again the core competencies of the new century talented person.If don't innovate, the mankind weren't likely to drink the savage age of blood into material civilization and spiritual civilization altitude from the Ru hair flourishing of modern community.At present, the mankind call an innovation and innovation type talented person more after following knowledge-based economy and globalization for age.This text deveolps the request to the talented person to set out from the age first and point out development creative type the talented person's meaning,Analyzed currently education in the high school at promote the existent scarcity and the question in creative type's the progress that the talented person fosters, inquire into education in the high school at promote the creative type the talented person develops amid should adopt of concrete measure, with benefit in make the creative talented person more

availably integrate into a community, satisfy a social demand, reach both parties' vision.

人才是科技发展的根本，是科技创新的关键。在全球经济一体化、文化多元化的21世纪，开拓创新和科学发展应该是每个国家发展的主旋律，而发展和前进的动力就是创新，这就给当代大学生提出了比较高的要求。与此同时，在这知识经济的时代，我们不能否认众多文化思想的冲击和融汇使我们的思想意识受到了极大的影响，也使我们的行为习惯和生活方式发生了巨变，知识更新节奏的加快促使我们必须不断充实完善自己。由于事关社会主义现代化建设全局的重大战略决策，国家和社会也对于创新提出了新的更高的要求，因此，在新形势下，高校如何重新确定创新人才培养的内容，如何使传统的人才培养内容结合社会发展的新因素、新思想，形成新的创新人才培养内容，使它真正地深入学生的思想意识和实践行动中去，这不光是高校也是整个社会尤其是大学生们不得不认真考虑的问题。

一、当前社会形势下对创新人才的认知

（一）当前时代背景下创新人才的概念

当前我们认识创新人才，有诸多理解，下面主要从狭义和广义两个方面来理解创新人才。

狭义的创新人才是指在社会生产及社会发展的过程中做出了创造性贡献的人，或者是说采用了与众不同的方式来解决了某种实际问题，从而为社会创造了新的价值的人。
