1.情态动词can的用法有很多,具体归纳为以下三种情况:
表示“许可,允许”。
You can go home now.你现在可以回家了。
表示“请求某人做某事”。
Can you take my books to your sister?你能把我的书拿给你的妹妹吗?
表示猜测。
---Is that Mr. Smith?那是史密斯先生吗?
---That can’t be him. He is in New York now.那不可能是他。他现在在纽约呢。
can后面总是接动词原形,没有人称和数的变化。意思是“能,会”。用法口诀:情态can表能力,和行为动词不分离。
